We bought a great Trailblazer a few years ago, Mike was up front and honest saying it needed some tune up, no problem, lasted for about 2.5-3 years until someone ran a stop sign and flipped both our SUV’s upside down, so now we are in the market for a Van, we let him know and he is and has always gone above and beyond for not only us but for our dear, elderly neighbor who is a VERY LOYAL customer for YEARS to Mike!! I'm a newer driver purchasing my second car. I've been to around 5 dealerships in the area during my search, and this is the best of them by a long shot! Not only was I able to find a reliable car that fit well within my budget, I was also more than happy with the service I received as a customer. Mike is both knowledgeable and personable, and he walked me through the details of the sales paperwork as I signed it to make sure I understood and was satisfied with all parts of our deal. If you're looking to buy a good, reasonably priced vehicle from people who care about their product and their customers, I couldn't recommend this place more!

BEWARE!! Purchasing a car from this place has ended up being a nightmare. No point calling these people as they covered themselves good with paperwork! We asked Mike K to be straight up honest with us about the car we purchased from him. We told him this was our granddaughters first car, just turned 16. We told him we needed a SAFE, decent on gas vehicle for her safety. We knew it needed tires, and it ran a little rough, but Mike said “just needs a good tune up”. We Asked for a car fax, he said they don’t do them. We were taken to the cleaners and have put money after money out since we got it. It was our insurance company that informed us that the car was involved in a front end accident and that a recall for a certain part needed to be fixed, a serious part! NOW after about $2000.00 more (we had to replace 4 motor mounts, (plus had one of the replaced motor mounts go bad, hoping it was defective) shocks, passenger window control, plus a tire sensor (that still doesn’t work, wiper fluid leaks, active grill shutter assembly needs replacing, (over $400!) and now passenger seat belt alarm will not shut off!! How do these kind of companies get away with ripping people off??? Great, safe car for my granddaughter!!! BEWARE BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Had a very easy going experience! The owner Mike, was very helpful and straight up with no beating around the bush bullsh*t and the prices are all ready plenty affordable and is still willing to negotiate to help meet your needs if possible. We got a Dodge Caliber and my girl loves it, a few little quirks but an overall good clean vehicle to get you around town. Probably gonna return there to buy a truck as well so I definitely recommend Champion Auto to anyone looking for a good deal on a nice vehicle! 👌

Mike is THE most honest, hard working car salesman you'll ever meet. He will bend over backwards to help you, to make sure you are more than satisfied. He is the definition of an honest hard working man. Easy to talk to, he does everything right there in front you, explains everything, fastest paperwork for a car you'll ever encounter. Mike was so totally upfront, honest & helpful that I almost didn’t buy the car! I thought, “this is too good to be true” & was very concerned I was being played by a used car salesman. NOT TRUE! If you know the area. Here is the picture, I totaled my car, may 29th, I have looked for over 2 weeks, I bought a junk truck, it broke down on me 2 miles after buying it. I took it back. And was really nervous car shopping after. Then I had a nissian Morano blow up while test driving, I went to 6 different dealers, before I found Mike, at champion auto. I walked from plam bay road to his dealership north of new haven. Walked on his lot looking a bum, he treated me like a friend, and gave me a ride home when I found the perfect fit for me. This isn’t one of those scammy “buy here, pay here” type used car lots. Mike, the owner, has a wide selection of well taken care of vehicles which are priced extremely fair. My wife and I went there on a weekend to look around and by Wednesday we were driving away in a really nice SUV. I would highly recommend taking a look at his cars.
