This company employs workers who mistreat people and speak to them in a rude and offensive manner.
In my case, one of your drivers showed disrespectful and discriminatory and very VERY racist behavior while providing the service. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism.
I expect corrective action to be taken to ensure that no one else is treated this way.
What I experienced was discrimination, racism, and verbal abuse, and it should never be tolerated or normalized.
I was treated with disrespect simply because I do not speak English like others. I was told things such as “go back to your country, this is America, we speak English here.” During the towing of my vehicle, I was spoken to in a hostile, degrading, and aggressive manner, with no respect at all—even as a woman.
This behavior is not only unacceptable; it is a direct violation of basic human dignity and civil rights.
Yes, my English is not perfect. However, that does not make me less of a citizen or less of a person.
I am a United States citizen, I am well educated, and I am the owner of two successful companies that pay taxes and contribute to the economy of this country that I deeply love and respect.
Language, accent, or origin do not define a person’s value.
But racism clearly defines the lack of professionalism, ethics, and integrity of those who engage in it.
Let me be very clear:

? Discrimination based on language or national origin can be documented, reported, and legally pursued.
? If this conduct continues, I will not hesitate to take the necessary actions to protect my rights and the rights of others.
The United States was built on diversity, hard work, and respect.
Anyone who fails to understand this is failing the values this country stands for.
One thing I can tell you about Craig is he is amazing !!! From towing to anything else that might come his way he really is helpful and reasonable!!! Always at the top of my call list when I’m in need

I was traveling serval hours from home on a mini-vacation, I stopped for a drink and some gum. I got back in the car to hit the road and the car was dead and had no power!!! I just knew my trip was over. I tried reaching anyone but since it was afternoon on Friday, I had no luck finding help. I was Stranded so I called this company, it was the 1st one I called. I was shocked by the fact that the ETA was less than an hour! This gave me a little hope to make the event on time. “Low in behold” I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Turns out my Battery terminals were very corroded and not getting a good connection. I was very pleased with the service and the prices were super affordable I even had money left for my trip. Seriously, the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in a stressful situation. I would be glad to recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My car broke down and I needed a tow on my way to work, called and they answered quickly and came over to tow my car. Had a bad alternator and had him replace it. Great service, and communication. Will definitely use them again.

AMAZING !! my tire blew about 2 hours away from home and literally no one gave me the time of day because it was 5pm, not even my insurance would help me. I am so glad I called this company. These guys literally made everything so easy and fast; within 45 min my car was towed to the shop, tire replaced and I was ready to continue my drive home. And the price was very reasonable! They even called to check that I made it home safe. I would 100% recommend anyone and everyone! Literally the nicest people!

great service fast, fair, and experienced! Had a tire that had a slow leak and they stopped a transmission job they were doing and helped me out. They plugged my tire and didn't try to upsell me with new tires, alignments, and stuff I didn't want or need. Have called before for emergency road side assistance and it was a great experience too. Excellent service. CW appeared to the minute of when he said he would be there. He is now saved to my phonebook in the event I am at Sebring international raceway and have another issue. Hope I don't need him again but good to know he is there if I do.
Called to get my car towed when it broke down on the side of the road. Man on the phone was very professional and when showed up was very accommodating and quick. Customer service is amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better tow service. Will use in the future and would refer friends and family.
I thought it would be best to tow my car here from an hour+ away. It's an Audi. After discussion with Craig, he recommended that I get it taken care of closer to where the car was, saving me time and money. It didn't help them on this day, but we'll be sure to use them in the future. Thanks, Craig.

And an old parts car sitting on property called it was gone within a few hours. Quick timely response and got the trash off my property. He also took some scrap metal we had laying around as well. Will use again.
