Towing companies charge about the same everywhere, and most warranty/insurance gives reimbursements. That shouldn't mean you should use just any company when it comes to your vehicle.
I had used another company for tow previously, but I didn't get a reply so I decided to try Precision Towing and Recovery. I wish I knew about them before, because as a hearing impaired individual, the text feature being available is a great feature when giving addresses and name.
John came to tow my vehicle to the repair shop not too long after my initial correspondence with dispatch. He was very friendly and reassuring, double checked the destination with me and gently loaded my vehicle to be towed. The tow vehicle was in great condition, which in the past when using others, they came in something that sounded like it needed a tow instead.
I really appreciate the quick response and compassionate treatment they offered, and their great tow vehicle.

After a mind-boggling 17 hours (yes, 17) of waiting for the tow companies AAA kept trying to send, I decided to find a towing company myself. Several places that advertise 24-hour towing didn't even answer their phones, and others said no.
Precision Towing and Recovery answered immediately, said they would be happy to help, and sent a driver within 30 minutes. Save yourself frustration and call them first!! The driver, Ben, was extremely helpful. He delivered my car to the dealership and filled out the drop-box form for me so I didn't have to follow him there.
Precision Towing saved the day (and after 17 hours of dealing with the failure that is AAA, Precision saved my sanity!).
Everything went well. The driver came within 30 minutes or less and he actually was able to tell me what was wrong with the car. He was very pleasant and respectful
I had an issue with my rental from Avis & John called me right away within minutes of me speaking with Avis (INSANELY FAST) to schedule a pickup and showed up in minutes! Excellent Experience, Ben the driver called me left a message and I called him back he told me what time he would be there and he was right on time. He was very nice, courteous and got the truck loaded quickly As you could tell he was experienced and knew what he was doing! Great job!
Bernard and Precision Towing are amazing. I'm a small business owner out of NY who ran into a slight problem while in Melbourne FL on an OTR run. Having no ramps due to a last second change of plans, and a vehicle a little too big for a uhaul car transport, I found myself in a dilemma of sorts. A buddy in NY said to contact a tow company and get a flatbed to assist. I searched Google and Precision was in the top 3 listings. I had a good vibe while looking at their photos on Google, then here on Facebook. So I made the call and Bernard himself arrived and took control of the scene. Within a half hour I was loaded up and ready to hit the road. From the beginning to the end Bernard was an absolute pleasure meeting and working with. Being in the trucking industry, I meet a lot of tow/flatbed/wrecker drivers, and Bernard lives up to the Precision name in every way. Thanks again for the assist!!!!

The Driver was fantastic. He was prompt to get there to take care of the vehicle and he did an amazing job! And he drove us closer to Palm Bay, which was a huge help so he left us with our automobile! I won’t say anything about Uber because that was an absolute mess but you guys did a fantastic job.!
Sean, took charge from the start. Sean was able to push my car out of the small space (garage). The battery was dead, my friend was unable to give me a boost. Sean is friendly, good attitude, extremely helpful, and share good pointers. My experience with Precision Towing and Recovery was great. Sean is a no-nonsense person. I called to get my husbands car towed from Sebastian to Melbourne. We needed to get it to the dealership before 6:45. I received a message at 5 letting me know they received my request and a link to check on the status of the service. 22 minutes later I received a text letting me know whey were 5 mins away.
Car was delivered shortly after 6 PM.

I've used these guys a few times now and honestly I don't even waste my time calling anyone else. Love the good looking trucks and never an issue always courteous and a good attitude cuz there's nothing worse than dealing with an ego or bad attitude on top of dealing with a break down....

Called AAA on a Sunday and within 45 minutes the tow company was at my location and he was seamlessly fast. Thank you Bernard!! Very grateful for how he handled my baby and got it loaded quickly. Would definitely call them again, even if I didn’t have AAA.
Very kind, incredibly prompt, and aboveboard. This is the second tow company I have dealt with in 48 hours and I wish to God the Melbourne PD had called these guys instead of the unethical company I was forced to work with the first time.
