I stopped here to check my oil and to get some water for my dog. I asked this gentleman who worked there if I could get some water for my dog. I brought a cup in, thinking I would just use a faucet in the bathroom or something for now. This gentleman went in the back and came back with bottled water. He gave me 2 bottles of water for my dog. He didn’t have to do that but I am very appreciative that he did. He is a very nice person and I felt that he deserved some attention and respect for that. Thank you so much! You are very kind!
A big thank you to Chris for helping me get the appropriate part number I needed for my 1991 Jeep which parts are hard to find due her age. The entire staff is very knowledgeable to help us find what we need.
Went to get a thermostat & gaskets, they did have the thermostat, having to wait on the o-ring & gaskets a couple days, would've given them 5 stars if they'd had all my parts, but I get it, cant stock everything...🙄🤗 Other than that, fast, friendly service, just like the old days👍
I Came to the door at 5:50pm July 20th, Guy in the store Meets me at the door barely letting me In saying he’s closing, 10 minutes before 6. Then asks what I want, and as I’m asking to Return something I purchased online he says No.
Great Store! See "Napa Bob" there and get that "old school" professionalism and service instead of the "millenial blank stare of death" so common at the Autozone down the road or the "baby boomers that can't remember the 60's" type of experience across the street at O'Reillys!

Went to Napa today to get a new car battery. I explained my inability to change out the batteries as I have had surgery on both my shoulders and I haven’t the strength in my shoulders to do it anymore. They declined.
I went across the street to O’reilly Auto Parts. The were very willing to do it and said they do it for all their customers.
I highly recommend them!
Has plenty of parking, bathroom, handy cap accessible, very professional, clean, delivery service, all parts for the car and if they don't have what you need they will oder it for you.
NAPA Auto Parts is an old-school parts house with helpful employees. No matter your skill level, they will help you find the parts you need at a reasonable price
Got a battery for spouse's car to replace the one Florida heat killed. Good price, would have been better if the battery hadn't been dead on install. Wasted too much of my day driving to Napa, getting a battery, driving home, swapping it out, only to find out it was dead.
Lots of car parts stores hereabouts, these guys know their biz well, and don't try to push the latest countertop gas-additives on you (unlike some of the competition). My new go-to for parts

I went here solely because I had a coupon. There was barely anything there worth buying unless you’re a mechanic or trucker. This is not for everyday car needs.
