Drove over an hour and a half here to get a front bumper cover and their website shows they had at least five. Got here, not a a single one here. They looked up on the computer system, shows they have five but no explanation as to why they don't have a single one. All car parts have UPC stickers on them to scan when purchased, so inventory should have been correct. Waste of time and $3 admission fee per person.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. John gave me clear directions on where to find the item I was looking for and gave me clear instructions on how to remove it. He even provided the tools I would need to get the item off. After that, Avi helped me check out and let me know that the tire on the rim I found would be unsafe to drive on and that I should get a new one. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how willing they were to help and how comfortable and safe they made me feel. Thank you guys!

Amazing place for car enthusiast. Also the website is always up to date. Easy to find your desire part.

I love this place. I could spend hours there everyday. I was a bit disappointed this last time I went because lots of rows were unmarked and that made navigating the massive inventory a bit difficult. If you have the time to search for what you need, I highly recommend this store.

I have been doing business with this location for 15 years. Never been to another location. Always have had good experiences here. Buying or selling.

I just have to say how disappointed I am. I purchased a lifetime warranty battery and came in for my first replacement to be told I cannot replace anymore that they do not offer lifetime anymore. I looked this up online and it says that they do offer lifetime battery replacement. As a loyal customer for many years I feel betrayed. How can I trust anything that is told to me or sold to me?

I have been treated rudely several times. No smiles. They treat 30 year professionals like 4th grade thieves. Awful. Take a glance in my tool bag. Dont dig through it like a prison guard. Argue about a $3 part? You just lost a $10k a year buyer.

Watch out for cashiers over charging. I wanted one item warranted but she tried to charge them all AND she forgot to subtract the military discount. Thanks for your service cashier 5236 Edited- Thanks to Steve for reaching out and making things right. I appreciate a company that is willing to fix their employee's screw ups.

First time experiencing a place like this. This junk yard was pretty well organized for it being what it is. Found my part and it was a simple removal. The line to enter can get a bit overwhelming, not enough staff at moments when needed. So maybe keeping an eye out for when the line is reaching the door will help with the in and out experience. Making it a much smoother and quicker process.

Every time I have tried to call recently. It keeps getting disconnected no matter what option I choose. I just want to talk to someone on the phone but I guess that’s not possible.

I don't encourage this but I got there a little bit late but about an hour prior to I called in to let them know I was late. They gave me the opportunity to come through the yard and get checked in. If they hadn't done that for me it wouldve put my move back to New York and set me at such an inconvenience. I saw and dealt with nothing but genuine people and I'm grateful to have chosen to do business with them.

Tire shop side is closing. Loose tires are $10ea while supplies last (9/25/25) The way the economy is, everybody's going to go back to buying used parts. So this location is about to be your best friend.

Wasp wasp wasp too many wasp nest in almost every vehicle Nasty attitude at the front desk and check I spent $300 on junkyard used parts they are even more expensive than what they are selling on eBay for and I pulled my own parts they still treat me like I was bothering or begging them something I just remember that is their last option for work hence why they have such nasty and miserable attitude

Good place to pick your part but hard to get your return process. They more attentive for the folks getting in while I’m waiting for someone to help me to get my return process

I recently came here to get parts for a car I’m selling that had some parts in rough condition. This was my first time visiting a pick and pull junkyard and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was super helpful, especially Julee, Daniel, and Roberto. They printed out all 6 or 7 of the options of what I was looking for and gave me a map to find them. It was quite organized and I was easily able to find the cars I was looking for. I was also surprised at how good condition a lot of the cars were in. At one point, I realized I didn’t have the correct socket size to disconnect the steering wheel I ended up getting, but when I mentioned that to the staff they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! I had to make multiple trips to try different things but they didn’t give up on me and made sure I got what I needed! The prices were also fantastic! I got all the items in the images (and other small things) for less than $40 (and were in almost new condition - especially after a quick clean). For reference, the center console lid was $80 cheapest online and the steering wheel was over $200. Fantastic experience and I had a lot of fun looking around at everything, can’t wait till I can go back!

Been coming here for many years. You have excellent help finding your parts they'll print up the vehicles that will work for you and all other models also. They will give you a map and tell you where to go

The guy at the desk was a great help! I was looking for a spare tire part on my car and he did a general search for the car instead of the specific spare tire kit. This will lead to all of the cars in the lot. Make sure to bring a hat because it is sunny. And a bottle of water to cool down. Bring some gloves to prevent cutting of your hands. You will pay a $3 admission fee but coming here saved me over $300 from the dealer. Also, you will get dirty so keep that in mind when choosing your outfit. For men, I recommend long jeans and a simple t-shirt. It will take time, but if you have the perseverance, you can find the part you need!

Needed a driver's side mirror for a Scion XB. Called around and $65 seemed to be the average price. Called LKQ and was quoted $22 and the operator kindly checked the current inventory and there were three Scion XBs on the lot. $3 entrance fee and a little bit of work with some sockets and a screw driver and with tax the total cost was $26 even! Just plain a great operation all the way around! Thank you LQK for what you do and thank you to the friendly staff at the Tampa location!

I was a little intimidated at first as this was my first time visiting a salvage yard. The people at the front were super helpful. Just remember to bring your own tools and be prepared to get dirty. If you can manage those two things, you will save big! Snagged a radiator fan for 21 bucks plus a 5 dollar core charge.

Im from tampa and Lived in this area as a kid when it was Copher Brothers. i see they have done a better job at getting the bad employee's out of there and replacing with good quality people. myself i pulled a complete AC system from a older 90s f150 all for only $148 and have a receipt to prove it to you. thats the whole entire system. dealer wanted $2000 for this whole job. i pulled it in 2 hours and installed in 3 hours at home filled with two cans of 134a. now i have freezing cold ac for summer!!! i did the same thing exactly 15 years ago at same place in 2002 with a 80s chevy cavalier. dont be afraid to pull ac parts. just see if system is filled or have air pressure. if green oil comes out its more then likely good. prices are ok but Its a fair priced junkyard compared to new or dealer.
