Called Nick for first time as a friend recommended them for towing my son’s car. Nick was so personable and even helped my son save money by letting him know he could do the job on his car, rather than bring it into a shop. Nick probably saved my son at least $500 or more. Wicked nice guy and he was here within 15 mins of me calling for the tow. If anyone ever needs a tow I would highly recommend Thomas & Sons as they are friendly, fast and affordable. Needed a jump-start and Nick with Thomas & Sons was here 30 minutes after I called. Reasonable cost and can't beat the service. I hope I never need them again but I stored their number in my phone just in case. Thanks Nick.
They got me home in reasonable amount of time. Price was okay, needed receipt for insurance reimbursement but the young son left the customer info and date blank, insurance company issue with missing info on receipt; 2 months now waiting for state farm's reimbursement.

I have a very busy life, being a single parent and working mother of two small children. On this particular day that my car would not start, I had to call a tow truck company to transport my car to a mechanic. From the moment I called to the time that Nick arrived, I experienced only the highest standard of professionalism and down to earth kindness. When Nick arrived at my house, I handed him the full amount of money he had previously quoted to tow my car, he didn’t accept my money and quickly asked me to just hang on a moment as he hurried to check my car. He explained that he used to be a mechanic and the issues/car sounds I mentioned made him wonder about something. Within minutes, he was able to get my car running and advised me that all I needed was a new battery and even recommended the most affordable option. He is knowledgeable and extraordinarily kind. He saved me a great deal of headache, money and time and he really didn’t have to. He could have just towed my car and made a lot more money, but he didn’t. This kind of professionalism plus compassion is so rare. I can’t thank you enough Nick, when so much is wrong with the world its people like you that help me to hold on to the belief that there is more good in the world than bad. Thank you so much!!!
It is clear from blocking our driveway with no means of access to immediately being belligerent and cursing as a means of customer service to allowing their children to travel unsafely and uninsured - this company clearly exhibits a distrustful, hazardous nature, at their best. Although we were threatened that the police were called on me and my family for "recording and taking pictures of her children" and also the tow truck driver took down our address, I decided to make a review to allow others to understand what could happen if Thomas & Sons are called to their neighborhood. I have reported them to the non-emergency hotline for our protection.
Ms. Heather Thomas, I appreciate you taking the time to respond here on google but I would appreciate it more if you would respond the same exact way you did here to the BBB claim, please. One-sided, delusional, over explanations seem guilty so the proper moderator should be contacted in instances as such to avoid continued harassment and false information. It is very unfortunate you and your under aged children chose to use the same dirty language you did in order to convey the dirty messages in front of my significant other, 15 year old, and 11 year old but Heather, I'm fortunate enough that my family has a sense of class and rationality. In this day in age, I expect fabricated narratives but again, Heather, I urge you to respond to the BBB claim in this case.
When we had a car problem and needed a tow to the mechanic's shop, we called Thomas and Sons towing. They immediately answered the phone and responded to our towing needs. I suddenly lost the insecure feeling caused by our dead car! I would highly recommend this towing service so you can have a confident plan of action in a car drama trauma!

Fast great friendly service. There truck left a little bit off oil on brand new concert. Thought the price was high for going less than a half mile. Other than that it was great!

I'm a teacher and was on my way to work and all of a sudden I realized I had a flat tire. OMG...what am I to do? I contacted Thomas & Sons and they came out and helped me(in less than 15 mins) with my tire situation and got me on my way, IN TIME FOR ME TO MAKE IT TO WORK!!!! THEY'RE AMAZING!!!!! Broke down on I95,AAA unresponsive, sat for hours in heat, called Thomas & Sons Towing, arrived in 30 minutes. He was courteous,polite,professional,friendly and truly cared we sat so long in heat, brought us cold water. Towed us to our mechanic in Micco, even offered to drive us home!
