Being a regular customer at this Pompano Beach Location for about 3 years now I must say Cistomer service has been quite exceptional. I'd like to Single out Ms Taijah for always handling my order pickups expeditiously and is always quite attentive. Also would like to Commend Mr Craig for always addressing any and all service parts special needs that I seem to run into quite Often. Great reliable Parts locations are far and few between these days. I truly appreciate this facility and what it has to offer
Been using Parts Authority for decades in NYC as my dad was a mechanic and they were his suppliers. It's been a few years since dad passed away, but am so grateful we continue to enjoy his discounts on parts as it's more like calling old friends for what you need. In other words, "I gotta guy"... that said, here I am in South FL and need brakes. Couldn't believe the prices I was being quoted. Not terrible but just not what I'm used to. So I call my guys in NY and they tell me there's now a location in Pompano. Thank God & Thank Dad!!! Saved over $60 and only had to drive 15 mins north. Thought I'd have to have the parts shipped.
Special NOTE: look at the pics. This is a warehouse distribution center. So you won't see a fancy storefront or aisles of air fresheners next to wiper blades. If you're not paying attention you'll pass the trucking bay and the tiny door with the address. See pictures. Excellent service, prices and parts I trust.
Great service from Mr. Joshua. I got there very early and he noticed me waiting outside. He asked what item I was picking up while he was walking to open up the facility. Before doing anything, he went to the locate my item. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thanks
Recently I have been very unhappy with the people here . Folks answering phones like zombies and seemingly not wanting to do thier job. To bad since yhe products are good in most cases. Time to make the move to worlpac. Good bye IMC
I am disappointed with this company ever since our sales guy steve left the company a few months ago I have been greatly dis appointed, I have left messages for our new sales guy to call me and he has yet to call, every time i call to order a part or ask a question i get a different rep and some of them are un pleasant to talk to and not even in the same state or country. It very bothersome that I can't have a sales guy who is local and assigned to my account and is willing to help with any issue, if a part does not show up i call and the next rep has no clue as to where or why and i have to be on hold for long period of time to find out my part has never left the building. So i will boycott this company for the time being
