Recently, I visited an AutoZone with my wife, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. We were assisted by a wonderful young woman named Dariela, who not only helped us purchase a new battery but also installed it herself at no additional charge. She politely declined any tips, demonstrating her respectful demeanor.

They should hire people that know how to use a computer told them 2011 3500 chevy fuel water separator for a 6.6 duramax. Guy says they don't have any.But clearly he was looking under gas trucks.Tells me to go somewhere else

Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Support! I wish I was a mystery shopper…it was that bad! SKIP THIS STORE. Visited this location today seeking help with an evaporative emission system part for my 2019 BMW X2. I provided the year, make, model, and fault code (P0446), along with the part name, but did not have the exact part number. The employee at the counter (young black American female) struggled with the spelling of “evaporative,” repeatedly entering it incorrectly despite my attempts to clarify. When I politely pointed out the error, she became defensive and blamed me for not showing her my phone clearly enough (which I had already done). Her tone shifted from dismissive to confrontational. What made this worse: • No greeting when I entered the store • No acknowledgment or offer of assistance until I approached the counter myself • Became visibly irritated when I corrected her spelling mistake • Accused me of being unclear after I had already shown her the correct spelling multiple times. I left without the part. If you’re going to work in customer service, basic courtesy and patience should be the baseline. AutoZone’s competition will gladly earn my business if this is the standard here. What’s even worse is customer service like this is one of the reasons companies would rather incorporate AI agents than hire people to interact with customers. This could have been an easy sale. I don’t think it could get any easier, but to get an attitude, become frustrated, and then slick with me all because your computer can’t find a part due to your spelling errors is insane. She needs training or find someone else. Highly recommend you skip this store.

Isaac was amazing! I was so stressed not knowing what to do and he identified the problem - solution and action — I was in and out in under 15min I couldn’t believe it. He smiled and encouraged through the whole experience and even helped juggle other customers interrupting us but always with courtesy and kindness. Isaac made a positive difference in my day - he should be recognized and appreciated for his efforts!! #qualityservice

I had such a great experience thanks to Felix! I came in needing a battery replacement, and he was not only incredibly helpful but also so kind and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable with what was being done, and got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great service, they didnt have what I needed in stock sent me to the copans location where the associate gave me the run around on a battery charged me full price for a batteryon warrenty. Came back here and they set everything right. 5 star customer service.

I came in frantic as I was unsure why my car was overheating, so I asked for help and Felix took care of me with no question. I was helped beyond belief as I explained my situation. Him and Deborah put an order in for me for a replacement coolant reservoir and gave it to me at no cost. I’m beyond grateful there are good people like you guys out there and AutoZone is lucky to have employees like you willing to go above and beyond for your customers. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Oh my Goodness, Let me tell you I pulled up at AutoZone on Sample! After being stuck in the rain with car issues. I was greeted by their WOW Customer Service Associate Name Issac! He immediately assisted me, and performed system check on my battery, starter, and my alternator of my vehicle. He was so knowledgeable, and he provided awesome customer service to me above and beyond! If I was able to give him more than five stars I would? I been coming to this location for years, he should be acknowledged for his hard work and his dedication for the work that he puts in, to assist customers. I was having a bad day because my vehicle battery died at one of the worst times. I went to AutoZone (store #04974) to price a battery. Wasn't sure I was going to get it there, but Deborah was so very nice and helpful. She was very professional and helped me with getting a great battery for my vehicle. First of all, I want to say that Miss Deborah Golden and Miss Nairoby Were exceptional they helped me over the phone. I literally was running late as the as the store was closing I had to exchange a battery and they were more than helpful. They let me get water to fill my original car, which was very nice ... considering they are a car place and for them to question that would be absolutely Ludicrous. Cause water is free and this nation is free. Autozone has not forgotten this like so many other patrons have.

Carlos is a amazing manager for Auto Parts. What an amazing employee with great customer service and name recognition. Carlos is very knowledgeable about his products and services. The store is very clean and the staff is well trained. The best Autoparts I have been in. Wow what an amazing experience. Carlos was able to help me get the correct light bulbs for my special car. Thank you again. I toke pictures in HD and also videos.

Carlos and Claudio helped me and did a perfect job. Very nice and friendly, very professional as well, fair prices. They change batteries for Mercedes as well by the way. Recommended, instead of going to some german car shop and get over priced.
