When I dropped off car told that car should be ready in 2 1/2 to three weeks when in fact work was not begun for close to 3 weeks. Took ten weeks to get car back. Mixed communication between service reps and service advisor assigned to my car.

The overall experience was wonderful! Sheila, Chelsea and Mariana always made sure to keep me up to date on my repair and were so friendly and welcoming. My car looks fresh off the lot and like nothing ever happened. I will definitely be recommending ALL my friends and family to come see them!!

Over 30 days to repair this amount of damage. Ridiculous amount of time. We stil do not have the vehicle back. Insurance only covers 30 days of rental so, we are now out of pocket an additional 6 days of full cost of rental so far. There is no way this should take over 30 days. I work as a claims adjuster, I have seen way more damage to a vehicle repaired in way less time. I would NEVER recommend them if you need repairs done timely.
Their reply is a lie! The GM (Brian I believe was his name) contacted me via phone, advised I was correct, most of the time it took was their fault, and attempted to make it up to us with a credit. When we went to pick up the car, it wasn't ready as promised even 2 hours after it was promised it would be ready by him, we had to wait an hour AND even after that... they left paint spray on the bumper that they had to have someone come out to remove it. The GM was out to lunch when we got there and they had to call him because he didn't put anything in the system as promised either. He walked up as we were leaving apoligizing yet againFeb 11, 2026 -
When I picked up my car, I was honestly so impressed — it looked brand new again! You would never even know it had been in an accident. The attention to detail and quality of work really stood out to me.

Someone hit my Teslas back bumper and it caused my trunk to become on even. Took my Tesla there to get get fixed and unfortunately I left with the trunk even more crooked than it was before. They said for me to leave it more days and they’d fix it but since it wasn’t through insurance I didn’t have a loaner or rental to just leave it for 2 more days. The manager said don’t worry and that I can bring it back anytime and they’d fix it. Well life happens, just had another baby girl and like I said, I didn’t have a loaner car or rental so it had to be at my convenience. As mentioned about having another baby, a job, etc, time did go by quickly but I did reach back out to them and it was almost 6 months later. I thought they’d honor their word so I was never in a serious hurry to just stay car-less during that time. Anyway, when I reach out they said too bad too much time has gone by. It’s not like I’m going back with new problems or bumper to fix or anything like that. Literally the same exact crooked trunk. Correction, the even more crooked trunk since they did more damage to it than how I brought it in. What’s worse is I never left a negative review since I love small businesses, and I could have made a stink about them making my trunk even worse than I brought it in but I didn’t. I figured if they’d be willing to correct it then fine. Even at an inconvenience for me having to leave my car again but I left it at that and didn’t even complain. I could have left a negative review then and still had them fix their mistake. But very dishonest work to go against their work.

As an Uber driver in South Florida, I rely on my car being in top shape every single day—any little noise or issue can drive me crazy and affect my ratings and earnings. Recently, I had the most frustrating problem: a piece of plastic trim on the bottom of my car (underbody panel or splash shield) had come loose and was dragging/falling off, making this awful flapping/rattling sound while driving. It was super annoying, especially with passengers in the car, and I was dreading the cost of fixing it since it’s not a “major” repair but still something shops often charge a lot for.
I stopped by Collision Care Xpress at 3041 W McNab Rd in Pompano Beach, and wow—what an amazing experience! Amy greeted me right away with a friendly smile and listened to my issue without making me feel like it was “too small” of a problem. She got Carlos involved, who quickly inspected the car and confirmed it was just the loose plastic piece that needed securing/re-attaching properly.
To my complete surprise, they fixed it completely for free! No charge at all—they said it was a quick job and they were happy to help out a driver who keeps people moving safely. Maria Ana was also fantastic; she kept me updated, offered me water while I waited (which was only about 20-30 minutes), and made sure everything was done right before I left.
The whole team was professional, fast, courteous, and genuinely helpful—no upselling, no attitude, just great service. The shop is clean, modern, and well-organized too. As someone who drives 50+ hours a week, I really appreciate businesses that understand how important these small fixes are for gig workers like me.

Collision Care Xpress did an amazing job on our Mercedes Benz GLS580. A car in front of us ran over a tire on the highway shooting the tire at and us damaging our front grill and other parts underneath our vehicle. They made it look brand new, like the accident never happened. Everyone there is super nice, friendly and professional, pricing was good & transparent and the job was done in a very timely manner. Collision Care Xpress did an excellent job repairing the rear end damage on my Tesla. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. I especially want to highlight my advisor, Chelsea, who provided outstanding communication throughout the entire repair process. Wonderful experience the moment I walked into the lobby at Collision Care Xpress. Greeted by receptionist who took my information and registered my car for repairs. Very professional and courteous. The receptionist then took me to the waiting area, which was very clean and comfortable. My car was then repaired. Repairs were completed quickly, including a courtesy car wash. Finding a place to take care of a precious possession is always a challenge. My insurance gave me a list of shops, and selecting one sometimes feels like playing roulette. After I chose Collision Care Express, I immediately got a call from Chelsea, who gave me a warm welcome and set up the logistics for dropping off my car and getting a rental—it was so smooth I’m still impressed.
Aimee provided the estimated delivery time and kept continuous contact throughout the process. As expected, things got a little complicated after pickup—the radar was off and became a safety issue. Frank and his team resolved it promptly (#grateful). Later, I noticed a visibility issue, and once again, it was fixed faster than fast, leaving my car in mint condition as if nothing had ever happened.
What stood out wasn’t just the repairs, but the professional way everything was handled. Along the way, I also met Shayla, who was instrumental in getting things done, and Mariana at the front desk, whose kindness, genuine interest, and concern made the process so much easier.

Collision Care Express repaired my Rivian R1S after a tree branch fell on the driver side door. Their attention to detail and quality of the repair was Perfect. My car is good as new. Their concierge pickup service was a nice bonus initially, but their willingness to deliver the car back to my driveway after the repairs were done was above and beyond anything I was expecting from a repair center. I will definitely bring my car back to them for any future needs.

The team over at Collision Care Xpress were amazing. They were very communicative, professional, and accommodating. My car was unfortunately reversed into, causing damage to the right side fender. Collision Care not only replaced the fender, and fixed the bumper, but they also gave me the opportunity to replace the hood to a different one.

This company is a jokester. They worked with my insurance, who is their vendor, first mistake, customers don't matter in this case because the insurance company tries to pay less to the body shop to get nothing done.
When i picked up my car, there was vibration and noise coming from the front right wheel, whereas the body shop guys negligently or intentionally didn't fasten all 5 lug nuts, only 1 was fastened, and it could have been a tragic situation. Tape glue was left all over the car when the car was supposed to have been washed/ detailed. Be aware of the girl Carol who works behind the desk. She preread the contract to you to sign. Please read everything yourself before signing. Otherwise, you will be giving them authorization to repair your car before an estimate is given.
My headlight wasn't functioning properly after the incident. They said it was a battery issue lol without doing a proper diagnostic test. Again, working with my insurance company, who is their vendor, classified it as a bad battery and later said it was an electrical issue to prevent from paying to replace it.
These people at collision care are professionally crooks who don't care about the customer.
They are vendors for the insurance company who does whatever your insurance company says in order to get more work.

As far as the repair, I can’t complain. They did a very good job. I am satisfied with the actual repair itself. Carol was very sweet as she kept me informed on a regular basis to let me know status of parts, repair, paint and completion. I don’t have before pics but it was exceptional work. I was very happy with her communication from start to finish. However, I am very disappointed on how I got my car back. They use stickers for whatever reason all over my car and after they removed them, a sticky mess was left on all my door handles and tape impressions on my side door side panels. I didn’t notice when I initially picked up the car and I didn’t bother to travel back for them to clean which I should’ve. Overall, great job on repair but bad job on cleanliness.
