I’m giving one star only because the option to give zero stars isn’t there. The service couldn’t have been worse. Trash was never picked up on time. Weeks went by with no trash pickup, even when I saw the garbage truck at the end of my lane. The trash cans they left are still here, never bothered to pick them up either. When I called customer service, I waited on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes before someone would come on the line and be as unhelpful as humanly possible. If I tried to contact the company through their online chat, I would be immediately cut off before any of my questions were answered.
It was quick and painless! I had to replace both the trash and recycle bin, so after a 10 minute call I was all set to go. In the time they said, they were replaced! Excellent experience.
My trash can pickup was missed. I called waste management, and they said they would send someone out to pick it up that day. They never came. I called the next day, and they said they would pick it up that day. They never came the second time. I called him for the third time and they said they would pick it up monday. Monday turns out to be my regular trash pickup day. Does that count as a strike or a miss?
Recycle very efficient and neat, trash usually runs late but the service is good. Bulk pick up is neat and precise with the removal +++ Good service and polite interface... Often the receptacles are left partially in the street. all the way down the street
The constant price increases convinced us to drop the service. Actually getting that done has proven quite the headache. Impossible to speak with a human and after finding a link online we made the request, received a reply a week later that was vague, requested again, got what appeared to be a confirmation, received a 7 day window for container pickup (“at the curb”), just received a bill for partial term service - that I was told on two occasions by WM that I should ignore.
The active service was great, trying to change anything is next to impossible.
Our waste Managment drivers are an integral part of our week. Our 7 year old son has been obsessed with garbage trucks since he was very little. He still puts on his WM vest and hat each garbage day after school to ensure he sees the drivers and types of trucks they are driving (as they change from side to back loaders at times). He considers our drivers, Nick and Angel his friends and looks forward to seeing them every week

We always know our containers are picked up and placed correctly. Employees are always neat and friendly. Great job.
There are creators in some areas, sometimes they get into the bags (we don't use can/bins) and trash is scattered around the bags. The trash collector would collect the trash but leave any trash out of the bags on the ground. I do understand it is not there job to pick up trash in the surrounding area but if it's obvious the bag was torn by a creature why not, it would only take a few additional seconds.
The guys do a great job, I just wished bulk pick up was at least 2 times a month. Sometimes neighbors or myself have more items to forget rid of.

The WM truck men can really “bring it.” They remove all the tied-up bundles of palm fronds and leaves together w/. the blue bag every time.
Our street will always be looking good thanks to their efforts.
Stay away from this company. Not only they charge twice more than their competitors, they also will impose liquidated charges when you find out you have been robbed over the years and want to cancel the service. We had been a loyal customer for over ten years until we realized we had been charged way over than market price for many years. They are terrible and they will show their teeth if you ever want to cancel your services. Be aware..
My monthly yard waste pile still remains on my street. Was placed out there Wednesday Nov 20th. No pick-up on Friday Nov 22, nor Friday Nov 29th. Was my block completely ignored? Probably should leave it alone since I add to it this month. The service for Bulk yard waste seems to be uncertain at best.
Generally good service. But had big problem when we moved in earlier this year. They were to pick up 60 packing boxes. They didn’t the first day. Then not the second day such that our development sent us a complaint. Finally reached a manager at 5 pm who was sharp and got on it, so picked up early the next day. Otherwise collections have been efficient and clean.
I had a bunch of bulk and my complex is small and the bulk looked terrible and i called and they came right away. The manager called me directly and assured me it would be picked up the same day! I am very happy and satisfied with the service.
WM sanitation services do a great job! All the truck drivers are really nice and professional, they have even waited for me when I’m running late as I’m putting my can out! They always wave and a really friendly.
One of the most disorganized companies that I've had the pleasures of dealing with. It has been an ongoing accounting nightmare trying to work with WM. You pay them up front for commercial services, they make new accounts and apply the payments elsewhere, then send you a bill. Not cool.
Working with the actual drivers has been a breeze. The drivers are very understanding of their company's issues with scheduling, dispatching, and accounting. If anyone from WM was helpful at all, it would have to be the drivers I encountered.
Great service and experienced drivers. I just wish you would schedule the pickups early in the day like you did a month or so ago. We have a tight parking area, and it helps when the Garbage cans are not out most of the day.
WM Customer service is horrible, nobody answers the phone, we have a dumpster left here from previous tenant at 2420 NW 16th Ln Pompano Beach FL 33064, its overflowing everywhere and no sign of anyone picking it up. Worse service than DMV, would rather wait at DMV all day than attempt to contact anyone at WM for help. Horrible company. Please get rid of this dumpster you're hurting our small business with this disaster.
