My 94-year-old dad had a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road with no way of changing it himself. We called GS Auto Towing, explained the situation, and they were there in less than 15 minutes to help him. Polite, prompt, and professional doesn't even begin to describe how grateful I am that they helped my dad when I couldn't be there to do it myself. Their pricing was beyond reasonable too. I will recommend them to anyone without reservation.
Called at 9 o clock at night for my son’s truck. Picked up the phone, showed up when they said and took care of it. Easy, simple and a good price . Thank you.

We used GS Auto to move our 5th wheel for us. Jon G. showed up early and was very knowledgeable about moving campers. He was an excellent driver that took care of our camper. This morning I received service from Mr Jonathan Gonzalez. We talked about the issue of my vehicle and he even went out of his way to price and grab me a receipt to fix my problem. I thought that was really amazing. so Grateful for GS towing, and the exceptional service that they have provided
Our church in Homosassa has had two instances recently where vehicles were abandoned in our parking lot that were an inconvenience for parking on our Sunday morning service. Both times, I call GS Auto Towing & Recovery and requested the vehicles be towed off the property prior to 8am so that it would not interfere with our morning services. This company did an amazing job getting to our location before 8 am, loading up the vehicles and getting them off the premises in a timely manner. Their drivers are also very nice to work with. I highly recommend this towing company to everyone who is ever in need of a tow.
John came out after I was sitting for 6 hours waiting for AAA and he was there in 20 mins was extremely nice and helpful hands down the best tow guy I've had ever.
Very professional , got to my broke down truck quickly and had it hooked up very fast and out of the way of traffic. Driver was very courteous. Highly recommend
Popped a tire and within 20 minutes they had a very pleasant driver there with a flatbed. Had me hooked up and dropped off at Mavis in no time! Highly recommended this wonderful company and thank you for your quick response.

7.13.23 I had Jeff as my tow truck driver today. His demeanor and promptness was what I had hoped to experience, great job on Jeff's part. He picked up my vehicle at the time window I had requested. He phoned me in advance that he was on his way to my house and phoned me again once he entered my neighborhood, what more can anyone expect. Additionally, when I originally phoned the main office to schedule, they were also quick to take my call, schedule and followed through.
Great job to the crew at GS AUTO TOWING.
Side note for anyone reading this: Please vote rebublican every chance you get because ever since this country turned BLUE, trying to get blue voters to get to work and be productive in society has become far and few between. If the liberal democraps keep this up their will be no more services when YOU NEED THEM or for the rest of us. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!
5 Stars all the way. My mom broke down on the side of the road and they were there to save her in the 100+ degree scorcher weather within 20-30 mins. And the cost was reasonable. Nice driver - very courteous and kind. Will definitely do business with them again.
Jeff was great! He was on time and was in and out. Very professional and I felt confident in his care of my vehicle. Gs auto has great staff and fair price as well
Cowboy was Great! Terrific service. Within an hour my dead SUV was towed to it's hospital and I continued with my busy day. Cowboy's friendliness and calmness reduced the stress of the situation.
After waiting for AAA for over 7 hrs & being told several different thing's call after call. Telling them we are Not safe. My Calls to AAA Started at 2:25 pm. Now almost 9 pm. I called Greg & he sent someone out & in 20 minutes he was to us & getting us loaded up. It was dark we were just barley in the bike lane. Traffic was So close to hitting us. It was Now after 9 & dark.
So DISAPPOINTING AAA. This is Not Ok !!

Greg was *extremely* helpful after we had been waiting for AAA for nearly three hours and it was becoming dark outside. We chose to cancel the service call with AAA and opted to get reimbursement instead. They are a wonderful, compassionate team...on top of that...service was super fast. Thanks again for being the ones to rescue us in the dark of night. I would absolutely recommend GS to anyone!
These people were dishonest to my mother. No misinterpretation here. The location requested was in range of coverage, and when confronted these people kept hanging up on her.
The driver was professional, the response was staggering, and the expertise rivals that of a NASCAR recovery team. These guys are the best in town if you need something towed with love.
Pleased with the service. Came in a reasonable time. AAA we would still be waiting while they haggle over price. Now they can reimburse us for the amount
