Today I received great services from Tony! I appreciated the text message updates on estimated arrival as well as a phone call when he arrived. I am pleased with the professionalism and great spirit that he has brought. My car was taken away smoothly and arrived at the selected body shop. After Tony dropped my car off he informed me on who he left my keys with as well as a photo of my car. The services I received are very reassuring. I have just saved Almighty Towing Transport under towing in my phone because their service was GREAT. Communication was punctual and professional, and more importantly, the dispatcher that they sent out was so pleasant. He was very polite and even came earlier than expected. This was my first time with Almighty Towing and I would 100% recommend!
The driver was terrific. Understood our mechanical issue and tried to help resolve it before loading the car on the flatbed. He then took great care to make sure the car was properly hooked-up and secured in place. On arrival at the repair shop, he located the car in the right spot to be parked outside, overnight, so that it could easily be pushed into the mechanics bay the next morning. An intelligent, considerate individual that just did a great job all around !
Super friendly and made me feel at ease about my Mustang being towed to my local dealer for repair. Even sent a reassuring picture that she was safe and sound at the dealer.

David Smith from Almighty Towing was friendly, and extremely helpful. The tire shop I was supposed to drop my car off was unable to do tires so he was accommodating and brought me to another tire shop. The insurance company only paid to go to the first so he didn’t have to take me to another shop. He well above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend using Almighty Towing!

Tony, with Almighty Towing was great. Showed up early, kept me in the loop when he was on his way, and even sent me a picture of my vehicle when it was dropped off, along with the name of the mechanic he gave my keys to. Very appreciative that my insurance company assigned this towing company and glad they have Tony on the payroll.

Anthony was amazing! I had to wait a few hours, which I didn’t mind because they were down a truck and super busy (with their great service I understand why) I’m not sure who I spoke to on the phone but he was also very nice! Once he made it, he was super nice and his energy the entire ride to the dealership was amazing. I would absolutely use this company again for any future towing needs!
Anthony was amazing. Having a vehicle not work and needing a tow is always stressful. Anthony arrived quickly and was able to not only hook our van up but also have it delivered to the shop before they closed. He personally texted me a photo of the van at the shop and assured me that the workers were hand delivered the keys. Anthony was fast & professional, if we ever need another tow we will definitely be calling him again.

Almighty Towing stepped in when I had been waiting 6 hours for a tow company to be assigned. Tony was amazing! He let me know when he was heading my way with an ETA. He assessed the tricky positioning of the car in my garage and quickly worked out a plan that worked perfectly! Tony was polite and personable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Keep up the good work!

*2-update 2 weeks: Called them again and gave an Awesome service! Picked up my other car and within minutes, enroute to my mechanic! I'd give 10 stars if there's such a thing!
