I thought my 2017 Chevy Volt needed an A/C recharge. Assured auto works has the special equipment to recharge A/C on cars with electric compressors. Turns out I was wrong about needing a recharge, since temperatures and coolant pressures were all in the normal range, with no leaks detected. All the work they did to prove everything was good, and my cost was zero, $0.

I had the best experience bringing my 2020 Chevy Traxx to Assured. The customer service Yannis and JD gave me was very professional and friendly. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote with suggestions to which I chose what I wanted done. I will be using Assured auto for all my car needs moving forward. The prices were moderate. Also, Carlos the mechanic was very good and tried to help me as much as he could. I highly recommend this auto shop for all your car needs.
Brought my Camry in and they had it diagnosed/fixed in two days. Turned out to be the throttle body actuator. They kept me well informed and allowed me to confirm/deny mechanical work online. Amazing service and work!!
Not impressed after multiple repairs on both of our vehicles. They are not foreign car experts, I had to bring both vehicles back twice because they were not fixed properly; couldn’t diagnose an issue twice and couldn’t even retract a spare tire correctly. Owner was defensive and not apologetic when confronted on the spare tire. Owner was also rude to my wife when she dropped off one of the vehicles. They’ve lost our business.
Great care from the first phone call to the second service appt!! Very personable, extra care and thoughtful details (like the email with photos and recommendations), the thank you note and candy left in the vehicle! The handwritten thank you cards after your service appt. All the way thru felt valued and listened to. Will be back for future appts.
I stopped at my local gas station to fuel up but my gas cap wouldn’t open. I knew my warranty recently expired and I’d need an establishment that could service my vehicle so I started researching. Little did I know that Assured Auto Works was nearby and would be able to help! They were friendly and intelligent. They also used online interfaces for exact tracking of work being completed, which included video, and invoicing. This is available if you’d like to utilize it. This was so much easier for me as I could access the info in my own time! The work was completed that day with OEM Toyota parts. I was impressed with the communication, expertise, and friendliness of Assured Auto Works and believe I’ve found a permanent repair solution for my Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid.

I dropped off my daughter‘s first vehicle (Honda CRV) that was given to her by her grandmother to repair a significant engine coolant leak. I was informed that the leak was coming from the thermostat housing assembly. After changing the part, they performed several test on the engine to make sure that the leak was a thing of the past. This shop truly embodies customer service and owns up to quality and satisfaction to the customer. I can’t say it enough, these guys set the bar high for customer service and quality work. I’m Happy to say my daughter attended her first day back to school with zero issues. Their text service to advise the customer on their findings is extremely convenient, but if you opt to speak to their front desk they are just as helpful if not more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Thank you guys.
Had my car in and out in no time. Their communication system allows you to see pictures and notes from the technician so that you are always informed of what is being done and what prices to expect.

I didn't even make it in as they were very rude and condescending on the initial call. I called for an appointment, and mentioned that my son-in-law believes the starter is going bad... They asked if he was certified mechanic....I said no. So, then he says - oh he wants to diagnose it but not fix it I see. I was gobsmacked. Want a good place for your Honda? Intracoastal is the place!!

New customer. Just picked our Jeep up after a full brake system replacement. Service done in 24 hours. Great people. Set up velvet rope and red carpet for you as you get into your newly repaired vehicle! Outstanding. Hate to say we'll be back, but we'll definitely be back.

I have been a customer of Assured Auto Works for the past two to three years for the maintenance and repair of my vehicles. Their team is professional, organized, and patient. One standout feature is their transparent communication, they provide a convenient tracking link to monitor diagnostics and service progress. Additionally, they are always willing to address my questions with patience, clarity, and courtesy.
They are also efficient in scheduling. On multiple occasions, I’ve been able to bring my car on the same day I called regarding an issue. I find them quick, customer friendly, and reliable. I do recommend giving Assured Autoworks a try.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Assured Auto Works really impressed me. I brought in my Audi A4 for a humming noise I suspected was a wheel bearing. JD at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to — we chatted about the car and all kinds of random things. It made the experience feel very personal and not just transactional.
They diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me updated via text, and gave me clear options throughout the process. No pressure, just honest communication and quality work. The car feels great now, and I’m confident the repair was done right.

The service I received here was beyond the best. I took my 2013 Kia optima hybrid for AC issues. The communication between JD giving updates was excellent. I have nice cold AC again. I also asked a question about my one light coming on random. The dealership was puzzled but thanks to JD I got an answer. (I been trying for answer for that about 2-3 years) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for any repairs. I had bad experience at Kia dealership but now found my new repair shop Assured Auto Works. He did a great job, JD is great, never gave me estimates loaded with up selling = work you don't necessarily need. estimates for cv joints, brakes, shocks all about half as much as any other place.
Excellent service! They identified and corrected a mistake made by another shop, and also resolved a second issue. Really appreciated the thorough inspection of the vehicle - very satisfied overall.

I usually don't do reviews, but I have to share my experience with Assured Auto Works. I had recently took my Mitsubishi Evolution in and from the start J.D and his team were very professional, their communication is Top notch, they sent me updates frequently and replied back to my comments and questions on timely manner. I'm very pleased with the work they did and have been recommending them to my family and friends. So, if you're looking for an Auto shop that does Quality work, is transparent and communicates well... this is it. Give them a shot, you won't regret it.
Took our 2021 Toyota Tundra for a full post-purchase inspection and oil change and had the best experience with JD and team. From the moment I dropped off the truck, I was informed through text all services to be performed as well as cost. I do like the fact that they are honest and give options on service. If you are a female like myself and struggling to find a personable, yet trustworthy mechanic please stop searching. I have been to numerous shops around the area and I *personally* feel as if I was taking advantage of at every single one of them. After stumbling across Assured, I called them asap and they listened to every care and concern I had. They broke everything down (which is beneficial if you know nothing about cars) and remained on the phone with me for 20+ minutes to ensure I understood. They eased every worry I had. The drop off/pick up is smooth. They share pictures of everything they are doing to keep you in the loop. They detail every piece of information regarding the car and your conversations with them. They have additional options to help you if you are in a hard spot but need your vehicle serviced. I usually skip out on reviews, but this is beyond necessary. I will never allow another mechanic to touch my car.

I've been taking my 05 Lexus LS 430 to Assured Auto Works for well over a year now and they have been nothing but trustworthy and awesome automotive technicians. That's the only way I could describe them, they will not do any unplanned work. Often I have received videos of the work process whether it be old parts removed from my car or the results of troubleshooting to find the root cause of whatever issue I had with my vehicle at the time. The very best thing about them is they don't charge an arm and a leg either. Great team I recommend them to anyone I know and will be a customer of theirs for as long as I live in the area. It's hard to find great technicians these days.
This is the first time I have used Assured Auto Works. Always used Gator Jeep in the past. Tried them because the owner lives in my neighborhood and due to excellent reviews. Assured provided the most thorough & informative service I have ever had. Their inspections showed you every detail and they provided specific measurements vs manufacturer specs. They shared photos & videos of every area of concern. They gave choices on every service recommended, and were excellent in providing phone updates and explanations. I initially thought their pricing on some items was high, but after comparing a few items to Jeep dealer pricing, they were similar or a bit below. I also got to use a loaner vehicle which made drop off, pickup and time without my vehicle convenient.
I would highly recommend them as your primary service business.

Bought a used Chevy Colorado truck and the dealership couldn’t help me find problems in the transmission it went to the Chevy dealer and independent garage spent 3 weeks with no repair the independent garage sent me to assured auto works thinking something needs to be reprogrammed I’m so pleased at the customer service at assured auto works I couldn’t wait to give a outstanding customer review the company is so pleasant to deal with really made me feel like someone was going to fix my truck and the documentation is unbelievable they don’t miss anything things I told them was happening and what multiple technicians experienced in my truck I’m so very impressed and like I said the work isn’t finished yet but I have full confidence with this great group of technicians
I found Assured via a google search and read the same type of reviews I am writing. These gentlemen are by far the most transparent, high quality, reasonably priced vehicle maintenance/repair establishment I have dealt with. They use an online program that emails you pictures and notes from the tech in regards to any issues which was new to me but very neat. I have a performance vehicle and could not be happier entrusting its livelihood with Assured. Top notch experience with JD the service writer and Carlos the technician.
