As a woman, it’s not the easiest to find reliable help when it comes to automotive problems but I can say she made this feel so easy and effortless. Thanks to Patrick, my trip to auto zone was great. I had almost forgotten what it's like to receive great customer service in south florida until my encounter with him. This wasn't the closest location to my house but I will be going there for myautoparts from now on. I hope that the rest of the employees there are as nice, helpful and professional like Patrick.

Visited the area recently on my birthday. Unfortunately my battery died 4 hours away from home ON MY BIRTHDAY. So grateful for men like Bryson who helped me find what I needed at a different location. He patiently helped guide me exactly where I needed to go and also empowered me to recharge the A.C. myself. Which I was able to do successfully!! My birthday could've turned out horribly but bc of him it went smooth and calm. Thank you Bryson, not only did you help give me courage but that rippled out to my daughters who also learned how to do this by watching me. You rock

Patrick was incredible We were in a rush after our check engine light came on because we needed to catch a flight out of Miami airport. Patrick did his job so quickly and so efficiently he was able to find the problem and then solve the problem we were in and out within 10 minutes. I visited Auto Zone on Tues, 7/8/25 at 12:30 PM. I needed assistance with obtaining screws to install a license plate as well as possible installation help. A female worker politely referred me to Orlando who took the time to inspect the vehicle for the correct screws. He also had no issue installing it for me, even though they technically didn’t have to.

Manager Carlos and crew checked my battery for my and saw it was dead, aided me in getting a new one with warranty. Autozone saves your transaction in their history just in case you lose your receipt and he changed the battery for me.

Dexter was incredibly helpful this morning. I had to buy a new battery for my car. Not only did he help me get a good deal/warranty on the battery, he even installed the battery on my car himself! which i don't even think is in his job description! he did it very quickly and I was very very grateful! I just got a can of paint and it was a mess! This delay our job like 30 mins but it’s ok not a big deal, we went to get a NEW one and I have to say XANDER is amazing. Was very helpful and gave us options to get a replacement but was ok we were good buying a new one, when I saw the manager I just mentioned what happened (just because I thought he has to be aware of what he’s selling). He didn’t care it all he just stared at me and gave me what I need, no word pronounced. I get !! it managers usually don’t care but your job is PRETEND you care. Wow! I went into #5333 rushing, first they greet by saying welcome. Then I went to the counter where Andrew greeted me. I had purchased a item few days ago but wasn't please. Andrew didn't give a hassle but suggested a better brand and exchanged it for me with no problem. I really appreciate it! And I love the scent... Great choice Andrew!! Really great location with friendly employees and full of helpfulness. Maria E, Quay Quay and Varma were very helpful in fixing my headlights and figured out I also needed a new fuse! Now my lights are good and new! I appreciate it. Give them a visit! I’ll definitely be back if I’m in town again.
