Jennifer and Melissa at the Cross City, FL store #9176 are awesome. Went in with our 2017 Traverse and Melissa diagnosed cylinder 1 misfiring. Jennifer got us the parts to replace the coils and plugs. The motor is running like new again.

I shopped here as a loyalty perk because they accepted UPS. Since they stopped that I will shop in Chiefland since I have to go there for UPS Drop off now.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Most of your everyday parts in stock, oil filers, wiper blades, trans fluid. Out of stock parts come quick to store for pick up.
Also a UPS drop off location.

Won't ever go here again, they won't take back faulty items, cheap batards!!!!!! ;(

When another store made some dramatic errors. This store stepped up and made it right for me. Carl Ashley and the general manager are so helpful. I would never go to any other store!

Friendly staff, frequently don't have inventory, have to wait on next delivery truck. Several new staff still learning.

Rude customer service - man who works there is nice. The women were terrible and rude.

Had to buy a new headlight for my Impala. The two ladies working today were very knowledgeable and the one even helped me change the headlight . Awesome job

Went in for new windshield wipers. The woman behind the counter had to help us figure out which ones we needed for our SUV. she then walked over to the WW section and pointed out the different brands there were to choose from. We picked out the mid-priced ones. When we paid, she asked if we wanted her to install them. We said "sure", so she did! While she was putting them on, we realized that we needed a wiper for the rear windshield. We went back inside with her while she selected the correct sized one, paid and we went outside where she put the rear one on with a bit of difficulty. We had to pull up a U-tube video to figure out how to get the old one off! Very polite, great service and didn't have to wait on a long line. Would recommend going here. Pleasantly surprised with the service.

Went here to see if they had a certain color spray paint, they did. But more than expected but that's ok. Staff was friendly and greeted when we walked in

The store is very neat and organized with a fairly decent sized variety of various automotive items that your average Joe/Jill (like me or her) might be looking for. Now on the other hand almost every single time or situation where I had visited the store minus a few exceptions I've had to wait on the store employee who is very rude, has an attitude, speaks with sarcasm, and is basically unwilling to help. Maybe my future visits will not be met with any employees in lack of general customer service ethics.

I had a charging system issue which drained my battery!! The staff at this store went way above and beyond expectations!! Needed a new battery and alternator!! They didn’t have alternator in stock but they called around and we’re able to locate some nearby!! Great service!!

My mother works here, she was the manager for a while and will likely be the manager again here soon, and she does her best to ensure that this store runs smoothly. She gets on to any employee that disrespects the customers and she does her best to make sure that everything is where it needs to be. She is highly certified and highly qualified in this line of work, so if you come here... you're in great hands. Sufficive to say... she pushes her own physical and mental limits to give her customers the best service possible.

This place is alright. They made me prepay for a part awhile back. It took three days to get it. I thought that was a little strange but over all it's a good parts store

LOVE THIS STORE. I was on a trip from Tampa to Tallahassee and my motorcycle chain came off and I was able to me it into the parking lot where I met the lovely Joleene! She was able to lend me a few tools to keep me from having to spend money on tools I already had at home. I was to thankful for her kindness. Really an amazing store and will recommend anyone to stop there for there auto needs if they are in the area

I had a idle pully come off my truck while i was working out of town. I bought a new pully but it did not come with the bolt. Jamie fixed it up with some improvised bolts. Not only did I get home, but i drove it like that untill i could get the correct bolt. Great job Jamie.
