Started the day breaking down in a turn lane. Called three separate tow companies and nobody would come because it needed to be towed 30 feet because my auto parking break locked and I couldn’t disengage it. Anthony came and really made a crappy situation a bit better. Thanks again Anthony!!
I just want give a shout out to this body shop even though my car was beyond repair. The day I went in to see them the technician stopped what he was doing and went in person look at the car at the tow yard nearby and told me that it couldn’t be repaired but gave me great advice as to who I should call to get the best cash offer for it. . Highly recommend this body shop for their honesty, integrity and kindness, quite frankly.
This team of people, no matter who you talk to, they are just wonderful. The nicest people ever! I met Dee Dee on the side of the road after I was in a terrible accident. The team jumped on the repairs right away and ordered up all the parts. They knew I was 8-9 months pregnant and did everything they could to get me my car back within 30 days. I picked it up today, it looks brand new, I have the afternoon to get my car seat installed, and I'm scheduled to go into labor tomorrow. I'm never going to another body shop in my life. They made it so easy to work with the insurance adjuster and gave the best updates. This place was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to the whole team.
This company is a den of thieves. They took terrible advantage of my son, who is a United States Marine by the way. He was in a one-vehicle accident and had to have his pick-up truck pulled only 22 miles. The storage was only 4 nights, but they charged him 5. His total bill with them was $953.00!!! That is more than he brings home in 2 weeks. Further, they would only take cash!!!! No checks. No debit/credit. Cash Only! And furthermore, on top of that, they didn't even want to provide a receipt. They did finally print us an invoice showing that we paid but did not want to sign it, but they did :). My son did not choose this company, but they were the ones that showed up. I would suggest that if this company shows up to pick up your vehicle, send them away and get someone else.
Was very disappointing. My car got towed due to breaking down. The city called this place to have my car towed when there were many towing companies near my car they decided to call this location, which was about 30 minutes from where my car was left. They took it Monday at around 2am and when I called the city they told me my car was in this location as soon as I called the guy that answered the phone said it would be a charge of $604 cash only that's insane I have never heard of such thing, I was crying that is a paycheck for me! I called back and spoke to a lady she said the lowest she could go was $470, which was still so much money! Who has that type of money just laying around? I was devastated. My car had broken down due to the belt breaking. I understand it was my fault for leaving it there. They changed me so much for labor, miles, hook up, and only 29.00 to store my car there for less than a day. I don't think this is ok. Inflation is crazy and not everyone has this much money. They told me that it was that much because they have fees to pay too and all these other things. I don't even think it's legal to charge that much.
***Affordable? You say $600 is affordable? To who? This is ridiculous! I called every towing place in town to ask what is a normal rate for the city getting your car towed, and they were all surprised about the rate that you guys gave me! They didn't understand why it was so much! Some said that was outrageous for not even a day of being there, and you say storage? Is a junk car place! Still, you guys dropped it to $470 I mean, that is still a lot of money. You guys probably thought oh it's a BMW. This person might have money laying around! It's not ok! So am I supposed to change my review now because you lowered my rate and you let me make a slight fix on my car? No! This is about how you ripped me off! How I hope this doesn't happen to anyone! I will stand by my review! We saw a bunch of towing recipes in the front office. All said $100-$150, and mine was $470 I kept asking myself how?? Why?? And all the charges are just ridiculous to me! $100 and something to hook up the car?? Are you kidding me?? Labor $100 and something more?? I'm sure some were made up because there is no way!

Thieves…READ ALL other reviews referring to SAME THEFT ISSUE. Unfortunately, I was not given a choice to use this company. After recovering from injuries in a serious accident, I was asked to sign for my car to be released for insurance. I showed up to grab the belongings out of my car and sign for It to be released - It had been completely ran through. Over $1000 in property stolen. Spoke with office manager who could care less, pointed me in no direction. Absolutely concerning that this company would have the audacity to steal from people in general, more so those who have suffered traumatic experiences. Save yourself.
While driving across the buckman bridge behind a truck towing a flatbed trailer, something flew off and hit my SUV. I was left with a broken windshield, 2 dents on the hood, 1 next to the windshield and a scratch on backside of door mirror. They repaired the dents and painted. It looks amazing!! I will definitely use them again!
They were very quick to answer the phone and provided an accurate and affordable quote for the distance that I needed my vehicle towed. The price was extremely affordable and cheaper than every other place I called, and the guy they sent out, I believe his name was Dwight, was extremely helpful. He arrived earlier than estimated (the location of the car was about 20 minutes from their shop) and was quick to get to work. On top of that he gave me some very useful tips and advice for how I should go about solving my car's problems. Overall, it was about as hassle-free and smooth of an experience as having to get your car towed can be. Thank you Dwight, and thank you Harry's for the exceptional service!
I would recommend Harry's Body shop and towing. We used them for the first time today to tow my husband's car to a tire shop. The front office person displayed excellent customer service (I wish I remembered her name) and the driver, Dwight also provided excellent customer service. I will contact them again if we need towing services.

My car a 2005 Honda Element sat up for 14 days, when I got home it would not run. Finally got it to Harry's, they had it one day. I picked it up and it is running perfectly! They always do great work! I would never go anywhere else!!!
Always treated me with courtesy and respect. The driver offered me a Gatorade after I'd been standing on the side of JTB around lunch time. (It was warm, but I did not care, it was welcome!)
I highly recommend them, and I will be using their services again shortly.
Needed my car towed due to stolen keys. Car was locked and obviously parked. Harry’s has good reviews so I gave them a call and a great price. I was at work while this was going on and the driver seemed a little confused on how to get to the Honda by the avenues, no big deal though. However, once he got to the dealership, he decided to GREASE THE TOW BED WITH WD40 and release my vehicle with no safety measures. My car goes FLYING OFF THE TRUCK BED, goes over the curb, and stopped a few inches from a well. The tech asked what he did and he waves a wd-40 can in the air. Absolutely LIVID at how they treated my car. Called other tow companies and none of them could believe that was how my car was handled. Will be contacting them Monday as they are closed all weekend.
This company was notified by State Patrol to transport my vehicle from an accident (rolling) to their shop 6 miles away. They charged $318 to do it and pushed that on me!
There was no consideration for military service or discount though it was not needed.
To put this in perspective, another company pulled my vehicle from them for $180 to go 30 miles.
Too many companies taking advantage of people during tough times!!
Took my Hyundai Sonata, because my hood latch wasn’t working. Tech and one of the owners looked at it. Explained everything thing to me, including price and time for the repair and the price quoted was in line with what I researched. So appreciative of good honest service these days. I’ll be back guys
Well, today is the 31st. As I stated above, “I’ll be back guys” My car was repaired and get this, I only paid half of what I expected. They could’ve done like most shops and charged me what I expected, but because of the way that they do business, the young man at the counter explained everything. Told him, I wish there was a way to tip them. Everyone that I encountered was honest, smiling and friendly. Hard to fine great work and a smile and a courtesy car wash because of all of the pollen in Florida. I wish all businesses were done this way.
Wonderful Service! Highly recommend. After an accident, our truck was repaired in a timely manner by skilled craftsmen. Employees are very friendly. This is a vehicle repair shop you can trust not to take advantage of you. They have also supplied tow services for friends as well as our company at reasonable rates...again, supplying amazing service each time. Can't recommend them enough!
I just needed someone to install front splash shields I had ordered. I called Harry’s, and they gave me a reasonable quote and said they could fit me in that day. Very friendly, helpful guys, only charged me $30 and had me out within an hour - thanks so much, and special thanks to Bill who I worked with!
These people are awful....My car was stolen..FHP had Harry's tow it. In order to retrieve my stolen car I was charged 213. and change.
114 to tow it.. 29 for 9 miles when the distance is 3.3(I must have paid him to drive through McDonald's for breakfast)....25 for storage...and the kicker folks 45 for service.
When I called to explain these charges I was told 45 was for the tow truck driver..Confused I asked well than what is 114 for..The tow truck..
Again maybe I don't understand 114 is for the use of a tow and I have to pay someone 45 to drive it..The answer by these awful awful people was

Fantastic experience and service!! when our vehicles starter went out they were able to tow on a Sunday evening and fix first thing Monday morning so we could get back home. Reasonable pricing and friendly service. Thank you so much!!
They towed our motor home after we were in an accident. They were very caring and understanding. The accident was on a Saturday, late, but they were nice enough to meet us at the lot and allow us to get our stuff from the motor home. All of our cloths and every thing would have been stuck there until Monday if they had not been so nice to us. Ignore any bad reviews about these people because theres no way the could be true. I wish they were closer to were we live so could give them all our business.
