I came in with for check engine light diagnosis. Mel was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to diagnose the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and installed a new gas cap quickly and professionally, all with a smile. The whole experience was easy, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant.

I needed hubcaps, tune up and carparts for my 2020 Toyota Corolla. I know nothing about cars Deborah asked me for the vin number of my vehicle and she explained what was best for my vehicle if I wanted the car to last and she even advised on additional items to buy for my car that I didnt know was necessary. Deborah was fantastic with helping me with my car needs. She was professional and patient with me even though Im not that knowledgeable when it comes to car parts. On Sunday 01/25/2026 after church service. I went into Autozone to shop for car parts the dealership told me I needed but was to expensive. I met with the assistant manager By the name of Deborah who greeted me once I walked into the front door.
I highly recommend Deborah for anyone looking for car parts and expert advice. She knows the car parts industry inside and out and was incredibly helpful in assisting me with exactly what I needed. Deborah took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Horrible customer service. Bought an oil filter for my 2019 Chevy Sonic in advance at a different store. Went to try to put it in and it was the wrong filter. I went to return it this location and spoke with Deborah G who had a very snarky attitude from the beginning. Long line of customers waited at least 15 minutes in line, then when it was my turn, I waited to be called over while Deborah G joshed around with her coworkers. I put the oil filter that I had just tried to put in the car on the counter. She steps back and turns her head sideways and looks at the part as if it had some disease or a foreign object and asked "what is that" with attitude. I said I would like to return it as it was not the right filter. She asked me for the receipt, and I told her that I did not have the receipt becuase I had bought it maybe a month ago (Well within the 90 day return window) as I had previously returned items at AutoZone with just my credit card. Deborah insisted that I had to have a receipt. She said I had to call the customer service number in order to get a return. I will not be using AutoZone any more after the way I was treated and the absolute horrible experience. I previously ordered parts online from Amazon and when I needed to return them, they have at times told me just to keep it and still refunded my money. I will be ordering my car parts from Amazon in the future.

Recently, I visited an AutoZone with my wife, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. We were assisted by a wonderful young woman named Dariela, who not only helped us purchase a new battery but also installed it herself at no additional charge. She politely declined any tips, demonstrating her respectful demeanor.

Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Support! I wish I was a mystery shopper…it was that bad! SKIP THIS STORE.
Visited this location today seeking help with an evaporative emission system part for my 2019 BMW X2. I provided the year, make, model, and fault code (P0446), along with the part name, but did not have the exact part number. The employee at the counter (young black American female) struggled with the spelling of “evaporative,” repeatedly entering it incorrectly despite my attempts to clarify. When I politely pointed out the error, she became defensive and blamed me for not showing her my phone clearly enough (which I had already done). Her tone shifted from dismissive to confrontational.
What made this worse:
• No greeting when I entered the store
• No acknowledgment or offer of assistance until I approached the counter myself
• Became visibly irritated when I corrected her spelling mistake
• Accused me of being unclear after I had already shown her the correct spelling multiple times.
I left without the part. If you’re going to work in customer service, basic courtesy and patience should be the baseline. AutoZone’s competition will gladly earn my business if this is the standard here. What’s even worse is customer service like this is one of the reasons companies would rather incorporate AI agents than hire people to interact with customers. This could have been an easy sale. I don’t think it could get any easier, but to get an attitude, become frustrated, and then slick with me all because your computer can’t find a part due to your spelling errors is insane. She needs training or find someone else. Highly recommend you skip this store.Oct 12, 2025 -
Isaac was amazing! I was so stressed not knowing what to do and he identified the problem - solution and action — I was in and out in under 15min I couldn’t believe it. He smiled and encouraged through the whole experience and even helped juggle other customers interrupting us but always with courtesy and kindness. I had such a great experience thanks to Felix! I came in needing a battery replacement, and he was not only incredibly helpful but also so kind and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable with what was being done, and got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. First of all, I want to say that Miss Deborah Golden and Miss Nairoby Were exceptional they helped me over the phone. I literally was running late as the as the store was closing I had to exchange a battery and they were more than helpful. They let me get water to fill my original car, which was very nice ... considering they are a car place and for them to question that would be absolutely Ludicrous. Cause water is free and this nation is free. Autozone has not forgotten this like so many other patrons have.

Carlos is a amazing manager for Auto Parts. What an amazing employee with great customer service and name recognition. Carlos is very knowledgeable about his products and services. The store is very clean and the staff is well trained. The best Autoparts I have been in. Wow what an amazing experience. Carlos was able to help me get the correct light bulbs for my special car.
