The folks at discount tire in Palm Bay are excellent. I took my Jeep Wrangler there the other day to get my large Yokohama tires rotated and to replace a valve stem on a fifth tire, and they were very quick about it, although they appeared to be a little short staffed, they turned around my car quickly and efficiently. I wish I knew some names, but unfortunately, I can’t recall, but everyone seemed professional and willing to assist the customers!

I purchased a new set of tires from Discount Tire today and their customer service was great, specifically Dalton. He was very attentive and informative and set up my appointment for me. My vehicle was ready exactly when he said it would be. I will definitely choose to go to Discount Tires from now on!

A different shop told me my wheels were over tightened and they couldn’t get them off. Dalton checked all of my wheels to make sure no lugs were stripped or over tightened and even noticed my tires were low and filled them up for me. If I had any more concerns with my tires I will make sure that I ask for Dalton.

I rolled in about 4 minutes after closing time with a tire losing air pretty quickly. The guys at Discount tire showed mercy on my wife and I and took our car in and charged our tire at a great price. As for me and my family, we won't go anywhere else bur Discount tire.

had a bit of an issue with my car when i got it back after a service, i called up and the guy who answered, dalton, was extremely understanding and showed genuine care and concern for the issues i brought up. he helped fix the issue himself and like i said was just overall a very genuine dude. dalton the goat, give him a raise, he deserves it

I came here needing 2 new tires and an alignment. I originally spoke with slinky. He is amazing, but ended up with a cracked rim and wasn't able to have services done Eric was amazing with helping me find a solution that was affordable I am beyond satisfied with the service I received I will be a lifelong customer. You don't find many car places anymore that are just genuinely there for the customer. Keep up the great work guys.

I had bought tires from their cocoa location three months ago a full set, somehow I ended up with a nail in my front tire Taylor worked amazingly, Professionally, and effortlessly to get my tire fixed with no problems. I spoke to a very rude employee today at 12:25pm (I didn’t get his name). I was very clear with what I needed and nice. I simply asked that I would like you to look up my account and make sure my warranty on my tires is good. His response was unnecessary and made no sense, like he just didn't wanna be bothered and told me to come in instead. When I insisted he lets me know if my warranty is valid and how much my cost would be to fix a flat he then said hold on I am actually with a customer right now and I thought this would just be a quick question. What? When he came back on he got even ruder, looking up my account and very bad attitude to any questions I had. My warranty was good however I didn't even bother come in after this conversation. I went elsewhere to fix my nail in tire. People don't want to spend their money with a place that treats them with disrespect. I won't do business with this place again. It was hard enough to ever get them to honor the warranty anyway, they always say the tread is too low and want you to buy new tires. Not worth the headache to deal with this place. I went to another shop and they patched for a good price with no problems or harassment to buy a new tire. You will continue to lose business if your employees continue to treat customers this way.

I purchased my tires online and scheduled my installation appointment online as well, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I received an email notification when my tires arrived at the shop, followed shortly by a phone call from the store to confirm my installation appointment. I also appreciated the text reminders and check-in texts the day before and the day of my appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes early, and right at my appointment time I was greeted by the service manager, Eric, who was extremely polite and professional. Dalton was also great and helped get my vehicle checked in quickly and efficiently. My vehicle was finished and ready in less than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which was impressive. They took the time to inform and educate me on the best service intervals to properly maintain my tires, and there were no pushy upsells or unnecessary add-ons—just honest, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. This team truly values their customers’ time and experience. Highly recommend this location!

Bought tires here 6 months ago, got a nail in one tire, knew exactly where it was in the tread, so I came back for repair. All the guy wanted to do was sell me new tires, that's it. Rude and condescending when I questioned him. Left and went down the street to Firestone, tire was fixed within 30 minutes by someone that actually listened to what I said. Will not be back here, ever. He also tried telling me my tires were uneven and should be replaced and I should think about an alignment. Once I told him an alignment was done earlier in the year he backtracked and tried saying not all alignments are perfect and it could be uneven from before it was done. Guess he thought I would be an easy sale for him if he tried the right BS, lost a customer instead.

Purchased two new tires about four months ago. Call to check on warranty and was given a run-around to bring vehicle in to get a new tire and a credit for the new tire I bought 4 months ago, but no guarantee on what the credit will be. Feel like I got completely scammed , spent almost $200 and now I am out a tire. Given the run around about the tire and it being covered all to try and get me back in the door for some lowball credit to get me to purchase another brand new tire. Place is scummy.

Traveling and low tire pressure light came on and luckily we were at discount tire exit. They were quick polite and cost friendly for travelers. Glad we had troubles near them. We made our cruise in time as well!!!!!

Staff very friendly and wait time not bad as a walk in with a nail in my tire. Made me feel safe, important and took care of my issue. Came in nervous and left with a smile. I recommend them for any tire issues or you need new tires they always have specials.

This place is great, very professional employees but also is very popular. Don't bother with making an appointment it won't help with the wait. The 1 1/2 hours they tell everyone is really 2+ hours. I showed up at 745 am for 4 new tires to be installed and was out of there about 915am. Best to drop your car off and either get a ride home or go shopping n dining as store is located in the middle of a commercial district so lots of dining and shopping choices.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dalton for taking the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for tires at the greatest value. I was very pleased with the service and even though they were slammed I was not there for long, less time then they had estimated. The shop guys were fast, efficient and professional as well. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up free of charge in 30 minutes. The guys at the front were very polite and helpful. Will definitely come back if I need any tire work in the future.

Without going in details I needed a tire plugged due to a nail in it was told front tires bald on inside unsafe to drive. I am not at the best financial time right now and said with tears in my eyes I can't afford buying them right now. His answer to me or was it God telling him what to say I left with my tire fixed and 2 very nice new tires. Thank you Discount Tires I already thanked God. How many places in today's America show they care about their customers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was on a long road trip with friends on I-95 and my tires were in dire condition. The staff replaced all four tires, checked my alignment and had us safely back on the road in about an hour! Great work!

Called in and told about an hour wait for walk ins. Got there and the wait times were now about an hour and a half quote time. I was fine with that. 20 minutes later after i agreed to the price and service, quote time was at 2 hours. I explained that i had a 3 year old with me and really needed to get out ASAP. But since I was already there, i decided to sit and wait. 2 hours later my vehicle is still sitting in the parking space i left it at. I asked the rep working with me what was going on. He says about another 30 minutes to an hour. He also said he would find out what the hold up was but just left for lunch and completely blew me off. Mind you I’m listening to other customers, some are also walk-ins getting hour wait time quotes after I've been there over 2. They’re being told that they can be pushed through so wont have to wait to long. After another 15 minutes I asked for my keys back cancelled the sale and left. I’ve experienced some issues in the past and it seems that it just depends on the location whether you get good customer service r not. But for me, last time Ill deal with Discount Tire anywhere. To many other better options out there.

I’ve tried to be patient and respectful, but now it’s time to tell the truth. I took my car to Discount Tire on May 15, 2025, for a simple tire rotation and balance. As soon as the service was done, I inspected my car in their parking lot and discovered all FOUR of my rims were visibly scratched, gouged, and damaged—damage that did not exist before service. I reported the issue immediately. Not days later. Not weeks later. Immediately—while still on their property. I even have timestamped photos and two professional repair estimates totaling $1,200–$1,800 to fix the damage. How did Discount Tire respond? They denied responsibility, claimed the damage was "old and rusty," and offered me a laughable $250. That amount doesn’t even cover ONE rim—let alone four. Worse, they dismissed the clear evidence and acted like what I saw with my own eyes wasn't real. To make matters worse, my husband’s vehicle was also damaged on the same day at the same location. That should have been a red flag for them—but instead of taking accountability, they doubled down with excuses and condescension. It’s clear the staff at this location are undertrained, and customer service is not a priority unless you’re paying. Once they damage your property, you’re on your own. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with Discount Tire over the years, but after this experience, they’ve made it clear that customer loyalty means nothing. Take your business elsewhere. Protect your vehicle. And don’t let them gaslight you like they tried to do with me. ************** Update July 22nd, 2025 UPDATE –FINALLY!!! CASE RESOLVED! After weeks of being lowballed and gaslit by Discount Tire’s third-party claims handler (Fleet Response), I escalated my complaint to corporate and involved the BBB, FDACS, and other agencies. After holding my ground with receipts, Discount Tire finally stepped up and is replacing all four rims that their store damaged during a tire rotation. This resolution didn’t happen because they “offered” it. It happened because I stood my ground, demanded accountability, and refused to settle for less than I deserved. If you ever feel dismissed or ignored — don’t give up. Document. Escalate. Expose. You’re not crazy, and you’re not alone. The moral of the story: Don’t let fear or frustration silence your truth. You deserve to be made whole. You deserve to be respected. And YES — you CAN win when you stand your ground. *Pro Tip : 1. BEFORE custody of your vehicle changes hands walk around your vehicle and document how it looks 2. ALWAYS DOCUMENT IMMEDIATELY if an issue arises 3. As hard as it may be KEEP YOUR COOL and stand up for yourself. 4. Use ChatGPT to help you lock in on a resolution strategy 5. Know and understand your consumer rights! Places like this carry "Care, custody, and control" (CCC) coverage. What is it? Care: The business has physical possession of the property. Custody: The business is responsible for safeguarding the property while it's in their care. Control: The business has the power or authority to manage, direct, or influence the property. While general LIABILITY insurance typically covers damage to others' property, it often excludes damage to property under the insured's care, custody, or control. In this case, you need to ask if they carry MOTOR TRUCK CARGO insurance or GARAGE KEEPERS insurance to cover these risks. Without proper insurance in place, businesses could face substantial financial consequences from damage to others' property. 6. DON'T TAKE ANY OFFER THAT DOESN'T MAKE YOU WHOLE! 7. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING that says they’re offering you a concession, this isn’t admission fault, but a way to get you to denounce their RESPONSIBILITY and coerce you to SHUT UP!!

Excellent service! They repaired the flat tire, although other services did not want to take it on, citing the fact that the damage was too close to the edge of the tire. Yes, I had to wait 2 hours, although I had an appointment, but they saved my tire, and absolutely FREE of charge. After such a service, I will definitely be their client the next time I change tires.

Wouldn't swap out my tires. Said they were too old. Gave me very limited options. It was like they wanted me to buy 4 new tires. Only go if your tires are newer than 6 years and have A LOT of tread!! Not recommended to anyone. Update... Got a call from Discount Tire customer care. Was told that isn't what they do. Tried to make it better. I told him I would never use Discount Tire again. EVER! It's like if you went in for a service someplace and were told "you need your headlight fluid changed". You know there isn't such a thing. Somebody apologizes to you after for the nonsense. You STILL DON'T TRUST THEM. You can see from my pics. Plenty of tread. Paint on the tread from the factory is still inside the tread. No wear bars showing. Tires look new. I went down the street, and another prominent tire store swopped them out. No problem. I don't trust Discount. I caution everyone. They sell tires, period.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR WHEELS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR! Edit: now they are trying to offer me hush money (a very small $ amount) because of this review. Which doesn't even cover half the cost of my tires, let alone having to get my wheels resurfaced and repainted. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this location. I typically don't trust tire places for this exact reason. I took my custom-painted rotiforms in for new tires back in December, and they completely messed them up. The paint was scratched and chipped, and the finish was ruined. When I reached out to them, they refused to fix the damage. I filed a claim with their claims department, and it was flat-out denied. On top of that it took them weeks to reach out to me after multiple games of phone tag. The staff at this location was incredibly negligent, and it felt like they didn’t care at all about my property or their own mistakes. Just a bunch of kids there for a paycheck. I tried to trust them with my wheels, and now they’re ruined, with no resolution and not even an apology from the manager. Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop if you care about your wheels—avoid them at all costs!
