This is a great shop! Everyone here is super courteous and goes out of their way to help make things happen. My rig is heavily customized and they were willing to make phone calls and send emails to find the parts needed for the repair. I was even able to come back later the same day. You can tell these guys love what they do! 100% recommend stopping by!!
Changed rating. Everyone gets another opportunity to get it right. Four people working in your store and I walked around for 15 to 20 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. I called the store and talked to the manager. He apologized and said they’re philosophy is do not high-pressure sales. He said they don’t talk to people unless they have a question. So I’ll change it from a one star to a three star as I don’t think that’s appropriate. I think everyone should be greeted with something as simple as: hello, welcome to 4- wheel parts.
When my first option wasnt available, Joe gave me great options and was able to get my new set up in less than a week

Friendly professional and very knowledgeable…I would’ve gave 5 stars but the tech who installed my drag link didn’t install the retaining clip I had to do it when I got home…I also wish they held more inventory seems like anything you buy needs to be ordered.

Love this place, they do excellent work and very friendly .. They installed a 1.5 lift kit on my 2023 ford Bronco Sport outer banks and a nudge bar with LED lights.. I highly recommend them

Words cannot express how happy I am I went to 4WP!!!! I told Nick my idea and he made it come true! He was amazing throughout the entire experience. Joe and Kyle did outstanding job on my truck and got it completed a day earlier than expected. Austin and Alex were out front engaging it all of this, they have the best personalities! When you walk into a place And feel like you've known them for so long is amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and in doing this build I felt like family their. Customer service like theirs you will not find anywhere else!!!
Did an amazing job. My truck had air suspension from factory it's always had some sort of issue, but it was manageable. Until the family trip from Minnesota to Florida, that's when it decided to completely fail after the hills in Tennessee. After trying to Jerry Rig it i wove the white flag and made some last-minute calls. 4WP was able to recommend a conversation kit from strutmasters and install it with very short notice. Thanks for the short notice help. After the journey back home the coil suspension did an amazing job. I look forward to dealing with 4WP in the future for some upgrades, not the oh shi* repairs. Will highly recommend.
I had an issue no one around cold fix took it here and let me say Kyle,Justin and Alex went out of their way to help and were absolutely spot on! They were more concerned about safety than trying to get me to buy stuff I didn't need. Their knowledge saved me money time and kept me safe . Just go here instead of hours searching the internet and save yourself time and frustration, and yeah they sell amazing products, Ive bought many parts over the years and have never been disappointed!!
I want to thank 4 Wheel Parts for my Retrax PRO XR Bed Cover, AMP Powerstep Vision Steps, and backup LED light bar. They installed the equipment on time, as promised and they did an awesome job. I would like to thank Austin, Kyle, Alex, Rick and the store manager, Justin. These guys worked well together as a professional team to help me pick the best truck accessory options that I was looking for. I just bought my first ever truck and the staff was more into educating me from the start over selling me products. Got a leveling kit put on my ram today and they said it would be done around 2 or 3 and it was ready way before that. They got to my truck first thing this morning and when I picked it up it looked great!! Austin and Alex were very helpful. I will definitely be returning to add more accessories to my truck in the future!
I am thoroughly displeased with the service I received for my vehicle. As an owner of three jeeps, I can assertively declare this as the worst service I've ever come across. I seriously question the competence of the technicians, given that I own a top-of-the-line 2018 Rubicon in impeccable condition. It was brought in recently to have a new rear bumper, tail lights, and running board installed and the outcome was anything but satisfactory.
The technicians not only inflicted damage while extracting the old taillights and other original parts, but they also botched up the installation of the new taillights. They would shake and sway dangerously every time I opened the door. Witnessing such carelessness in their work was absolutely distressing.
When I returned to the service center to address these issues, I was informed that a manager would not be present for another three days, and coincidentally, that's the earliest they could rectify the errors. To make matters worse, they had incorrectly mounted my license plate. And to add insult, they installed a wire to my license plate for motion sensor not used
The whole experience has left me more than disappointed and genuinely outraged. After spending over $4,000 only to have my exquisite Jeep ruined is simply intolerable. I cannot recommend this service to anyone with a clear conscience. If my vehicle is not thoroughly repaired this week, I will be compelled to seek legal assistance.
Had suspension repairs done on my new to me JK Jeep recently and did excellent work at a fair price. Took my JK back a couple days ago because I was having difficulty getting my doors removed from hanged and they helped me out free of charge! Thank you so much it was very much appreciated! See you in near future for upgrades on my Jeep👍

Went in on 5/5/23 and had tires put on at the 4 wheel drive store Melbourne on 192 and they didn’t tighten center cap so called them sent pictures to there manager Austin and said he take care of it should of never happened went in month later no replacement center cap, cool go back 2 months later still no center cap and tell Austin the manager forget it it been 2 months I’ll get my own (obviously by there actions they didn’t want to replace or stand by there word!!!! I even tipped the mechanic that worked on my truck. You know what really made me right this review was when told Austin and team I just get my own he replied” okay then”, wow what a car salesman tell you what you want to hear and take money and that’s that!!!!
Can’t say enough good things about Nick Rogan and the guys at the Melbourne 4WP store. They made it seem effortless. The install team was knowledgeable and professional and walked me through all my stupid questions. They worked around my schedule and were fast and courteous. I couldn’t be happier about the ride quality and looks of the lift itself. Thanks for everything fellas. I’m sure I’ll be seeing you soon for the next add on.
Had an excellent experience with 4WP getting our Jeep Lifted and our new Wheels and tires mounted. Nick was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped us decide that the best lift options were for our level of off roading vs daily driving. He kept in constant communication with us on the installation. We absolutely love the results, it looks amazing. I added a before photo for reference. 2.5” lift with 35” mud kicker tires on 17” method wheels.
They did a great job on my 2019 F150. I purchased the RC 6 inch lift. All the staff are very professional and always willing to help. I recommend them for you 4 wheel drive needs price was better than most places for install as well!
Great experience! I drop off my truck to get some RC 2 inch leveling struts installed. I picked it up at the end of day. Plenty of techs and salesmen there to answer my noob questions. I will be back when I’m ready for new wheels and tires. Happy with price as well and the warranty that I bought with it for some peace of mind.
