For once there is a company that drives a tow truck that is NOT run by scumbags. These guys are so nice and didn't mind waiting a little bit for me to settle things before loading the car onto the truck. Very polite and casual, and gave me more than others wanted to give. We were so grateful for them in a time where we really needed a break.
Called them at 9am, they were at my yard by 2pm and gave me top dollar for my truck. Will be using them in the future, the other guys never called back never showed up. Thanks again !!!
I just spoke to a gentleman and asked for a certain part that he didn’t believe they had however, he checked anyway. He came back on the phone and said unfortunately they didn’t have any at this time but he gave me other resources or references. It’s so hard to find great customer service these days. Going forward if I ever need anything, this will be my first stop. You guys are awesome! Thank you again.
After calling several other companies & getting "no-shows", no return calls, rediculously low ball offers, I called these guys.
Right away, they gave me a flat offer, which was "'DOUBLE" from everyone else. Within an hour, they were here! They were extremely courteous, fast & no negotiating. 5 minutes, they were loaded up & hauled her away :) Highly recommend them without a doubt!

After such a bad experience with my warranty company refusing to cover the transmission repair that gave out on my vehicle at 68,000 miles. And spending so much out of pocket for rentals, a new car, my repair shop for months. It was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with Ryan in trading my car in for cash. He made it carefree and fast, he even walked in with me to the service department of my dealership to make sure everything was squared away before taking the car out of the lot. Racist and stereotypical as hell said i sounded like a "white guy" over the phone i hate the fact in 2017 being articulate is seen as a shock coming from a african American smh the price that i received was unfair
Great experience! Ryan was great, very understanding of my schedule and very polite. They offered me good money in cash and was the best offer after calling 5 other places. They came and picked up my car from where I was as well. I would highly recommend them if you need to junk your car.
