Finding a place to take care of a precious possession is always a challenge. My insurance gave me a list of shops, and selecting one sometimes feels like playing roulette. After I chose Collision Care Express, I immediately got a call from Chelsea, who gave me a warm welcome and set up the logistics for dropping off my car and getting a rental—it was so smooth I’m still impressed.
Aimee provided the estimated delivery time and kept continuous contact throughout the process. As expected, things got a little complicated after pickup—the radar was off and became a safety issue. Frank and his team resolved it promptly (#grateful). Later, I noticed a visibility issue, and once again, it was fixed faster than fast, leaving my car in mint condition as if nothing had ever happened.
What stood out wasn’t just the repairs, but the professional way everything was handled. Along the way, I also met Shayla, who was instrumental in getting things done, and Mariana at the front desk, whose kindness, genuine interest, and concern made the process so much easier.

Collision Care Express repaired my Rivian R1S after a tree branch fell on the driver side door. Their attention to detail and quality of the repair was Perfect. My car is good as new. The Moulding around my windshield came off as I was going through a car wash and I needed to have it reinstalled on my 2005 Crossfire. As soon as I entered the shop the receptionist could not have been more courteous, she told me that she would get an estimator to help me, that is when I met Pat, she was absolutely G R E A T, she looked at the problem and immediately had it under control. She had a mechanic come out, his name is Frankie and within ten minutes my car was repaired. KUDOS to Pat, Frankie and Jovan. I would Highly recommend Collision Care Xpress to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. They are the BEST.
I hit a concrete yellow pole and smashed the front bumper and forward panel. Days later I brought my car in and Aimee inspected it and worked with my insurance company to get the ball rolling. I preordered the parts and dropped it off on a Monday. To my surprise it was ready to pick up the following Tuesday. Everyone there was wonderful. The lovely woman at the front desk, whose name I did not get along with Chelsea Maria and Kate were kind, prompt and efficient. I will highly recommend this company.

The entire process from start to finish was extremely simple, well explained, and efficient. I loved texting back and forth to get updates on the vehicle repair and anything necessary from myself or insurance company. The repairs themselves were done thoroughly and efficiently. The team over at Collision Care Xpress were amazing. They were very communicative, professional, and accommodating. My car was unfortunately reversed into, causing damage to the right side fender. Collision Care not only replaced the fender, and fixed the bumper, but they also gave me the opportunity to replace the hood to a different one.
I was very satisfied with the repair. I had my rear bumper replaced and panel repaired. The paint job was almost an exact match. The time frame for the repair was pretty quick. Waiting for Insurance approval took the longest which isn't under their control. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Who ever read this, these people are “THE PLACE” you only need for repairs. Literally they give me a new car. My brother get his car repair few weeks before and he recommend the place to me and i never regret it.
My vehicle was hit on passanger door and a little scratch on rear passanger door. I went they take the car right away for the insurance claim. My car have a crack on front bumper as well but that was something my wife do and not part of the claim. I explain i want both problem be repair at the same time since the car is already in a body shop and i cover my portion of the non claim damages.
They fix my car, i save money on rentals and my car was well fixed. First time and i supper revommend it.
This company is a jokester. They worked with my insurance, who is their vendor, first mistake, customers don't matter in this case because the insurance company tries to pay less to the body shop to get nothing done.
When i picked up my car, there was vibration and noise coming from the front right wheel, whereas the body shop guys negligently or intentionally didn't fasten all 5 lug nuts, only 1 was fastened, and it could have been a tragic situation. Tape glue was left all over the car when the car was supposed to have been washed/ detailed. Be aware of the girl Carol who works behind the desk. She preread the contract to you to sign. Please read everything yourself before signing. Otherwise, you will be giving them authorization to repair your car before an estimate is given.
My headlight wasn't functioning properly after the incident. They said it was a battery issue lol without doing a proper diagnostic test. Again, working with my insurance company, who is their vendor, classified it as a bad battery and later said it was an electrical issue to prevent from paying to replace it.
These people at collision care are professionally crooks who don't care about the customer.
They are vendors for the insurance company who does whatever your insurance company says in order to get more work.
Advice from the wise, please read reviews before doing business with any company. Mechanics, repair shops, restaurants, doctors, insurance companies especially.
As far as the repair, I can’t complain. They did a very good job. I am satisfied with the actual repair itself. Carol was very sweet as she kept me informed on a regular basis to let me know status of parts, repair, paint and completion. I don’t have before pics but it was exceptional work. I was very happy with her communication from start to finish. However, I am very disappointed on how I got my car back. They use stickers for whatever reason all over my car and after they removed them, a sticky mess was left on all my door handles and tape impressions on my side door side panels. I didn’t notice when I initially picked up the car and I didn’t bother to travel back for them to clean which I should’ve. Overall, great job on repair but bad job on cleanliness.
i am beyond impressed with the service here. not only was everyone who i talked to incredibly nice, but the repair to my car looks perfect and was done very fast. in addition to the repair, they charged my car, cleaned the inside of it, and pumped up my almost flat tires. this place truly takes care of you and your car.
