Purchased a used wheel to use as a spare for my ford eco sport . New and after market was 300 plus $$. I purchased for 90.00. Original ford wheel in perfect condition. Great people to deal with.
I paid twice for the transmission and the labor to change it, i can't afford the labor which was 1200 this time, call the store and see how this can be solved or i'll take the car and you'll change the transmission which came with problems again.

I'm not understanding what I missed. I drove 35 miles to get a part from you guys and I'm told that unfortunately I can't get it until Monday because it's 2:30 pm. And they.close at 5.pm. Unfortunately I know how to take cars apart to. And it takes AT THE MOST. 10 minutes to take this part off. Especially for the car it goes on. If the mechanic can't get a 10 min job done in 2 and a half hours. For 100$. Then he's useless. That's some lazy ish right there. I appreciate the business hospitality and the waste of my ti.e and gas . But I'm calli.g B.S. on this
I called them on a Wednesday right before noon to order a used rim. Their website said they had 2 rims. They had to be front rims because the back rims are wider. I gladly gave them my credit card number and was charged. This rim is for my daily driver, not a project car or a resto and they knew that. I was told that they would text me the tracking number that day. I call them back Thursday, 24 hours later, and I'm told that they missed the deadline to ship it on Wednesday afternoon and it would go out that day; again I was told to look for the tracking number in my text messages. Friday morning, 48 hours after my card was charged, I call them and asked what's going on with my rim. Throughout this whole time I was polite, calm and thankful. It was Friday noontime when they told me that they couldn't find the rim and would be charging back the full amount to my card. I replied "Thanks for making me chase you for the part." My charge back hit the statement Monday. Do business with them if you want. I ended up finding a rim on eBay for $20 less. I live 100 miles from Cocoa Beach and paid $20 less for the same thing in California.

Worse place ever. Told I need to paid for it before , seeing the part on way to for them to pull it of the car , then they said can pick at a time. Show up and got told I have to whait other 1h because I there is other in line to be pull of the car. Then when I get the parts is damaged . Drive 2 hour for nothing. Don't buy from here.
Best place for used parts. They are very nice and work well with people. I needed a starter for a 2010 town and country and they brought it out to me in about 15 mins. I brought the old one back to them and they still gave the core charge. I will definitely come back for more parts.
They suck , I come in to say Good Morning.....crickets, 2 ladys standing there.. one gets off the phone and ask to help me , I say again good morning can you help with a retainer clip , it would take 2 seconds for them to pop one off a vehicle for me and willing to overpay for a 5 dollar part. Just so I can have it and she just smiles and says no. Not a reason why just no. Do not waste your time with these people ,I have come in multiple occasions and treated with such disrespect. I WILL NOT BE BACK . And I encourage others to stay away. If they can't rip you off ,it is not worth them going in the back for you.
Friendly and professional service, they had the exact part I needed. I was able to verify the touch screen display unit worked and was compatible with my vehicle before I left the lot. Highly recommend these guys, if they don't have it onsite, they will find someone that does for you!

Great experience from start to finish. Richard was great on the phone, found my part at another location. Promised delivery in 3 days, got it in 2! People in the office were extremely nice to deal with and the young man who loaded me could not have been nicer. 5 stars thanks so much!
Just purchased an engine for a 2015 Nissan Rogue with very low miles. After a few emails with salesperson responses were very swift and all questions answered. Was sent a link to pay online so I wouldn’t have to make two trips from Orlando. Returned old motor for core charge reimbursement a week later and everything went smoothly. Definitely worth the drive from Orlando.
What a great experience I had today for my first time going here to get an alternator for my Honda. I highly recommend this place of business and I’ll definitely go back here if I need anymore parts for my car. The salesperson Amelias that helped me was amazing and the lady at the front desk was also amazing. I can’t wait to get my car fixed and get back on the road.
Best thing was a wide selection of choices. Prices were not the best compared to other local salvages. Becareful about web prices and confirm before paying. I was overcharged then was told taxes then cc charges instead of cash. Worst thing was waiting from order time 10a and waited in the office off and on from 1p til 4p when finally got the part pulled from a car which was 4bolts. Workers were very pleasant and everyone were courteous which I appreciated. Otherwise this would be a 5stars recommendation.
Just bought an ac compressor for my Audi at a very affordable deal. Worked great and comes with a 1 year warranty package. Came all the way from Orlando to find good parts at a good price. Thank you again. Ac is blowing cold now
Willie and the rest of the team were excellent in helping us get a passenger seat and a wheel for a van that those items had been removed from. They were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Will definitely purchase from them again if the van needs more parts!

Carol at the front desk was great, and the whole staffing crew was great! Donna was excellent with my returned items after dealing with a crooked mechanic. Looking for options to sell my van, listed on Marketplace. One low offer. Decided to look at Cocoa Auto Salvage website to see if they bought vehicles, their website has a Sell Your Car tab. I clicked and the process was amazing. The next morning, I had an offer from Cocoa Auto Salvage, I accepted. Shortly after I received a call from Donna, explaining the process. I sent the required information and shortly after she let me know that Ron the driver was on his way. Communication was great. When Ron arrived, I met him outside. Very friendly, nice tow truck. Very amazing experience.
