Devon is an excellent manager! I called looking for parts for my Mini Cooper. Although he didn’t have the exact part I requested, he suggested an alternative — windshield wipers that would fit my car. I had already tried a competitor who couldn’t install theirs properly, but Devon assured me he’d had success with other Mini Coopers, so I decided to give it a try. He was right! The wipers fit perfectly, saving me both money and a trip to Orlando. While I was there, I noticed how hardworking he is — managing multiple customers efficiently and professionally. I even stopped by again later that evening, and he was still just as energetic and helpful as he’d been in the morning. Thank you, Devon!

Called this morning for part talked to George and he was rude on the phone and I told him that wasn't the correct price or part called back and he gave phone to Savannah she was a little Snappie but ordered it and it will be there today at 1:15 thank you.

Very poor experience! Came for a simple return, was told they could not do it because it will ruin their numbers for the day and sent me to a diffrent store. Spoke to me in a rude tone very poor customer service.

Your employee Amanda is horrible and she needs to learn customer service skills and how to stop being on her phone while working with customers and she was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t even help me find my wiper blades I had to find the right ones myself and for now on if Amanda is in there I will just walk out and go down the road elsewhere

I went to O'Reilly's to pick up an online order and it didn't go very well. The order page told me it would be ready in an hour. About 3 hours later I finally got around to going and when I got there they couldn't find my order. They had a lot of stuff sitting in carts to be stocked and it was not very organized. What should have taken 1 minute took 10+. Just annoying not earth shattering. Another 1st world problem, right.

When I called they didn’t have the part I was looking for so they ordered it. It came the same day and it was the right part. When I went into the store they were around 4 costumers and one employee. He was helping 2 customers at a time and I wasn’t the only one impressed. Autozone is no longer my first pick. O Riley is !! Awesome customer service I’ve ever seen.

I just left O'Reilly Auto parts on 520 in Cocoa it was important to me to take a moment to leave a review regarding the employees at this location. I was helped by Jon and by Keith these gentleman went above and beyond for me. They were both very polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In addition I would like to say that everyone I have encountered at this location, including today have been very respectful, courteous and helpful. I don't think I will go to any other auto parts store for any of my needs because these gentlemen really are the kind of people that give great customer service and go out of their way to do a fantastic job for the customer. They are keepers!!! I hope they see this review and how wonderful they all are!!

Rolly did an amazing job helping my sister with her water pump and thermostat for her Chevy Trax. Really appreciate guys like him for being knowledgeable and helping like he did. 5 stars all day. Thanks again.

While shopping at this location, I came into contact with employee Lauren. She took her time to help me locate the parts I needed for my Jeep. If she didn't have the answer to my question, she made sure to find the correct answer or part for me. She is a great asset to this company.

O'Reilly's was the only other place besides the dealership that had the specific, rare battery I needed for my car. I don't know if he was the manager or not, but "Rolly ??" was extremely patient with my many questions that I asked due 2 me not being mechanically-minded at all. He installed the battery I purchased & checked it to make sure it was running properly promptly & correctly. I appreciate his friendliness, patience, & professionalism. Give him a RAISE!! I visited the O'Reilly's on King Street in Cocoa, Florida on today 10/31/2023.

These guys were amazing. They went way way beyond to get me my part; Like they sent an employee on an hour long drive to bring the part back from another store. They got us back on the road to my grandmother's funeral as fast as could be possible.

Awful customer service. Zero communication between employees. Daniel just stared at me and said “no one called” when another location sent us there for a part he never ended up finding. He wouldn’t ask around, he didn’t want to help us find the part we were looking for, and had an attitude from the second we walked in the door. I wonder now if the employee had pulled the part we needed and because of the lack of communication, that is why daniel could not find it. He should find another job if he’s so unhappy with this one.

Daniel has horrible customer service, this guy had an attitude with me the entire time I was in the store gave me dirty looks the entire time I was in the store. I was sent to this store to pick up a part that another store didn’t have in stock. The other store had GREAT customer service and they were so helpful at helping me figure out which parts I needed. Daniel tried arguing with me that the part was not defective even though I had the old parts right in front of him when I could show him that the part did not thread correctly. I will literally never return to that location again out of fear I might have to deal with his MISERABLE customer service again.

I called ahead and asked if there was a part available, the clerk said no it wasn't available but there was another part they had in stock that would work that also ended up being a little cheaper. When I went in and asked about the part, the clerk grabbed it for me and let me open it up and verify the part. When I noticed there were not any O-rings included with the part, the clerk was able to find me the correct O-ring and gave it to me for free. I have been to this specific location a few times now and am happy with the employees' knowledge on auto parts, their willingness to help, and their good attitudes.

Very helpful and eager to install brake lights. My mechanic failed to notice with last service and knew how busy they usually are so hesitated to go there. Done in minutes and on my way!!

The assistant manager Ellie was so helpful and went above and beyond in order to help us out of a jam. Our car was over heating and couldn't figure out why, Ellie looked under the hood and determined we had a broken serpentine belt and put us in touch with someone who could repair it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Very helpful people... Shout out to BECCA and RANDY... They helped me pinpoint an issue that basically came down to Zinc content in the oil... Considering i run a turbo vehicle.. This was helpful knowledge!!! Thanks a million... Im sure it helped me save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I stopped by today to pick up some things, and like always, was immediately was asked if someone could help me out finding what I need. The guy who helped me out and rung me up was amazing. I must have said what I needed wrong when I first walked in because an old lady working one of the registers had a handful of employees pretty much make fun of me while I was in the other aisle. It made me feel really uncomfortable hearing a bunch of people make fun of me behind my back. Then when I got to the register, someone yelled "I bet I can find a roach back there!" And ran into the back and came back with a huge cockaroach in his bare hands and tossed it on the trash can in front of me. I'm not buying any food from here, so no big deal to me, but that was unprofessional and gross. Usually when I come, I have a very pleasant experience as the employees were super nice and prices are good, but today didn't go so well.

I went into O'Reillys to get a product I knew nothing about. All 3 gentleman Kenneth, Glenn and Eli, took the time to find the right one for my car. They had to reference and cross reference in the computer and Kenneth even went out to my car ( looked under my hood) to come up with an answer, which took about 25 minutes. By far the best experience I've had in an auto parts store. Thank you Kenneth, Glenn and Eli!

Good service better prices the discount and auto zone. Plus they have a military discount which I liked. They had the tool i needed to get the job done. Tool rental was pretty high but i got the money back when i returned it.

The associates were very helpful in finding everything I needed. I got everything I came to the store looking for and spent half of what I would've spent at another part store! I thought the store was very clean and well stocked and I would recommend anyone to check them out when they need anything for their automobiles!
