I had a great experience thanks to Jean. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with the auto part I needed. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how attentive and patient he was—I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service Jean provided.

I want to share a post and give a shout out to the Store Manager. I went there to obtain some Blu DEF for my TDI VW Passat. The great guys at 2J’s Auto service in Deerfield ran a check engine code and stated I needed to add that periodically. I stopped at Advance Auto Parts to purchase thinking it would be a small little bottle, but much to my surprise the packaging was a gallon sized box.. This was a bit heavy for me and tedious. In this day and age, nobody helps anybody, but that kind gentleman, the store manager, offered to come out and put it in my car for me, took the packaging after emptying , and told me to have a great day. So guys, I’m a girl, If you need anything for your car, I would definitely go to that Advance Auto parts cause that gentleman was super nice and helpful!

Advance Auto Parts Review – Radiator Purchase Experience Had to buy a radiator for my wife's car today 6/19/25, and Fortunetly—they had one left in stock! The lady at the counter took great care of me. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile. Not only did she make sure I had everything I needed for the radiator replacement, but she also took the time to explain the Advance Auto app, how to download it, and how to find coupons to save some cash. A gentleman working there also helped out, and both of them made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You need more employees like them! Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names—my bad —but I hope they know their great service didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be back.

Whoever runs this store, put Cherri with an i“she yelled my name is cherri with i” back into training, she cause I told her I was going to complain about it the service. She denied me from returning a core and said I have to return it to the location where I bought it, so I called another location and spoke to manager and said I should have been able to return it there

I called for a specific part that i needed today simple camshaft position sensors. They told me they had them in stock. I drove all the way here. I get here and they only have one and its broken and they don't have anymore. I don't know why but every single Advance Auto Parts in South Florida only has one in stock.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. Like anything else in Florida, the employees are rude barely speak English. I Prepaid for a part yesterday and instead of being helped I was hung up on twice by phone. I show up later to pickup for the part and it’s only been half ordered.

The one in Boca on 441 was lousy clerks. Didn't want to help on simple installation of freon , I guess they didn't know how. I know how now and I could help anyone w it . Takes only 3 min.

The guy is nice the girl is not and they have. No bathrooms and you’ll be waiting here for awhile for some reason yea so not great she chewing gum in my face and very bad attitude I’m very upset on how nasty :( and kept leaving for personal phone calls

Wow what a disappointment just from a phone call to this organization. A women answerd the phone and put me on hold. I waited for her to come understanding that they where probably busy. When she returned it seem like you mouth was full of food and could barley understand her. I asked if they carried touch up paint for cans like the website said. I couldn't even finishing asking my question before she put me on hold and never returned. I won't do business with this company in the future. Their are tons of other companies out their that aren't rude and understand we can shop itself where.

I will never shop at this store again. I was looking for a certain light bulb for a 2006 GMC Yukon Denali. I walked in the store and was immediately approached and profiled because of my tattoos,by a short grayish haired, with glasses African American woman around in her mid to late fifties, I had the old light bulb in my hand with the model number on it. I'm almost 47 years old and have been working on cars since I was able to turn a wrench, Then she insisted on taking me to the CPU trying to make me feel stupid,like I didn't know what I was looking for, she gave me the model number for a head light, and told me that I looked high or drunk and I was very offended, I was making her nervous which In turn made me upset and went to one of your competitors. I had a cold and sinus infection Your employees should not speak down to their customers in this matter no matter what they think. They should be polite and respectful,butif they can't handle it, get a manager involved. Or have a coworker who knows what they are doing help. I'm just glad I was only there for a light bulb and not something like brakes,a water pump, an alternator. For future reference customers come back when you have employees who enjoy their job,helping people and not making customers feel like they are bothering them.

I will not shop again at this location. Not for the price of parts but for the customer service. The store manager Grace is so nasty. She is rude and disrespectful to the customers and to the employees. She speaks down to them and she bully them. Going in to shop and hearing her talk that way to her employees is disgusting. I also asked her for some info and she was rude to me as well. Advance needs a new manager or give her some class on speaking. Taking my business else where people are respected.

For what they are worth this place is ran pretty good. You will have the best experience if you know what your year,make, and model number is. Having your VIN number is also helpful. While not all their staff are ASE certified they have seen enough issues to understand most vehicles "common failures" and are good at giving advice on what needs to be done to resolve a problem. If it's something major they even know reputable shops that can take care of it.

Worst place to go to for auto care. Incompetent employees, rude, ignorant They should all be fired also the invisible manager. I have never been treated so badly. I went to another one in cooper city had no problem getting battery changed Zack (asst manager) and Dion treated me professionally. They changed out my battery with no problem. E. Sample Rd store needs to all be fired. Horrible service Someone from corporate needs to get a hold of me so I can explain this nasty situation. Will never go there again

Probably one of the best Advance Auto stores I been too! The manager Dacabeon was beyond helpful! He went above and beyond to help guarantee I got what I needed. The staff was also very friendly. Everyone greeted me when I came in. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any store. Definitely will be coming back here if I need assistance again!

Very knowledgeable people. Helped me with my car and we're very friendly. Steven took great care helping me. I'm from out of town and he was awesome with making sure I find what I needed. The last that was working there with him was also very nice and pleasant and attentive to helping me find what I needed in the store.

My husband and I been coming into this store for a few years now and see new staff all the time but through it all I can say I’m glad to see one staff member there and it’s Robert that guy go above and beyond to help and his customer service is excellent I’ve ran into some rude staff members there but his kindness and helpfulness is wonderful...... to the store manager you need more employees like Robert he is awesome wish I can say that about the test because they need more customer service training. Thank you Robert for your help and always a beautiful smile . I’m advising you if you have a problem and need professional help with a smile ask for Robert or Rob he is the man!!
