Sent out a driver that's was extremely inexperienced. Didn't know how to operate his own equipment. Luckily another tow company noticed the painful inexperience that was being displayed and offered his experience instead. Steer clear from this horrible company!!! The other company made it look insanely easy compared to these guys...

This was not an easy tow. 39' motorhome that had brakes locking up and could not drive forward due to DEF issue. Lincoln is really good at what he does and made it all work. Other services would not even attempt the job. Not cheap, but less expensive than the other quote I got.
Got stranded getting off the turnpike at the intersection today. Came and got me within 20 min. Jumped my car at the shop and I was able to make it to the dealership 10/10 would get rescued by them again.

After waiting 1 and a half hours from the time I was told they would tow, the truck driver yelled and threatened me because I didn’t have Zelle or Cash. He said they don’t take credit at night, although their website clearly states they take Visa and Discover. The driver stated I should have told them I’m paying with card, at which I was confused because their website states the forms of payment taken. If anything, the website and the company should clarify with the customer they only take cash and Venmo at night, no? Terrible service. Make sure you have cash or Zelle.
Very unprofessional. The driver was very rude to the point where I asked to bring my vehicle down and I found someone else. I do not recommend. Only put 1 star to leave review wish I could do a 0.
Company jerked me around for 10 days with almost zero communication, when I finally could get them to answer a call or text they were very unprofessional. I understand that finding a tow for an RV can be difficult, but promising someone will text me and pick up the next day, and refuse to give ME any info to contact the driver was wild. Then when I would call about the driver never showing they would announce they cancelled but a new driver was TOTALLY going to show up tomorrow. Finally they gave up and refunded me my deposit. We found an alternate company to pick up LATER THAT SAME DAY. Just be honest when you bite off more than you can chew.
The whole staff and team are very professional , transparent , and informative . I had An amazing experience the mechanic is a great mechanic I payed for an engine installation and within 48 hours he had the vehicle up and running and running as smooth as ever for an amazing price as well ! If you’re looking for work to be done on your vehicle big or small or a tow truck I highly recommend.
If you’re seeking a tow truck service, I strongly advise you to steer clear of C&P Towing. I called them, and they promptly dispatched a tow truck driver, promising to arrive within 30-45 minutes. Initially, I found the offer too good to be true. However, they kept me stranded on the side of the road for over 2.5 hours. The tow truck driver informed me that he wished I had called him sooner, as he had just passed me. Despite the gentleman’s assurances that the job would take no more than an hour, I waited for two more hours before he called me back, stating that he was on his way. Unfortunately, the job took longer than expected, and he never arrived within the 30-minute timeframe.
If you’re looking for a company that will leave you stranded on the side of the road for hours without any explanation, then C&P Towing is the perfect choice for you. However, if you genuinely need a tow truck service, I strongly advise you to look for another company.
Nothing more you can ask for… a mechanic shop that a woman can go to and not have to worry about being robbed, referred a female who’s car wouldn’t start so C&P sent a tow truck to pick her car up all things indicated the issue to be the starter she approved the repair went to pick up the car and the mechanic informed her they didn’t have to change the starter they found that it was a connection issue charged her $80 for the tow and sent her on her way.
I would like to give a big thanks to Alex the tow truck driver! He was awesome from start to finish . It was a very pleasant experience he was very helpful and extremely efficient with making sure he got my car and I safely to my destination. He was very very professional . I also like thank c&p company as well for their services
Google should make zero stars an option. Worst service ever. Driver was rude I was told I would be serviced in 45 minutes they didn’t arrive until 3.5 hours later (after the fact that I figured something else out) just completely unreliable

Don’t call CP to tow the semi truck. Tow truck driver unprofessional. He will damage your truck. He don’t care once he tow your truck you will have to pay all
The damage. He tow my truck to Kenworth dealer. He broke my truck front bumper, u joint on drive shaft , air line cut and cat walk out of place . You going to end up paying 3x more at dealer shop. Cuz dealer will tell you need new u joint kit and new air lines before the move the truck to shop.
Excellent and professional transport service. I contracted a company that completely dropped the ball and could not pick up my truck that didn’t start for over a week. One excuse after another. C&P Towing and Transport picked up the contract and the communication with Mike was excellent. Kept me updated and finally may truck was delivered to the location 250 miles away. The driver was great as well. Just can’t remember his name.

I ended up having to use this towing company two days in a row and both times I had the best experience. They reached my car originally in literally less than 15 minutes. They were charging me, the most reasonable rate compared to others, who wanted nearly double what this company fairly charged. Great service made sure I got home safe and then the following day I had them tow the car to my mechanic in which they were extremely communicative. The driver was super friendly and the office staff was great. I highly recommend to anybody in Fort Lauderdale in the surrounding areas.
Really really bad service. Towing and mechanics are unprofessional. Kept my car for 3 days and didn’t even fix it! Just charged me for a bunch of unrelated things. Then when I called to get my car back, they deliberately ignored me and I had to call from my zoom number to get an answer.
Super super rude people and super super unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had a flat tire and they happened to have the one tire I needed to replace my other tire. Did the job well and quick! Took time off work to get it done and was able to head straight back to work thanks to them. Prices are great, too.
I got a flat tire on the Florida turnpike and called my car towing service, 3 hours later I was still there. I googled towing service and C&P showed up in 20 minutes. They were honest, reliable, fairly priced, hardworking and extremely helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised by the good service. They reassured me when everything was stressful and the next day got a new tire on my car for less than Tire Kingdom where I bought the tire. I would highly recommend anyone who needs car repair or tires or towing!
Alex and his team are outstanding professionals. I had a unique situation where my car was disabled in a garage and the tow driver Thomas was extremely helpful and not knowing auto service sites in the area I took his recommendation to have my car towed and repaired at C&P which I'm glad that I did. Alex's staff was excellent, including his point person in the office, who always keep me updated and she even helped get my car back to my condominium after it was repaired. C&P is honest and professional which these days sometimes is hard to find and that is why I highly recommend C&P for any tow and auto service needed in Broward/Pompano Beach.
