Used this towing company today for the first time. I just moved here from Fort Lauderdale and was looking for a Honest company.
Well I found them ! they were fast to respond and instead of having to tow to the mechanic the the tow service was able to fix the problem on the spot. Save a huge headache and I will definitely use this service in the future! And tow price for him coming out was super reasonable.. I give 10 stars.
Ray is the owner of Redline and I have used him twice through AAA and once on my own yesterday.
I think he's the most professional, courteous, clean, well-mannered, intelligent and attentive wrecker operator that I've ever encountered. I do not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone who has any issue. He has clran, modern equipment that's unusually specific and rare which gives him the ability to both tow and recover vehicles.
I would not take the time to leave this review if I didn't feel it very incumbent upon me to praise this company and its owner operator.
Rey was great, I called and he was promptly picking up my truck to take it to the shop. He was great to talk to, he paid attention to detail, and cared. I have some low branches in my driveway and instead of plowing through them and scratching my truck up, he advised we move the branches out of the way, which he did not have to do. Excellent!
Had a really pleasant experience today. He was prompt, professional, and really considerate of our old truck. He made sure that he did all he could to care for it including warning us to move some branches so that it wouldn’t be scratched. Very cool!

I was hit today and Redline came to town my car. He was really quick getting to us and was able to offer a lot of helpful information I didn’t know, this was the first time I’ve ever been in an accident and he made the whole process so much easier to manage

This gentleman with torture of flat bed. Very professional friendly courteous. I would I was going to erase. He's a awesome person and he explains everything. What he gonna do and how are you gonna hook up? The car and everything will be off OK and he would deliver it in the same way that he got it. I guess it is very professional and very friendly.

Redline saved my tail again! Called for a lockout around 9pm, I was on the south end of town. He told me an hour. He was there in 30 minutes! Pricing very reasonable. Redline is definitely my go-to!
