Ed was incredibly helpful. I had spent a couple of hours trying to figure something out, and he solved it within minutes. He then turned around and helped my girlfriend with a separate issue just as quickly. The level of service was truly above and beyond. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, and it shows in how clearly and confidently he handled our problems. Outstanding experience all around.

Rude people Refusing to change warranty battery smh corporate was called. Just because the battery showing good in your system doesn’t mean it’s working that I didn’t have to jump it several times.
Ken was extremely helpful in testing my battery, explaining which batteries were available to purchase, including cost. Then he quickly and efficiently installed the new battery and disposed of the old one for me.
I went to a competitor of Auto Zone’s 1259, where the customer service was horrible! When I entered Auto Zone I was great with such happiness and willingness to help, Dylan was great, great customer service, great smile and he help with my issue. Excellent customer service by Alexis and Chris. Alexis help install a new battery and Chris installed new wiper blades. Very friendly and super helpful ! I went there on 2 different shopping trips. I would definitely recommend this auto zone location.
I came in with battery problems and Ken was there to help me. He was very friendly and quick. He was also very efficient. I came in with a battery in mind and he helped find me a better deal. I guess i had a warranty I didn't know about it was a free exchange:) i appreciate him looking out for the customer first. I will definitely come back due to the amazing customer service. New battery installed after their diags reporting bad battery. A few days later the car died. I went back to AutoZone and was told it was now the alternator. Decided to go into a local mechanic shop and they found the battery bracket loose and the terminals as well. The mechanic tightened everything down and I haven't had an issue since . I was lucky to find an honest mechanic. These corporations hire employees at the lowest rate with no training. You get what you pay for.
Ken and the crew are great at what they’re doing there. Not a bad experience even for once. Always helpful, try to move the lines, and good to go. No matter where l am working on a car, l make my way back to Atlantic store where the guys here know what they are doing.

Real customer service. Ken treated us extremely well and putted time to understand our issues with our Malibu 2017. We were so happy to find someone who really cares about oir situation and guided us in a good direction not only trying to sell us something he was recomendung us alternativas and options.

QUICK AND EASY. Alexis G is an absolute boss. She WILL take care of you. Took my 2020 Honda Accord in because the battery was shot. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I had the experience of working with Ken to solve a battery issue I had following another AutoZone, with no problems or unnecessary questioning Ken helped and I went home a happy customer. I also want to add that there were 3 other gentleman working with him that day and they also were very respectful and helpful ( this was July 7th at 5pm )
I had my battery die on federal and Atlantic is the heat of our summer sun and thankfully autozone and their employees made a crappy experience go as smooth as possible. Big credit to Christopher for helping me install a new battery and smiling the whole way thru the process. Much appreciated :)

I stopped in to have my battery tested and Bryan helped me right away. My battery ended up needing replacing, Bryan installed my new battery for me and had me on my way within 15 min of me walking through the door. Excellent, friendly customer service. 5- stars!
