I highly recommend Glens tire service. Glen’s tire fixed my truck after discount tire snapped one of my lug nuts in half and stripped what was left of it onto the stud. I found Glen’s to be highly professional and reasonably priced. They have a very clean shop / waiting area. All Of the employees I came in contact with were professional and courteous. Get big wheels/tires installed here. My first experience with Glen's was fantastic. I usually work on my own cars so I'm always skeptical of shops. Scott was very professional and acomodating to our schedule and helped us tremendously with some hiccups along the way. All in all a reasonably priced and very professional place. I would go back and already have haha
Have used on personal vehicles and commercial vehicles. Good prices. They take care of large vehicles (vans, busses, semi l-trucks). Everyone is friendly. Parking lot is a pain sometimes.
I scheduled a transmission fluid flush and replacement with new filter about a month and a half ago. During this scheduling I was quoted a certain price. This morning, while dropping off the vehicle, I was informed that the person who quoted the above work had no business providing such an estimate and actually no longer works for Glenn's... The actual price to do the work was much higher than the original quote.
Now as we know... this is exactly where a business and specifically its management staff defines itself... I too run a business and was curious to see how this would play out as I sourced the quote in good faith and I'm not the expert in this space.
To my more than pleasant surprise, Mike stepped in and honored the price quoted. For one, this creates a customer for life... but more importantly it creates a positive experience I will tell many about. The inverse outcome would have been equally as likely.
Scott was awesome. He ordered 2ea. 315/80R225 tires for the front of our RV. We came in at 10:00 AM. Juan mounted the new tires, moved us to Mike's alignment machine and we were back on the road by 1:30 PM. Great job guys - Thanks!!
Great work, came in for an alignment… job was complete just simply disappointed that you would let a customers truck get picked up this way when I brought it there spotless. I wouldn’t be as upset if it was just stock wheels but, they are KG1s
This is the only mechanic I will use. Brevard is lucky to have them. We are taking off to visit al 50 states- starting with Texas Theytook the time.to examine and test.our Subraru. We are secure in our travels because I am sure Glenn's has done their magic
I have a odd size tire, everyone else needed me to pay money down and wait for days for the tire and install. Glen's ordered the tires for me and had it in the same day and installed. This was a real big deal for me. Thanks for helping me out

Went to Glenn’s to get some 37s mounted and balanced. I myself am a tech but today was a day off and I wanted to enjoy it. They were very nice and quick. They are extremely reasonable in price as well. I was in and out in about an hour. Just from this one experience, I highly recommend them.

Glen's Tire & Service did a great job getting tires for my Subaru Forester. Scott Carmichael (and his brother Sean) aren't just guys who work at a tire shop, they are guys who KNOW tires. They are happy to take the time to understand your needs and make recommendations to make sure what you get will be the best tire within your budget. There was no pressure to upsell to a more expensive brand, and the tires that I selected came in several hundred dollars less than one of the big name competitors in town.
Quoted me higher than invoice, so I paid less than expected! Also, they were able to order the tires I needed, at a competitive price, and install them in the same day!

I recently had a minor service requiring a tool I didn't possess and Glenn's did it at a major discount compared to the dealership, with no gimmicks. Honesty, integrity, and work well-done at a fair price make Glenn's the place to go for your automotive repairs and service. When I moved into the neighborhood and asked my neighbors where to go they all said, "Glenn's". Another shop told me I needed new wheel bearings. When I took my car to Glenn's to replace a starter, they inspected my wheels and informed me my bearings were fine. They are courteous, efficient and HONEST! Highly recommended.
We took my son‘s truck to Glenn‘s tires to fix some issues with it. They looked the truck over with a fine tooth comb and gave me an estimate of the things that needed to be corrected. I asked them to replace the radiator and fix the air conditioning. They were able to complete the repairs in a couple of days mostly due to the fact that some of the parts were hard to find because the truck is 14 years old. I am very pleased with the way they handled checking it out and repairing it and would recommend, anyone who has problems with their vehicle to take it to them to diagnose and repair it.

Although they did not have the tire needed for my car in stock, Scott provided beneficial advice and excellent customer service. This is a very trustworthy place and I will definitely be back.
I had to bring my Class 'A' RV into Glenn's Tier for service, and the entire team there were great! Mike and the entire service team were knowledgeable and able to explain the issues that needed to be done.
I also bought a complete set of tires and their recommended brand had served me well in the past, so putting on a new set (at a GREAT price BTW) just sweetened the process. I can't say enough good things about Glenn's tire, because I recommend them to everyone in the RV community.
This place is amazing. I have had the benefit of having more than 6 vehicles to Glenn's for more than tires; major repairs, tire repairs, routine maintenance and last minute, "I need"s. Scott, Sean and Todd have always been extremely professional, ethical, cordial and knowledgeable. They sell tires and have told me, "Those don't need to be replaced yet." The did a service call on my disabled RV and the treatment was phenomenal. Finally, the cost of work has always been very reasonable. Thanks.

Glenn's Tires & Service Co is a family-owned business that takes its time to understand your problem. I've been going there for years and always feel comfortable when I walk in the door. I've always trusted them and never felt scalped. Most recent issue 2019 Ram 1500 Active Grille Shutter and Active Air Dam causing check engine light to remain lite. They worked with me with their diagnostic equipment to determine cause. For which we found out the repair had a Warranty Bulletin extension.
Please please please do yourself a Favor and stay away from this place if you Care About Your Rims!! I called before going here to make sure they were able to put on my all white rims on my car and they assured it would not be a Problem
I arrived and made sure to ask again of it would be a problem. I was assured it would not be an issue after everything was done I get home to Find out how badly they have damaged my rims. I did not think to check after they finished because they made me so confident I forgot to check. Please of you care about your rims being damages stay away.
