Went in for a battery for my car. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. Had the wrong battery installed and he noticed it and gave me the correct one.
There was a really rude worker tonight, but Eric saved the day and made my night amazing thank you so much for being nice and polite and caring. I had the worst day ever but he made it better by changing my Battery even did it in the rain went above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough.
This is my first time going to the location. Its 7:42p. The doors shouldn't be locked 20mins early. Closing time said 8p. Tried calling no one answered this. Is this a Business
Terrible experience at this location. I just wanted a quart of oil. I waited for people to cash out and I put my oil on the counter and stood there and the employees just walked away and left me there, didn't say anything. I was there quite a while just waiting. I ended up just leaving the oil on the counter and walked away. I can find better customer service at Walmart and that's pretty bad
Shane offers some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I had a check engine light that came on and he was super helpful in diagnosing the issue and sharing what the fixes could be.
Ivory took care of everything.I had the wrong oil and he caught it.Told me about specials I wasn't aware of, that i naturally I took advantage of.Now I know where to go for my vehichle.Thanks
Ivory was amazing! He came out and replaced my battery for my VW, which was a little tricky. He even took extra time and installed new wiper blades for me, in the south Florida heat. He was friendly and patient and personable. Give this guy a raise!
The manager Shane on duty was very knowledgeable in picking out a corrective paint for a little bit of auto bodywork that I had to do. Thank you very much and I’ll be coming back again.
Sat in here for 10 minutes, asked if anyone was available to assist me. I got no response, even though I could hear the employees in the store. Another employee entered the building at the 10 minute mark and said I'll be right with you, and then walked out. This will surely be my last time coming here.

The manager was so kind he helped me out very well took his time to make sure what I buy is correct. My credit dropped in the sewage and he went got his picker and take it out. Thanks so much great customer service.

I go there for All my automobile needs! I want to mention that the people that work at the front desk all of them and I mean all of them always a very very helpful whenever you ask a question they always find the answer using the computer or they come down the aisle with you which I find to be very very nice I love this store because the people are really customer service satisfaction guaranteed! UPDATED: STILL 5 stars. Alvin has been here since I first started coming here. He’s been the most upstanding helpful. Happy. Positive Go the extra mile employee you have at this store. Don’t get me wrong. They all are good. But Alvin is the Man. He truly cares about the customers. And with that being said. I HOPE ADVANCED AUTO TRULY CARES AS MUCH ABOUT HIM. MEANING. I had an exceptional experience at Advance Auto Parts in Pompano Beach this morning. I needed to check the size of one of my wipers, and the associates at the counter were incredibly helpful right from the start. They efficiently pulled up the exact size I needed for my vehicle.
I mentioned that I wasn't pleased with how some wipers stood up higher than my original equipment ones. One of the associates went above and beyond, accompanying me to the wiper section and personally comparing various manufacturers to find the best match. Their dedication and knowledge were impressive.
To my delight, we found a wiper that was nearly identical to my original one. But the true surprise came during the purchase—the associate asked if I wanted them to install the wipers for me. I was amazed by this offer, and naturally, I accepted. In just a few minutes, the new wipers were expertly installed, and I was ready to go.
This level of customer service epitomizes what every business should strive for. I believe Advance Auto Parts in Pompano Beach deserves a gold star in customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking not only great automotive parts but also an exceptional customer service experience. Kudos to the management for fostering a culture of excellence!
The gentleman who helped me today was friendly and very helpful, asked if he could help me find what I went for and then came over to show me there were several options, I know my way around cars well, but it's nice to have a courteous person to assist those who don't. A much much better experience than the last time I went here several years ago. Clean and organized store also.
Both Annette and Elvin(?) we’re very helpful we called because our motorcycle battery died and we were able to go to this nearby advance auto parts store, get a new battery and repair the motorcycle. They gave Service with a smile, and were great to work They are great employees and a definite asset to Advance Auto Parts.
Steve was great as he tested my battery and it was good. I needed new wiper blades and the staff helped to make sure I had the correct blades. They even offered to install them. Great shop and staff.
This Advance Auto Parts always has what I need. Today the employee even changed out the windshield wipers to my friend's car for me. That, is excellent customer service. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts. The certainly came through. Did you know you can buy $2-3 warranty and get to change your wipers from 1-2 years for FREE. Yep! Just using your cell phone number. Awesome deal!

Awful customer service! Came in to purchase one item on 2/07/2017 after 8pm, no one greeted me, no one asked if i needed help. Thankfully, I've been there before and I knew where to look and what I was looking for. The two men who were in the store were on their cell phones the whole entire time I was in there even while the man checked me out he was on the phone the WHOLE time...didn't say a word to me. But i'm not rude, so I said thank you when my transaction was done. B they acted very rude and unprofessional. I've been there before and have been pleased , I dunno what was up with these two guys!
