I went in here to have a car looked at for engine light and possible new battery. Mike G was extremely helpful and made this experience a pleasure. He not only helped us diagnose why the engine light was on, but he also replaced the car battery for us when that is normally a service they don’t provide. Within 30 mins he fixed everything and we were on our way. Thanks for a great experience! I would recommend this auto zone to anyone who needs help with their vehicle.
I went to the Autozone on 3001 Atlanic Blvd, Pompano Beach , 33069 I needed to have my battery checked. The workers there, Patrick and Mike G. Were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST REPS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY AUTO ZONE STORE I HAVE BEEN TO IN FLORIDA..I MOVED HERE 17 YRS AGO AND HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AUTO ZONE AS I TAKE CARE OF MY OWN VEHICLES...THEY WERE JUST AWESOME. It used to be hard to find an associate when you walked in but whatever they did, it has definitely changed the store. Now when I come in, there’s always someone there to help.
I recently went in for my Lexus and Jose S. was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell he cared about your issue and tried to get you the help you needed. He made the process easy for me to understand and when I took it to the mechanic I already knew what to expect so that I wouldn’t get overcharged. I wish Jose could have fixed it himself! But it was an issue outside of Autozone’s scope.
Autozone is definitely my neighborhood auto parts go to store now and I have to thank Jose for making that happen.
Manager dominique and staff is always amazing the costumer service is always friendly and welcome and very patient and super helpful I definitely recommend this location

I went into auto zone today and this nice well mannered guy named Carlos inserted my battery into my truck and he was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the task at hand. We really need more workers like him. Someone that really love and highly cherish their job.

One day there should be a 6th star!!! Incredible, caring customer service from the staff here at AutoZone! And when you meet the manager, Mike G. you can see that he is the shining example of how it's done RIGHT! He's definitely on top of his duties and the staff is paying attention to him. I stopped to get my tire pressure checked after my tire pressure light came on late at night as I was driving from CoralSprings to Fort Lauderdale. Tire service is not offered, so I was just going to purchase the gage and check myself. Mike G. went above and beyond when he automatically offered his help and checked every tire for me!! Get this...he even aired them up for absolute safety!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS DEFINITELY HERE!!!

I live close by this auto zone and stop by from time to time. The staff is always great. Dominique helps me most often and she’s always a pleasure. Her salesmanship is top of the line lol. She has me buying things I didn’t come for and does it with a smile.

My truck need a new windshield wipers. I stopped by and struggled to put them on myself. Carlos was good enough to come out and assist me by putting them on. You don't see that type of customer service in many stores these days. So I'm grateful he was there and able to help

I have been coming to this AutoZone for random things over the past few years. Every single time I go I have a pleasant time. Every one is so so so nice. Everyone is so personable and genuinely wants to help you in the best way they can. 10/10! What happened to good customer service! Bad experience with Mike the supposed to be supervisor. If I come in and request for a certain thing. It is a reason why I need a certain thing. Why would you give me the total opposite. Then when I return and tell him I need the kind that I requested he has a whole attitude, acting unprofessional! And telling me what I need. It’s clear you don’t understand or pay attention if you did I wouldn’t have never had to come back.Instead of trying to rush to go outside to smoke a cigarette.Now all of a sudden you a supervisor but you tell the other nice , kind gentleman you can’t assist me and you don’t have to deal with me. That’s unprofessional Mike tried to force me to get something I don’t need. He did not want to refund me my money and the next step I was going to call hire above. Because he went to going off on me, using foul language and speaking his Jamaican language in which I was not there for that. Please and I can imagine how many people he did this to and it go unnoticed or unheard.

I went in there Saturday because I needed help with a battery issue. The girl in the front Dominique was very nice but she seemed to be the only one in the store… where is the help? You can’t have only 1 person in there she had so many calls and people waiting
Best auto parts store in South Florida! Associate Carlos helped me several years ago with a dead battery, and a few cars later, installed windshield wipers with nothing but a smile and superb customer service. I go out of my way to go to THIS LOCATION because of Carlos. Whatever you are paying him, my man needs a raise!
Today i came in for a battery for my car , there was only 2 ladies in the store and it was super busy but ruby was still able to change my battery in less than five minutes! It was a great experience until we went outside and a man apparently her manager came by the store asked her why she was outside and she replied she's helping the other girl with my battery he just kept talking but never even tried to help he said he had to get tools he went inside by the time he go outside she already finished he just kept talking and talking saying bad things about the other girl inside not doing nothing. I went in there and those girls did amazing they got everyone out and no one complained. Autozone needs to give these two a raise!!! And if that was the manager yall need to speak to him
Stopped at this Autozone on my way up from Miami to Orlando because I had a broken wiper and it was about to rain and my boy Michael H found the fit for my exact car and even installed it for us for free! Great service, was bought and done in under 5 minutes and was back on the way home!! Thanks Michael!!
Five stars for AutoZone! This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I recently had a dead battery and stopped by my local AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, associate Dominique was incredibly helpful, quickly testing my old battery and helping me find the right replacement. The real highlight, however, was Manager Greg. With the store busy, he personally stepped up and replaced the battery for me right in the parking lot! This level of hands-on, genuine care is rare. Went to AutoZone to get some wipers, headlights and air filters. I thought I could install them myself, but I was having some trouble so it came back the following day.
The manager Mike, in the picture was helpful and actually came out and installed the parts for me while he trained a new employee to do the same.
Mike is an asset to customers like me but also to his employees because I watched him give excellent guidance on how to do the needed repairs, but also how to handle oneself with customers.
I come to this location whenever I need parts for our three cars and will continue.
My second time at this location and the experience was 10/10. Carlos & Dominique installed my car battery and made this a smooth and easy experience. Their knowledge and confidence made me feel at ease with resolving my issue. Would highly recommend coming to this specific location if you need assistance with your car.
