My neighbor recommend this shop for me to change battery, it open at 7:30 really good for me to fix my car before work, but after the battery changed, I don't know the car radio need to restart since this is my first, so I asked the your staff, and he replied me : oh, did I replaced your battery, and your car stared already, then it's not my duty to help to fix your radio” at that moment I really want to return the battery and find another place to help me! Finally my friend told me need to restart the radio, which is a very simple to solve, just need a little patience and care, but clearly your staff don't have it at all!

Called the store 5 minutes before they closed, spoke to Luis and told him I just had an emergency and neededa part ... he waited 20 minutes for me and saved me ! Tnx brother , really appreciate it

I don’t know how this store has 4.4 stars I call this store like 7 times from another location just to make sure they physically had a part in stock before heading to the store and every time I call I get placed directly on hold and as I’m writing this review I’m currently on hold for 34mins smh.

Asked the employee for a can of white grease lubricant and got the blank stare . Was told not in stock but the app states otherwise. Got my product by helping myself.

I had to do an emergency service on an MDX late at night and was in need of last minute parts. My guy Luis not only found the exact part I needed quick and accurately but allowed us to come get them several minutes after closing so we could get the job done. He was super attentive and obliged our requests fast and professionally. Excellent Service here

I was visiting from Indiana and my Kia Sorento headlight burned out. Jonathan was great! He checked to make sure the bulb was correct and then installed it for me. As a 79 year old with a bad arm, I truly appreciate this extra service. I wish that there were more people in sales/customer service like Jonathan.

I came into the store looking for wiper blades for my 2020 nissan rogue and I new I would have trouble finding the right ones. But I went over and started my search. The first problem I encountered was their electronic device to help identify the blades you need was not working. So I attempted to Google the replacement blades I needed. Found the suggested brand and model number on line and.........no matching blades in stock. So I decided to see if anyone in the store could help me out. Everyone was busy but this one big guy behind the counter who was wearing a mask. He was huge and had a beard and did not appear approachable, but I asked for his help. This guy went right to work on the computer looking for the blades I had found on line. He checked the stock on the floor and realized they didn't have them. He then asked if I was set on those particular blades. I let him know I didn't really care as long as the ones they had were good blades and would do the job for me. He then got a set of blades and went out to my vehicle and installed one of them and tried it out. Seems like the blades that were supposed to fit my vehicle were too small. He then went back in, measured my old blades and brought out another set that matched in length. He went back out and installed the new set for me. All in all this guy was in and out of the store 3 to 4 times finding the correct blades before everything fit just right. I was very satisfied with the determination and care that this guy showed for me and my vehicle. He went far out of his way to get the job done correctly. All I can say is this place needs more people like Sid!!! Thank you very much. For someone who may appear unapproachable, you are certainly a nice guy!

O’Reillys and Angel are superstars… Would you believe I called O’Reillys about 15 minutes ago and asked about a warranty on my battery that I bought about two years ago and yes the battery was expensive like $250 … I spoke to a gentleman named angel. He asked for my phone number and looked up the battery and said that to bring it in….. I told him that I would be in, when I got there, he had the battery on the counter, ready for me and took five minutes and I was shocked.. I walked out with a brand new battery and I’m a super happy customer…. Angel you’re a superstar !!!! thanks O’Reilly auto parts

Absolutely great customer service!!!!! The manager Chris came out a personally helped me with my Fiat 500L I was having battery problems. He ran a diagnostic test and showed me where it was only running on 1 cylinder. He is truly amazing. The store was very clean and all employees were enthusiastic. This say a lot about the manager that works beside them. I will definitely be going back there for all my automotive needs.

Don't ever shop here. There racist from the managers to the general managers down to the driver's human resources basically everybody. This is a narcissist store. I won't the world to no that. I had a very bad experience at this store. I will never shop at O'Rileys again. Ever! And I will sure my friends and family won't either.

Maybe it's a South Florida thing or maybe its me. But everyone is really terrible at their jobs moreso than ever. I usually keep quiet but its getting old. Expecially at this Hub store. Eveytime I go to this location they cannot find the part I ordered. As a HUB store they stock more items than the other stores. Yet they somehow only have one Employee who is competent. They say to come back at 11am they will get the part ordered from another store. I show back up at 1pm and "the driver is running late" come back. I return again much much later at 9pm. No one knows about my order. Cant be helped. They can never find my commercial account unless I spoon feed them the account number every time. Phone number, address, too complicated. The commercial account manager does not return calls, is never in store. Any online web request forms are no help and I never get a response. I've sent dozens. In store employees are lazy, won't get off their phones to help customers find items in the store. I actually showed one customer where the light bulbs were. Customers helping customers because the O'Reilly Employees paid to do so are either so wildly incompetent that they can't find the items in their own store. Or are simply too lazy/apathetic to help customers in the store. Its a shame the took over the old family run Bennett Auto Supply down here. O'Reilly is too big for their own good. Stay away unless your broke down. Order on Amazon and get better customer service from a computer screen.

Called Hollywood location in a Sunday because my semi wouldn’t start due to dead batteries. Dude at the Hollywood location told me he didn’t have the batteries I needed in stock but that there pompano location had them in stock at that time. Called pompano and spoke with Glee (I hope I’m not misspelling he’s name) anyhow he took the time to go into the back and confirm they actually had the exact batteries I needed and when I drove there even grabbed the cart and pushed those heavy ax batteries outside to my Honda. Great customer service!! Very helpful, thank you.

They were so helpful I would recommend this location and auto store before any other. Thanks Chis and Staff battery was replaced and inatalled those who have a Chevy Malibu 2014 or 2015 prices are great if you need a AUX12 battery auto start features

I just went to that location because I had a problem with a faulty alternator and was helped by Lauren. I had to write a review because she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to find our receipt in the system and gave us a detailed explanation on how alternators work and how we could take steps to make sure we wouldn't have any more issues with the new one. Outstanding customer service, 5 stars to Lauren!
