Hamp and his team went out of his way to help me out of a bind after breaking down out of town… not only did he take time out of his already jampacked schedule, but he even came up to the auto parts store to install my alternator since the van was dead in the water A+++++ these are your guys!
I feel so lucky to have found Herring Auto! When I moved from a larger city to a rural area, I worried I wouldn't be able to find a quality shop to replace my trusted mechanic. Then I came across this gem! The owner, Hamp, is always friendly and helpful, and my mechanic, Richard, has successfully helped me keep my 2005 4runner on the road. This shop is honest, knowledgeable and charges fair prices. I wont take my car to anyone else in the area!
I can’t say enough about the incredible kindness and help we received from the owner and his son on Thanksgiving Day. When most places were closed and we were completely stuck with a flat tire, they went out of their way to help us get back on the road.
Not only did they show up on a holiday, but they treated us with genuine care and patience. They quickly fixed the tire, Their willingness to help during a time when they could have been home with their family truly meant a lot to us.
It’s rare to find people this dedicated and thoughtful. We’re beyond grateful for their service and kindness. Highly recommended coming to check them out if you need any service done on your cars and thank you again for saving our Thanksgiving! 🙏🚗🛠️

Had a fantastic experience with Herring auto. We were stranded after our wheel came loose and damaged the rim. He had us up and back on the rode quickly and was super reasonable with his rates. I hope you dont need it, but if you do. This guy was truly phenomenal.

Our Diesel was running then it wasn't! A referral to Hamp and shortly he came. With the knowledge and diagnostic equipment needed to get my truck to start.
These guys are great,never knew they were there til today but will definitely use them for any future car troubles. They were so nice and got me bk on the road fast. Only 5 stars cause it doesn't go higher
Really real people with southern hospitality. The owner is super cute too, and has helped me out many times when I needed some cash and it was a little late or a holiday and he would come out and open shop for me. Have been doing business with him several years.
Tod is very helpful and knowledgeable about the automotive and scrap industries. I recently had a a front tire on my semi blow out and called. Had the pleasure of meeting Hamp. This is a repair shop family owned and operated,friendly and honest work roadside assistance,semi truck and trailer repairs as well.will take their time to help,and explain what is needed and if they don't have they will call around and find the part and if in the northern half of Florida drive to pick up part and are willing to work late hours yet it does cost extra.still one of the best repair shops I've been to
