So I only gave this place three stars because you’ve got a 50-50 shot when you walk in here and speak to the people behind the counter of them knowing what they’re talking about, or what you’re talking about, mechanical wise or parts wise. Now the ones that do know what they’re talking about are extremely helpful and knowledgeable but the ones that don’t know what they’re talking about are very frustrating to deal with. But the store is usually stocked very well with the things that you might need mechanically and otherwise.

The technician checked my batterys, 4 of them. all were bad and needed replacement. This store does not have those batterys and suggested a source elsewhere. Good job.

Check your cameras to see how your employees handle customers… 10/9/2025 about 12:30pm I enter the store with 2 employees on the phone ,one walking around daydreaming.. Not a single employee spoke at all. I am literally the only non employee in the store and I don’t get acknowledged. Dude comes in after I have been in the store 5 minutes and they cash him out immediately after hanging up the phone.. I tell them that I had been there waiting and the guy literally says “I am doing a 100 things at once “… Guess who’s not gonna stand there, get ignored, pay premium prices and treated like a 2nd class citizen for an auto part… Get AI implemented immediately please

Tried another parts store first and they didnt have the wiper blades to fit my car. Michael helped me and he was awesome. Fitted and installed the wiper blades, no questions asked. A gentlemen and 5 star customer service. This will be the only parts store I go to from now on.

Great auto parts store. Have always had what I needed. Today the manager went above and beyond. I had gotten the wrong parts (my fault ) had my truck taken apart. He sent someone with the right parts. No hassle and very helpful.

Had the parts I asked for, ended up not needing them, came back with the receipt and easily got my money back. Friendly staff and less than a minute wait when I walked through the door.

I thought I served this country and earned some respect but not here. I have there 3 times because they gave me the wrong part? Then on 9/14 around 6pm I walk in and the store is empty? I was with my mechanic and we waited thinking the employee was in restroom. after almost 2O minutes of waiting, I take a final look in parking lot and in the back are the 2 employees. He then saw me and took his time back inside I stay calm and polite as usual and suddenly one of the employees stares me down waiting for me to respond trying to intimidate me. I didn't and just humbled myself and ignored him. The other employee that was helping me, but could not figure it out and finally found a part that was cheaper and switched it out and wrong part again and I gave him part I looked up online. Upon trying the other in part as it got dark and stuck over a serpentine belt that I came to find out was cheaper and he didn't give me the same price? I called the following day asked for manager and that never happened. They put me on hold with no intentions of letting me speak to a manager. I can't believe how much hate still exist and they all stick together. I'm a USMC veteran and deserved the same respect I give you.

First let me say the gentleman that helped me his name was Freddy he was very kind and has great customer service! The young man was very helpful. He was also very clean cut! Now for Mark, he was not as kind. I had to exchange something and he said sure why not it’s only money! That’s not ok that’s not customer service. I was not rude or nasty. Nor did I respond to his comment. Mark did replace the items but the comments not ok. Also the replacement worked perfect!

The Inverness O’Reilly team provides excellent service. A huge thank you to all the guys working on Sunday 10-15-23!!! A simple alternator replacement was not so simple and the 3 men working the counter & phone in the afternoon/evening all went above and beyond-even after the initial purchase of the necessary parts. Kudos! Outstanding customer service ! Give these guys a raise as they just earned O’Reilly two loyal customers! In a sea of auto parts establishments, O’Reilly will be our first stop from here on out.

After going to Batteries plus bulbs and NAPA auto parts stores and even Walmart on rte 44 for a new battery and help replacing it in my vehicle. The first two denied assistance and Walmart was willing to change out the batteries but was a four hour wait. O’Reilly Auto did it for free and said they did it for all their customers. As it turned out I have two blown shoulders and can’t do it anymore. That’s great customer service! I’ll be back for sure.

Walked right in and was greeted promptly. I needed a new battery and have it installed. The whole process took around 20 mminutes and I was very pleased with the friendliness and professional way everything was handled. I would recommend to everyone that needs auto parts and professionalism.

Always an awesome experience. Mike is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Sometimes issues do occur (many times out of the local store's control!) but they've ALWAYS handled every interaction with excellent customer service and respect!

As we were two women who walked into the store, we were ignored. Had to interrupt a three way conversation to ask the male employee where to find what we wanted, a wave of an arm directing us. After searching for several minutes and not finding what we wanted, interrupted the female employee and she actually took the time to say that they didn't carry what we were looking for anymore.

Need to make a gasket for very old ford tractor, sale person understands what I needed and gave me just the materials to make it, was out in 10 minutes. Outside parking lot was very clean as the interior, staff was helpful and friendly, also gave me a military discount.

Went in for a key fob battery. The employee was busy looking on the computer. No acknowledgement at anytime while waiting. A customer stated the part he was given was wrong. The employee took care of him and rebated him. Wow now it’s my turn. Told the employee what I needed and asked if he could look it up. He told to take my key fob apart and look at the battery. I left after that customer experience. Will not go back. I was always helped in the past.I went to one of you competitors and they were very helpful

The employee Sean was super helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to make me feel like I was a valued customer. I bought some jumper cables and he offered to test my battery which in fact was bad. He mentioned this battery needed to be replaced by a dealer and I made an appointment and dropped my car off right after. I wouldn’t have known if he didn’t go above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. Super friendly and welcoming and made me a O’Reillys customer for life. These are the people you need to keep around!!

Wonderfully knowledgeable guys and ladies! Price matching, bring in your smart phone with another advertised price, though I've never had to go so far. My parts, if not in stock, where there the next morning. Hard to go wrong, pleasant and happy to answer stupid questions. Not that my questions are stupid! Lol.

Even though they didn't have my specific battery in stock they would have it that day which is excellent service in my book! The store is always clean and very well organized, they are friendly and work hard to please their customers.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. O'Reilly is by far the best Auto Parts facility around. I came in a couple of weeks ago and Brett changed my lightbulb out for me and I didn't even ask him to. He offered his help and even when I told him that it wasn't necessary, he still went above, beyond and out of his way to help me. This is customer service at its finest. I just went today to get some basic items (fluids) and Greg was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had. You guys are the best!! I LOVE O'REILLY!!
