Down to earth prices. Friendly staff and if they don't have your part, they can even point you in the right direction to another junkyard that has your part.
Well, it doesn't look like much, but I'll tell you what they helped me well, let's wait to tomorrow to the rim comes in. But I'm pretty sure it will. I'll remember this place. At least they help me so far

I was dealing with my brother-in-law's estate and wanted to sell 2 trucks for salvage and I called multiple places. Jim at Dale's was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Little did I realize then how much more helpful he would be! I spent a couple of months dealing with FEMA trying to get the info they needed so they would give us money for damage due to Idalia. When I called Jim back to tell him he could pick up one of the trucks and that I was still trying to jump through hoops for FEMA on the other truck, he told me he would handle it! And just like that, he cut through miles of red tape that I had been tangled up in. I have read all the reviews praising Dale's as a great place to buy parts, but they are a great place to sell your old vehicles too.
Great place to get your used auto parts lots of inventory. All makes and model cars u pull or they pull it and also great mechanics. Thank you Dale for always being there 35 plus years in business. s

That one place that tells you they have what you need for sure & when you drive an HR to get it and pull up, walk all the way out to see NO ITS NOT HERE ?????? WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY & A SERVICE ??? KNOW YOUR BUSINESS.. Terrible way to be treated ..
VERY GOOD!!!! Out of at least 20 places i called they were the only ones who called me back and were EXTREMELY helpful. Fair prices and they even pull the parts off to avoid damage. Wind up finding more parts i needed upon arrival.
Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help. I found the parts I needed for my 95 Dodge Ram and very pleased with the fair prices. I definitely will return if I need more parts. Highly recommend.
You might not expect much from going to an Auto Parts Salvage, but it was very surprising how reasonably priced and friendly they are.
In this day and age when you think good customer service is like "rocket science," it's not like that for everyone because Dales AP&S went over and above. The customer service was stellar! Notwithstanding, cordial customers with good attitudes easily notice the reciprocated respect, and are very much appreciated.
If you happen to be looking for a part for your vehicle or know of someone who is, I would definitely check with these guys first and recommend them!
After calling to see if the part we needed was there, we got a phone call from Chris to cone and pick the part up. Great service and they have a great return policy!!!
This place is a dump. They said over the phone that they had what I needed. But when I got their they said they didn't have it. So then i walked the yard and i found what i needed. So then I walked back to the office to ask them about it and they said "nope it's not for sale, and have a good day." They are rude and barely have anything their that is useful.
Great price on a part for my highlander window...now I can roll my window up and down and it didn't cost me retail to fix it...thank you Dales auto parts.
Called about parts 3 different times. Each time I was told to give them my phone number that they would return my call. Never heard back from them. They shouldn't say they will call you back unless they plan on doing it. Even if they don't have the part, a courtesy call would have been nice. Waited all day to hear back from them. Next time I won't bother with this company.
I have a 95 Ford Bronco with 283000 miles on it. About 6 months ago the steering started hanging up and catching while turning. It was getting so bad I was getting worried about driving my only vehicle. After making many phone calls and going around to different shops. I did a google search and Dale's Auto Parts & Salvage came up so I gave them a call, I was told that they rebuild steering columns. I made an appointment to drop off one day and pick up the next day. When I picked up my Bronco I could not beleive that the steering was so smooth just like it did when I bought it 17 years ago. Thank You, CHRIS and JACK for all your hard work. You guys will be my first phone call from now on.

I guess you pay for what you get. Not saying the parts they have are bad but I bought a car from them and not only did the say I shorted them they sold me a death trap. The wheel fell off on hwy 19 with not just my husband but my 6 year old son in it. They could have told us it was all rusted on the bottom we really needed a car and we would have gotten it anyways but I would have put my son on the bus instead of taking him to school but now I can't even get to the hospital to make sure theyre ok because of them not saying anything about the rust .THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE and probably Spare a couple lives
