Do not use this service and be warned they will scam you. After calling for a tow truck and having to prepay, they kept extending the time until a truck would be there. After cancelling the service, called ASAP towing and they helped immediately and didn't charge until AFTER the service was completed. Refund from this place never came. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!
Absolutely horrible. Called to have my gfs tired changed since I'm working out of state and they took an hr for someone to dispatch then went the wrong direction. After that tried to send a msg saying the job was complete when they had never arrived in the first place. At first the driver provided his location on his phone and answered calls. Once he went the wrong way that all stopped. Please do not call these folks for help they do not prioritize people and their situations they just wanna get paid without doing the work. Horrible service.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle company. They took over 4 hours to get to our car, were extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time and never seemed to have any answers. The drivers was rude and reckless with no customer service skills. This company set our car repairs back an entire day and I can’t say enough bad things about them. There are too many places in Jacksonville to use a place like this
They were very nice and accommodating. I actually didn’t end up needing them because I got my car started but they were very helpful in providing a refund and canceling the tow.
Called at 11:30 PM for an emergency tow for our daughter from the roadside. Not only did they lie and say that there was a truck dispatched (there wasn't), they took our money, told us over an hour and a half later that not only did they not send a truck, and that one wouldn't be available for 3 MORE HOURS unless we paid an additional $130 to have one rushed to our daughter (who had been waiting on the side of the road in the middle of the night for hours). Then they had the audacity to tell us that we wouldn't receive a refund for a service they DIDN'T perform for at least 5 days. An absolute nightmare of a company - avoid them at ALL COSTS. UPDATE 08/10/2020 - STILL NO REFUND FOR A SERVICE THEY NEVER DELIVERED.
UPDATE 10/13/2020 - Still no refund, still no reasonable response. Contacting our attorney and taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
