My insurance company used their services for a tow in the middle of the night. Our driver (I believe was Michael on the caller ID) was the nicest guy, they got to my husbands truck quickly and towed it home for us. Can’t say enough about what a nice guy he was. Even helped advise us on what to do for the truck. Really appreciated him! They now have a lifelong customer with us because dispatch & the driver were both incredibly helpful, good people. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased with my service today. Denny was the gentleman that came out to change my flat tire and he was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, courteous
and very helpful. He was quick to arrive and very patient with all my questions. He was knowledgable and professional. I really felt like he cared about my safety and was sure to take his time and do things properly which I appreciate. 5 stars in my book.

Nate helped my son and we are so impressed. It was so hot out and Nate offered to wait with my 20 year old son and his girlfriend so they could sit in the AC of his tow truck while they waited for my husband to pick them up. My son said Nate was just super cool and kind. Thank you Nate!?
These guys are rip offs the guy came out ran around the truck for an hr I helped out with my truck long story short we got the truck out he towed me from lecanto to west side of Ocala off hwy 40 ruffly 30miles. 1320$ then he took all kind of back roads to get to the shop I’ll never use them again and I was just starting to like the guy
Today was a beautiful day, then came the stranded with worry! My GEICO Road Side Assistance contacted Scally’s to assist me with my flat tire! I was told it would be an hour and it was only 15 minutes because the driver was already in my area. ANTHONY was a true gem for me today! He was there, found my spare and put it on in no time at all! I was so truly grateful for his service, kindness and professionalism!

They were very helpful in my first Towing experience. On the other hand, when I needed a 3 mi tow, it was more expensive than my 16 mi tow. Buyer beware and be educated before you jump into it but a good service.
Called for a tow-truck for a friend. I prepared my buddy for a two-hour wait as it’s always been a miserable roadside wait-wait-wait event. They arrived in less than an hour and the driver was pleasant. The truck could use some cleaning for a better customer experience but I reminded my friend he paid a reasonably priced tow-truck and not a ridiculous Disney experience.
Had my car break down at around 8:30 PM tonight. Unfortunately didn’t get the driver’s name, but he arrived earlier than the time that was expected at around 9 PM. He was punctual and reliable. Thank you!
Very convenient with Geico insurance. The driver was very courteous and helpful. Connected with them in need of a tow and he fixed the issue within 5 minutes in my driveway. Will use them again myself or refer them to others anytime!
Wife hit a hog yesterday. I do not remember the name of the driver, but he was very polite and professional. He made our day better just by making us feel like here was there to take care of the car and it was no big deal. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely wonderful company. Called around 8am to set an appointment after work to pick up my van after the fuel pump went the day before. Everyone else wanted to charge me $225, for a TWO AND A HALF MILE TOW, they were $90 less!! Pete, who helped me load up the truck, was super friendly and made the experience quick and easy. Even dropped it in my yard in the shade so my bf and I can work on it. Will be using them again.
Brandon was top notch, waited to pickup my rv although he didn't have to. Picked up delivered my rv in no time. 5 stars will recommend friends and family.

I was recently in a car wreck...an absolute nightmare that turned my entire life upside down...this guy (I wish I knew his name) has been so genuinely kind and professional and helpful and just so effortlessly...it means everything with all that is going on and I wish we had more of him in the world. 10/10 Highly recommend
I was stranded in Lecanto. My car's keyless start would not work. It was hot, and it was not a city I was familiar with. Scally's came to my rescue, taking me all the way to a dealership in Ocala. The loading and unloading of my car went so perfectly. Thank you, Scally's!
Great service!! I used Scally’s towing services through my Geico app. I was impressed by how quickly the driver was able to get to Dunnellon from Inverness to help with my flat tire, especially on a Sunday. The driver was friendly and professional. I was thankful he took extra care not to damage the paint my new Audi. I wish I had caught his name, but hopefully I gave a good enough description to give him kudos. I also appreciated the friendly and caring lady I spoke with at the dispatch desk. It really turned around an unfortunate experience - thank you!
I blew a tire on the turnpike & needed my car towed. Justin with Scallys not only showed up super quick, he was also friendly and professional. Had it not been for him I would have been left stranded in the middle of the night. I don’t have enough positive things to say. I am forever grateful for Scallys & Justin!
I got a flat tire on my way home from work on hwy 200. When I called my roadside assistance they sent Scally’s. Jeff was awesome and helped me get my car to a safer spot to change the tire. Friendly and really fast service! Thank you so much!

I got stuck in the sand and needed to call AAA for roadside assistance. AAA contacted Scally's, and a tow truck was sent out. I was given an estimated wait time of one hour, of which I didn't think was so bad. Justin from Scally's showed up within the half hour. He was very nice and was able to get me back on my way quickly. Thanks for the quick and friendly service. I appreciate you help and quick response!

I can't say I've ever rated a tow company before, but these guys and gals are to notch. So pleasant and absolutely understand that you may be scared, and unsure of your current situation. I had the most compassionate gentleman you're my car, and the contact with me the dispatch office made sure to follow up, and concern for my safety was more than I ever could have imagined. Scally’s (and tow driver, Justin) helped get me out of a really tough spot. It was dark and cold with my one year old child and wife stuck on the side of the road with almost nothing around. Justin arrived ahead of schedule and, although he initially said he wouldn’t be able to get us out due to being too far off the road (and we’d have to wait 3-4 more hours for a heavy towing truck), he offered to try and pulled us out. Then promptly drove us an hour to my mechanic. Can’t thank him enough and the professional service was greatly appreciated.
Posting this review due to the tow trucks driving. I am nine months pregnant and my six-year-old was my backseat and the tow truck driver honked his horn and ran us off of the road instead of letting us merge. This is all while having someone’s vehicle on the back of their truck. I most certainly would not recommend anyone having their vehicle towed by this company if they wanted it back in one piece! I am shocked by the indecencey of this and endangerment not only of the 3 of us but also of anyone’s vehicle they decide to tow. Unbelievable. I did get pictures and I am seriously considering turning this incident in to the authorities. There is a bit more that I will not put on a public post.
