I was having issues with my car starting and was 100%sure what the issue was. So I stopped in here and a nice lady Adrianna, I believe, assisted me. She ran a quick diagnostic check and sure enough the battery was bad. She retrieved the battery that I requested and then installed it for me in the 90° + temperature. She did a great job for me. I'm sure she can help you with your needs.

Placed my order online, super smooth, easy process. There is no issue there. **BEWARE** Pulled up, called the store for curbside deliver without wiper installation. I had 2 dogs in my car this day. Was told it would be 5 mins, turned into 15 mins. I was patient as I observed about 6 different people waking in. I called again, and the man said, "...that lazy woman," to answer my question when someone would come out. He did not come out, waited 5 mins and called again. He finally comes outside after 7 mins and says, "we can't bring you your ordered becuase we are not a corporate store." I said "yes you can, just grab it and bring it to me." Finally after about 27 mins I got my wipers without isntallation. Very Painfully pick up process and terrible customer service.

Service was top-notch. My check engine light came on and showed it was my catalytic converter. They recommended I try a treatment for it first, and that did the trick! Saved me money at the mechanics who would have charged me at least $80-$100 just to check it out.

No one helped me. This location was not the best I tried to explain my problem and the guy was just on a FaceTime call while he was ringing me out when I was doing a return. Literally no interest in helping me. The other worker was a woman who just sat there also no help. I just went 2 mins down the road to AutoZone and had the best help there.

I come here for all of my car wants and needs from free car battery charging to car parts, car oil, car decor, car air fresheners and more their confident employees just ask a few questions such as your car's year, make and model to assist you with your car's needs so the next time your check engine light comes on make this place your destination to turn that check engine light right back off

Great customer service. I came in because my battery died on my pick up truck. Shane was helpful in telling me which batteries to buy and also helped me install them. I will definitely be going back for all my auto parts.

I thought I needed a new battery. Went in and talked with Shane. He helped with the battery but ultimately told me the problem was with my alternator. Shane was VERY helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone speak with him.

Varma and Justin were awesome!! My car battery unexpectedly died in the gas line and I thankfully made it to auto zone. After multiple google searches to try and find the right battery we gave up and brought it here. They were helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. An honest hard working team is the best way to describe them. Definitely would recommend coming here with everyday auto needs. Thanks again guys!!

The employees were extremely Rude event threatened me with bodily violence!!! if there was a no star rating. I would give them a 0 star rating. and if I would have had the time, I would have called the police he got that aggressive. And I definitely would have loved to call corporate and filed an official complaint due to being A Very busy person. I unfortunately did not have the time to do so.

Very ghetto and unprofessional! I went here to return an Item and I stood there waiting for a while waiting for someone to say "Can I help you"... They never did! A female and a male were on one side having fun and on the other side that I walked up to get help an employee was standing there looking at me crazy and sizing me up while he was eating his Popeyes. The other guy at the register started looking at me the same way and then he told me to go to the other side. I then was told that they don't take returns for that specific item. I left the store and read the return policy of non refundable items and my item wasn't on the list, so I took it to another location and they returned the item with no problem.

Facility on SR7 Margate is my preferred store for knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Always has stock of needed items and tools...highly recommended!

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. No one answers the phone, when they do, they put you on hold for a very long time. Store needs new and knowledgeable employees.

The two young men who run the store after 5 pm are so helpful. They efficiently run a tag team between them. I bought $275 worth of merchandise including a battery, auto oil, coolant, and wrench. One installed my battery while the other helped customers behind the counter. It’s going to be my go to store when I need things for my car.

I went tonight at 8:30pm to buy a new battery cause mine was almost dead. They told me that can't change my battery because it was to late. So, I went to the autozone that's about 5 min from there and they were closing at 9:00 pm as well as advance auto parts. They changed my battery in about 4 min. That's to worry about your customer and not just wait to be the time to punch out and go home.

I needed a new battery for my SUV so I ordered it online to be installed by them. Not only did Orville go above and beyond in putting it for me but made sure my connectors were working properly which they were not. He took care of that also, I told him I needed to get going because my son had knee surgery days before that and we were on our way to physical therapy. It took so long for the battery and the connector he kept apologizing to me for making me late. I knew then he was a good kid, he's feeling bad for keeping me and here I am keeping HIM from doing his job inside. I forgot to mention it was raining and he did all this in the rain. Orville I hope you get the recognition you deserve. One happy customer here. I'll always come back

I placed an online order for some brakes, and rotors. I get to the store this morning and called for the curbside service, no one answered so no big deal I walked in. I get to the counter told the employee that I was picking up an online order. So he went to the back and came back to the counter, I then asked where is my order, he then turned around without say anything and pointed to the cart, and walked away. Mind you I'm a woman I had 2 front rotors for my truck and some front brakes that I had to tote to my truck on my own. This was the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I will not ever shop with this company again. It's ashamed I can't give a 0 rating because this is exactly what this store gets.

Great service. Leslie, the manager was so helpful with information and nice. Very good customer service. Linton was also nice and very helpful. I also cherish their honesty because I order a battery online and It couldn't be installed because of a different setup in my car. I highly recommend this particular store. Thank you Leslie and Linton.

Horrible customer service. Never in my life have I been to an auto parts store with that level of service. I understand it their policy is not to help remove a battery cable. But walking by and commenting how nasty it looks and standing outside and smoking watching me struggle didn't help.

We were thinking that we may need starter but we stopped in to the store that's located almost on the corner of Atlantic and Powerline. There was a lady there that helped us me being a man I was a bit skeptical but she proved herself to be more than knowledgeable and I give her an outstanding rating

Ok service, crew needs be well trained. I been there plenty of time and seen cluless employees. Store needs to train them and possible recruit better employees. I also noticed one employee gossiping with the store security guy. Need to improved CS

Great service! Went there with a low battery and didn't know of we had a failing battery or if the alternator was going out, turns out it was the battery. This fellow went right to work for us and had it changed out in no time, so very thankful for his help!

I was able to get what i needed without any issues. unique parts for my car and then had them ordered the next day. Didn't have any issues also with a return. They did great with me and the only reason why im on here is because i needed the number and notice the review section. I'll be going back for more parts for my car.. Lowest prices in town,,, AWESOME TEAM..
