What an absolute JOKE of a company! At 8am I ordered a part for my customer from these clowns and was told I’d have it by 11:30am. At 12:10pm I called for an update and was told 1:30pm. At 2:15pm I called AGAIN, and was told 3:30pm. Now, at 4:08pm, I’m being told that it won’t be here until tomorrow morning! The reason is absolute hilarity! Get this! A million dollar corporation “didn’t know” their Hollywood Florida location closed until 4:08pm today! Amazing timing! All day long I was lied to and fed one line of BS after another ALL DAY LONG! Now I have to cover the cost of a rental for an additional day! I will be submitting that extra day to them for reimbursement! My advise to ALL SHOP OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES! Do not order from the clowns!
Excellent Service and wonderful wholesale prices. Their call center helped me find the right rear brake calipers for my truck and It made my day. I spent two hours calling dozens of auto parts and The Parts House had what I needed. AC Delco Dealer and walk-ins are welcome.

I had an account when they were the parts house before buying up cold air warehouses. I stopped using them due to service issues. Gave them another shot when they bought up cold air warehouses along with my account with cold air. Ended up stopped using them again for the same service issues. Hit me up if anyone wants details.
Called this morning for some parts, spoke to some guy who had some Hispanic accent and wanted to see if they could work on the price of motorcraft ball joints like they worked with me on the price of a motor craft rack and pin and he said that's impossible because motorcraft is not adjustable but they sold me a rack and pin for $460 after quoting my $570. Dude was rude and annoying so I just hung up and gonna take my money elsewhere. Get your parts from rock auto man, at least they have some consistency.
Brought a fuel injector in Miami area I was stranded in pompano went to the store and was told I had to go all the way bird road for warranty. I went to Kendall location c closest to my mechanic and they don’t have it!!!!!! Horrible service
As a small Mechanic shop, it's nice that a part store would take such good care of us. Joel St. Pierre went out of his way to make sure that we we're taking care of and even comes in to check on us from time to time. Their prices are amazing and so is the customer service. Highly recommend this store.
