  Absolutely the worst place to deal with if your a commercial account, I spend hundreds of dollars a day on parts, I have a high volume shop and I needed two items and my card was being declined by fraud, these guys refused to release the parts i told them it will take me 35 minutes to contact the bank and get the card free, we desperately needed the parts and I’ve never left them unpaid for more than an hr ever and it hardly ever happens! This is how they show their top customers appreciation by screwing them on a Friday morning! The new manager said loss prevention would flag it, he’s a liar I e dealt with these guys for years but not no more! They won’t get a dollar of business from me again

  I had an issue with an associate not taking down the right vehicle and gave me the wrong part twice. I brought it back to the Pompano Beach O'Reilly's on Dixie and Copans. Stacy went over and beyond to help me. She did what she was supposed to do as a human being. She has respect but you speak so she can listen and understand. This girl is going far in life

  Today I had an incident with a young lady named Natasha. She was very rude and disrespectful. Totally not professional when I proceeded to ask for her name to report to manager she responded it’s none of my business. Why do I care? I then left the premises because I didn’t have time that instant to speak to a manager so I went to go install what I bought and then came back into the facility to figure out her name after waiting in line, spoke to another customer in Line and they seem to have had similar altercations with this lady in the past aswell after speaking with him for a couple of minutes, he was the one to tell me her name is Natasha the line was long so I did not proceed to ask for a manager, so I am writing this review and I will be back to follow up about the situation with a manager I’ve had other altercations with this individual, but never to this point…

  Completely outraged! Don't even bother going here if it's close to 8pm, got here 15 minutes before close (8pm) after driving across town and the older black lady inside just shakes her head no at me while dust mopping the floor. Unbelievable.

  This particular store is smaller than most but fully stocked with helpful and knowledgeable staff that I've come to expect from the O'Reilly chain. Also, as expected, the prices are lower than the other major parts store chains

  Awful. I walked into this store and the 2 employees were not busy. One playing on the computer and the other watching him play on the computer. I was totally ignored, as was the only other customer who was looking for something. The other customer, obviously angry about the lack of service, cut in front of me. At any rate, the one guy clearly was upset that he had to go help this customer. I was still ignored and walked out. Never again will I go here and spend my money. Too bad, you lost about a $400 sale today and much more in the future. Go there at your own peril.
