I was told $7.75 per 100lb's for scrap steel then when I got there the price changed to $5.00 per 100lb's. Long trip to be ripped off so cmc gave me $8.50 per 100lb's long wait but worth it. Don't bother wasting your time with the Alligator leave it in the creek.

Even walk the yard with him
And make a deal just to hear an employee say that he doesn't remember
They don't honor their return policy, i tried to return a defectiive part but they tried to wait out the 30 days so I couldn't return it. They didn't have another part to exchange for the bad one and they wouldn't give me my money back. Would not recommend them to anybody. The staff is unhelpful and usless they don't ever answer the phone when you call and can't answer any questions about the inventory they have. Do not waste your time with this company
I ordered a wheel for a Dodge Dart from them. The first issue that came up was with shipping. It took several days for the wheel to ship. I understand that sometimes things happen. I was told that their tire machine broke. OK, no big deal. I was tracking the shipment and was told that the wheel had been shipped. It had not. It finally showed as being picked up the next day.. The next issue was slightly bigger. The wheel was advertised as an A grade wheel with 0 units of damage. This wheel has been curb scraped and is very scratched up as the picture shows. Very disappointing transaction all the way around. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them.
We received a quote from Alligator for our old Nissan. Within two hours, the tow truck was on site and the cash was in our hands. It couldn't have been an easier process.
Never had worse service in my life. A woman on the phone scheduled for our car to be picked up at 7pm. She showed up at 9:45pm, didn't apologize. Smug and very unprofessional attitude. I would recommend shutting your own hand in a car door over and over again over choosing alligator enterprises.
