I just had my BMW serviced at Melbourne Motorsports and have done so for over 5 years. Paul & Andrew are wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive on my BMW. I can't think of another business I trust & respect more. They are a delight to do business wtih.
For the time I had my BMW, this place was my saving grace. Friendly, knowledgeable service advisor, their weekday hours allowed time to drop the car off prior to work, and their quality of their diagnostics/service/repair were solid and charges/costs very reasonable.
For BMWs no longer covered by a service plan and/or warranty, don't waste your time going to the dealership. Melbourne Motorsports will have your back.
I take all my Foreign vehicles to this shop. I get better service than the dealership without the hassle or up-sale. This shop does great work and stand behind the work done.
Wow! These guys are the real deal. They have pro technicians, excellent service, and prices way better than the dealer. My daughter's Q3 was out of warranty, so I took it to Melbourne Motorsports for a brake job and oil change. The service was done fast, at the quoted price, and without upselling. They will be my go-to Auto repair shop from now on.
My first time taking my Q7 here for service...Andrew was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. They repaired my car in one day, at less than half the cost quoted by a dealer. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience at Melbourne Motorsports & the first time I’ve had my AMG serviced outside of a Mercedes dealer. I took my car here for some routine maintenance in hopes of finding a new shop I can trust.

During one of Florida's major downpours, the tow truck driver dropped my car off at the wrong shop and locked the keys inside with a dead battery. Andrew from Melbourne Motorsports went above and beyond to help. He opened the car and contacted me before the insurance company could even locate it. Andrew was very polite and asked if I wanted it sent to the intended shop, but his professionalism and kindness won me over, so I decided to give them my business.
He gave me a fair quote on replacing my alternator and battery, which isn't a cheap repair. Because of his honesty and character, Melbourne Motorsports has earned my loyalty.

Very professional, I felt that Andrew was truthful about the problem (cracked fuel pump) and fixed in 1 day. Cost set me back a little, but I had to do what I had to do.
The showroom is very impressive with a collection of Star Wars memorabilia, which is separate from the garage area. For what it's worth, the office didn't smell like oil and grease. Ok, I'm a girl, but service was a good experience overall.
Was visiting from out of town and MM gave me some great overall guidance on my Golf Mk6 front suspension. Very happy with the alignment and inspection they performed. Car ran great on the 14 hour return trip to Texas.
These guys are pros, highly recommend. I recently bought a Porsche Macan Turbo that needed quite a bit more work than I anticipated. Andrew’s customer service should be taught as a master class to anybody in this industry. He was knowledgeable, to the point and extremely patient with all my questions. After having major work done, I drove my vehicle with zero issues out of town. After further inspection of the engine bay the techs cleaned up after themselves and performed top notch work. The same cannot be said for the previous shop that had my vehicle. If you have a German/European vehicle there really isn’t any other place to consider. Paul and Andrew are great - brought my 37 year old Defender 90 back form the dead. It runs like a Swiss watch now. Great communication and service- really helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them for any service you need for your vehicle.
I usually do most of my own automotive when it comes to regular maintenance items, but when the job exceeds my knowledge level (or I just don't feel like doing it myself) these are the only people I will allow to work on my car. I've been here four times so far for various services, including wheel/tire balancing and alignment, oil change, LSD and brake service, and accurately diagnosing a nasty vibration in the front end.
They've always been straight-forward with me in their diagnosis and suggestions and their pricing is very fair for parts and labor. I'm not spoken to like I have two brain cells I get to rub together every once in a while. Every quote/invoice has been transparent; I've never got any unpleasant 'surprises.' They've never tried to upsell me for parts/work that doesn't need to be performed. They always presented me options focused on an effort to avoid 'throwing money' at the car, and solve the problem the first time. The facility is clean and nice, and they keep their garage area organized. Probably still end up losing 10mm sockets and T-25's just like everyone else, though!
That said, these are just my experiences. Not everyone will walk away from this (or any) place happy; its impossible. Shop around. Ask questions. Don't make assumptions. For me, the proof is in the work they've done on my car; Andrew, Tim, Sean and Paul have proven they're good at what they do. I'm pretty confident if you give them a chance, you'll be impressed like I was too.
This is a great shop. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to fit me in right away to install coilovers on my MK6 Jetta. I am so happy with the results The shop is spacious and clean and everyone was super professional and courteous. I was driving all the way to EPRnin Vero Beach for service, but will now save myself an hour and come here.
Been a customer for a year now. I bring all my cars here for servicing, both daily drivers and high performance sports cars that get driven hard. The cars haven never let me down on the way to work or on a track. Paul, Andrew and Tim are top-notch professionals. Paul keeps a meticulous shop which doesn’t necessarily mean high quality work, but in this case it is a reflection of the quality of work provided.
I have a 2009 Smart car I got last year and it was finally time to get it serviced I let them know I'm terrified of ball joints and batteries they did an amazing job of tune-up belts and hoses like I requested and found nothing wrong they found no reason to replace the battery or ball joints or anything else they were so honest it left me shocked the quality to work was excellent if you stop by say hi to Andrew I'm sorry I don't know who the mechanic was that worked on my car but he is obviously a really honest person as well highly highly highly recommend this place
I have to say hands down this has to be one of the best service experiences I have ever had with my BMW and needless to say I have plenty of experience in that department lol. But in all seriousness they are honest, fair priced and have gone the extra mile for me on multiple occasions. I don't tend to leave reviews but credit is definitely due. Andrew is by far one of the most understanding and patient advisors I have ever worked with and he absolutely does his due diligence on every repair he has not only taken before and after photos for me but ensures I have a constant line of communication with the shop as far as updates and repairs go for my cars and has really helped me in working with my extended warranty (as much of a pain as I know they can be). I couldn't recommend another shop more.
This company is as good as a mechanic can get. They care. They keep their promises. They get your car done quickly. they do great work. And their prices are very fair. They work on both of our range rovers.
I have a VW Tiguan and was recommended I take it here when I was had engine problems. Paul and Andrew were very nice to work with. They explained the problem with my car gave me a fair estimate and even called the dealership to see if the repair was covered. They did a thorough job fixing my car. I even asked about a different problem with my car and Paul told me not to worry about it yet that it didn’t need to be repaired rather than taking advantage of my little car knowledge and charging me for something that didn’t need to be done. They were fair and very nice to work with! I will always take my car back there!
They did a very good job on my brake's, and my starter replacement. However, I do have a problem that Andrew told me not to bring my BMW back to him anymore. Because, he feels that I don't trust them. First of all they close at 5 : 00 pm according to their scheduled hours.
If they work past hours he should have expressed that to me. I asked him to lock my car doors. Come to find out my doors were not locked over night. So, I locked my car after hours, I didn't know that they were working after hours on my car.
So I locked my door's after hours from my phone. Andrew told me not to bring my BMW back to Melbourne Motorsports anymore because he feels like I don't trust them. Seriously, with all the people in Florida going around checking people"s vehicle"s to see if the door is unlocked ?
Of course I am going to lock my car doors once it gets to be 8:00 or 9 : 00 pm. In I was sick in I told him I would send someone to pay him and get my car. Because, Andrew said he didn't want me coming to Melbourne sports sick.
The person I had to go pay him and pick up my car. Couldn't take care of my banking situation to pay Melbourne Motorsports. So, I put a mask on and went my self and paid Andrew. He told me to go find another Mechanic because I don't trust them ?
Is Melbourne Motorsports prejudice against African American people !! Black people !! Because, I have never had a shop tell me that they feel like I don't trust them ? In to find another Mechanic. I have been driving Mercedes Benz and BMW for 29 year's this was a first
I believe they are prejudice against African American. That's my opinion, I could be wrong but it appears to be the issue. Besides that they did a great job !!
Absolutely an essential reason I can own an older BMW and keep it running great, is having Paul, and his team and key player Andrew on call for honest, quality, affordable and reliable service when I need it. Great people doing great top quality auto repair. They are the only ones I trust!
Andrew was very professional and easy to work with. My check engine light is on and he allowed me to bring it in the same day I called. He plugged into the computer and found it was a simple loose gas cap. He did not charge anything and it was a good relief for me knowing my car was okay. They are very honest and efficient. I would use them any time in the future.
