My truck need a new windshield wipers. I stopped by and struggled to put them on myself. Carlos was good enough to come out and assist me by putting them on.
You don't see that type of customer service in many stores these days. So I'm grateful he was there and able to help

What happened to good customer service! Bad experience with Mike the supposed to be supervisor.
If I come in and request for a certain thing. It is a reason why I need a certain thing. Why would you give me the total opposite. Then when I return and tell him I need the kind that I requested he has a whole attitude, acting unprofessional! And telling me what I need. It’s clear you don’t understand or pay attention if you did I wouldn’t have never had to come back.Instead of trying to rush to go outside to smoke a cigarette.Now all of a sudden you a supervisor but you tell the other nice , kind gentleman you can’t assist me and you don’t have to deal with me. That’s unprofessional Mike tried to force me to get something I don’t need. He did not want to refund me my money and the next step I was going to call hire above. Because he went to going off on me, using foul language and speaking his Jamaican language in which I was not there for that. Please and I can imagine how many people he did this to and it go unnoticed or unheard.

I went in there Saturday because I needed help with a battery issue. The girl in the front Dominique was very nice but she seemed to be the only one in the store… where is the help? You can’t have only 1 person in there she had so many calls and people waiting
Best auto parts store in South Florida! Associate Carlos helped me several years ago with a dead battery, and a few cars later, installed windshield wipers with nothing but a smile and superb customer service. I go out of my way to go to THIS LOCATION because of Carlos. Whatever you are paying him, my man needs a raise!
Today i came in for a battery for my car , there was only 2 ladies in the store and it was super busy but ruby was still able to change my battery in less than five minutes! It was a great experience until we went outside and a man apparently her manager came by the store asked her why she was outside and she replied she's helping the other girl with my battery he just kept talking but never even tried to help he said he had to get tools he went inside by the time he go outside she already finished he just kept talking and talking saying bad things about the other girl inside not doing nothing. I went in there and those girls did amazing they got everyone out and no one complained. Autozone needs to give these two a raise!!! And if that was the manager yall need to speak to him
Stopped at this Autozone on my way up from Miami to Orlando because I had a broken wiper and it was about to rain and my boy Michael H found the fit for my exact car and even installed it for us for free! Great service, was bought and done in under 5 minutes and was back on the way home!! Thanks Michael!!
Five stars for AutoZone! This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I recently had a dead battery and stopped by my local AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, associate Dominique was incredibly helpful, quickly testing my old battery and helping me find the right replacement. The real highlight, however, was Manager Greg. With the store busy, he personally stepped up and replaced the battery for me right in the parking lot! This level of hands-on, genuine care is rare. I am so happy and grateful for Greg's willingness to go the extra mile. Dominique and Greg turned a major hassle into a quick, positive experience. Highly recommend this store!"

It was a really bad situation that happened at the store but she went over and beyond to make the problem get resolved in a timely manner she deserves to be recognize for the ability to make people feel welcomed and relaxed even in the time of a crisis she needs a raise or a store. Went to AutoZone to get some wipers, headlights and air filters. I thought I could install them myself, but I was having some trouble so it came back the following day.
The manager Mike, in the picture was helpful and actually came out and installed the parts for me while he trained a new employee to do the same.
Mike is an asset to customers like me but also to his employees because I watched him give excellent guidance on how to do the needed repairs, but also how to handle oneself with customers.
I come to this location whenever I need parts for our three cars and will continue.
Ruby and Kamal were so helpful today! I needed a battery and they were so nice and put it in my car at no extra charge. Kamal was so quick and happy to help definitely coming back

I had an issue with my motorcycle battery which i purchased 4 months ago from AutoZone. I came to this location to get it replaced as it was underneath 6 months warranty. Mike M was the first person who started helping me. He is extremely courteous and humble. He couldn’t locate the warranty on the system so he took me to Ruby who was also very polite and tried helping me based on my receipt. It turns out that the person who sold me the battery, forgot to register warranty for the battery. Ruby then called Mike G who was as understanding as the other two and tried his best to get me the new battery despite of not being able to locate the warranty. At the end I got the replacement battery with warranty registered this time.

This location and Mike G. were absolute God Sent for me this morning. I came in with what I thought was a simple problem, that escalated into much more. But Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable, he really saved the day. Thank you Mike and to the entire team over there.
I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident I experienced at the AutoZone store I encountered behavior from the store manager Michael that I found to be unprofessional and contrary to the high standard of customer service I expect from AutoZone.
Specifically, I observed that the manager:
Greeted customers unresponsively
Appeared unkempt, which contributed to an overall impression of carelessness in his interaction with customers.
Displayed dismissive and rude behavior when I attempted to engage with him.
This experience has made me hesitant about continuing to buy in this store. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. I respectfully request that you look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that all staff members uphold the professional standards that AutoZone is known for.

Someone referred me to AutoZone after experiencing a bad battery and would not start for work this Friday the 13th, so I had to catch a Lyft service to work and get a charge to AutoZone, 2 really nice salesman name Patrick, who did the testing on my battery and it was totally dead, and Matt installed the battery Fast and easy.
