These guys run the show. As a small business doing engines. I hate having to stock filters. It’s great. They always have what I need. And if I need a filter and they don’t have it. They order it for next day. Call these guys cause they have their shit together
I went to NAPA to replace my battery. The guys here were very helpful. They had great customer service and had me in and out in no time. They took the extra time to help my husband take out the battery and helped him put it in. I will return to this location for my auto parts in the future.
I used this store frequently, and very disappointed in my recent dealings with them. I called them 5 minutes before closing in need of a filter and asked if I could pay with a credit card over the phone and they could set the fuel filter outside and my wife would be there in less than 10 minutes to pick it up. The incompetent and lazy person I spoke to over the phone didn’t care that I was stranded and didn’t care that they were the only store I could get one from at the moment. He told me he would not take a credit card over the phone for payment and would not place anything outside to be picked up. I was not somebody calling just because I needed to buy something, it was an emergency situation that I clearly explained to this lazy employee. I have wanted to write a review in the past but didn’t as I’ve gone to the store on a Saturday afternoon 15 minutes before closing only to find that they had already closed. The excuse when I went into the store next time and complained, was that it’s no longer a franchise store and now privately owned and they can do whatever they want. So can I. You just lost a loyal customer.
I made a purchase for 84.23, the guy at the cash register who said he doesn't work at the cash register was there just to cover for another guy, he charged me 70.00 but 50.00 I spoke to him, you charged me twice he told me I didn't charge him just once, I opened it bank app and I showed it, he told me I'm going to cancel 50.00 and leave the merchandise there, I replied, I need the merchandise for work, he said he won't take the goods ok I called the bank again and the bank confirmed 2 payments one of 70.00 and the other of 50.00 I went back to tell the boy I need the money to buy somewhere else I have to work he said go. Look for the manager second Friday that I wasn't his problem, super rude, rude and shouldn't be serving customers at the register, I've been a customer in Napa for over 6 years, never but I'm going to talk to the manager on Monday Meanwhile, I won't work on Saturday and what's worse, without money to buy the merchandise, I'm out of work and speak to the manager on Monday to resolve their mistake. Lack of customer service training
Amazing customer service! Everyone in the store was very knowledgable and polite. Great prices and all around great experience. I will only be using this store from now on. I Highly recommend this store for any of your automotive needs. A++
Don't buy anything here they are only franchise they don't accept lifetime warranty parts.... Lazy arrogant and ignorant people working here now, back then this place was amazing but not anymore.... They only care about the money...
Don't be deceived by the small size of the customer area--many parts are stocked in the back. If you don't see what you need ask.
David the counterman saved me from myself. I had selected not one, not two, but three windshield wipers that were not the right type for my vehicle.
Not only was industrial hose and hydraulics down the street less than HALF the price, they totally screwed us by putting the wrong fittings on a hose for our bucket truck that I brought in with me, causing it to be down an extra day.
Terrible customer service usually go there a different person usually helps me when i go there. The person who helped me today was not nice at all...said he was the manager..really bad service ...wasnt listening and quite frankly didn't care....like I was bothering him...teriible people skills...if I had not been there before in would not know any better...
Buy at your own risk!!poor service is the norm,so don't expect it.They will not accept your return regardless of what the reciept states.you will make your purchase with confidence,and as the manager Robin stated sarcastically "try cooperate napa store see if they will take it".Well,I found that the hard way he is right...every store is independently operated with no obligations or rules across the board to ensure good customer service.so screw you!!I dare you to loose your money in the unfortunate step of you having to return and get your hard earn money back.
I think this place is awesome. I have always been treated with kindness and they always have in stock what I go there to purchase. Keep up the good work NAPA!!!
I am a mechanic and car builder alrm of Napa's neighbor at Copans, there is no time with such competence as these guys, they know a lot, they check the internet and books in the store and they never make mistakes in the sale besides always being willing to help, I always recommend to all friends.
They have a couple of old school mechanics that give LEGITAMATE and accurate advice.
Kudos to Rusty who many times explained to me what I need to be looking at while I'm doing a repair.
Overall far more knowledgeable staff than AutoZone or Advanced.
So far it's always been positive experience. The employees at NAPA go the extra mile in order to accommodate your needs.
That's why I'm grateful for it and I keep coming back whenever I need parts for my vehicles.
