The Tow Truck driver was great! He responded to our need for a tow and due to a battery connection issue was able to start our vehicle avoiding the need for a tow. He was courteous, respectful, and communicated well by phone to find us in the parking garage. Great experience!

They scratched my car in many places when they towed my car the owner said he would take care of the damages.after a few weeks I started to contact the owner with no response.I was told at the court house to try to contact him to let him know I would need to take him to court. The man at the office said he didn't care to go ahead and take him to court

They were there right away and made everything easy for me. Very appreciated.

DO NOT COME HERE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME. I was told a tow was scheduled, so I waited. And waited. Three hours, with no updates and no communication. When I finally called to ask for an ETA, I was told “one more hour.” Fine. Annoying, but I waited. The second I hung up the phone, they cancelled the tow. No explanation. No apology. Just cancelled. That is beyond disrespectful. If you can’t provide a service, say so. Don’t string people along for hours, give them false time frames, and then cancel the moment the call ends. That’s not how a legitimate business operates. If you value your time at all, stay far away from this place. Completely unreliable and wildly unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The service was exactly as ordered. The technician was helpful & understanding. The flat bed haul of my vehicle was timely & the delivery as ordered.

Service was really fast. Driver was very kind and respectful. I felt at ease and safe all the way to my house. Definitely recommend their service.

Lorenzo did great! I thought it was my Starter, but just my 4-year old corroded battery. So didn't need to be towed, and AUTOZONE installed new for $236.

Got stranded in the middle of nowhere while fishing on Christmas Eve, wasn't sure we would find a tow. Sheldon was out promptly and towed both our SUV and trailer back to our house, which was an hour away. Loading and unloading was quick as well. Very professional, no complaints.

First driver Cam was awesome He dropped the truck off at your shop as he had family emergency and handed truck to another driver who when arriving at the final destination, proceeded to destroy my truck because he didn't have the knowledge of opening the hood and hooking up a jump box to the battery to get vehicle into neutral Have entire time of him destroying my vehicle on video and you will get a thumb drive on it, Again,Cam was extremely helpful and awesome.Your other guy knows absolutely nothing about flatbeds

Speedway auto Works assisted me when my car was broken down and needed a tow. The driver was polite, professional, and cordial. He showed up in a reasonable amount of time and got the job done. He does nice work.

AAA sent them out to tow us after a Disney Cruise and we were stuck in the parking garage with a broken serpentine belt. The parking garage attendant turned them away when they first showed up because they were starting to fill the garage with cars and didn’t want them getting in the way which was ridiculous. The tow truck driver did his best to get in but they wouldn’t let him so he kept in touch over the next two hours until they finally would allow him in. He got back and hooked up rapidly and hauled us at least to the port where we could eat and move around while he had to go handle an emergency at the space center and then came back got us to where we needed since we were never in a hurry. He was awesome and so kind, probably the best experience with a tow company/driver that I have ever had. 10/10 recommend them for any towing needs, super professional and very friendly

My car was to be told towed to Bob Steele Chevrolet in Coco. I called Bob Steele Chevrolet and they did not receive my car yet.

The person that answered the phone (I'm assuming was the owner) was super nice and driver was friendly, very professional, and he made it to where I was within 30-45 minutes of calling for service. He contacted me when he was on his way (from Titusville) again when his GPS told him how far away he was and again when he was getting ready to pull up. Overall I was very satisfied. I've never had to pay for a tow truck before so I'm not sure how reasonable the price was or not (I've always used AAA) but to me to get me off of 95 and 528 at 10:00 at night, broken down, on a Friday (Halloween) and take me to the front of Port St John was worth the little over $100 I was charged.

I have been waiting for them for well over 10 hours. First my primary contract with Good Sam called them. And gave up on them. So I called my automobile insurance who also called them. And again they didn't respond to me or them on their subsequent calls to ask them why they have not shown up yet. So I have been stuck since 11:00 a.m. it is now 9:00 p.m.. They won't answer their phone. They told two contractors that they would be here to pick me up Good Sam and Geico Both insurance companies seem to be frustrated with them. I only felt it necessary to place this review for your warning if you are in need like I am don't trust this company

I’m trying to be understanding and patient because there was a huge flash flood last night and many people needed towing so I’m sure they were very busy, however, I was repeatedly misinformed about WHEN they would arrive and what was initially 88 minutes ended up being 3 hours. At one point they said eta 20 minutes and it took another hour. I got texts saying he had arrived and he had NOT in fact arrived. I am a very reasonable person and I understand you’re busy, but if it’s going to take 3 hours to get to me, just TELL ME THAT. Don’t lie to me, waste my time, and piss me off!

After being advised the service provider was assigned via Aaa at 7:30 pm . I was advised the service would be completed within 65 mins ? try 4 hours later . Mind you a rep from the company called and stated he was supposed to the car for 100 through the mechanic for me however I have aaa so I stated I would use my free tow to get my car to the other shop. So I am assuming because I didn’t pay them the 100 directly they dragged the driver to another call putting me last on the list . So here it is now 11:00 at night just now getting my car to the other shop due to the horrible dispatchers . The driver was amazing but I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone in brevard area.

I was in the rain and ran into a high standing water and my car stopped. I didn’t get the name of the man who towed me out and brought me a few miles back to my place with my car, He was absolutely wonderful, so polite and knowledgeable and took very good care of me in my car.. I am 80 years old and my balance is not very good. I could not get out of my car because of the water and he was so kind.. AAA called him and I can’t thank him enough. I just wish I had gotten his name I have a 2005 Prius stranded in a standing water on the road off the zoo in Viera. I didn’t have any money in my wallet to give him a tip so all I can give him is a good review and my prayers

Our driver was amazing. The gentleman did the entire job in a downpour and was professional and nice the entire time. He went above and beyond. He did everything we asked of him, exactly how we wanted it done. What a Rockstar! Thank you!

Speedway was quick to respond. My vehicle wouldn’t shift into neutral for the tow. They immediately dispatched another truck and were there within 15 minutes. Super nice. Super accommodating. 10 stars.

During a recent beach outing with my two small terrier dogs, I lost my key fob and found myself stranded without a way to access my 2021 Chevy Bolt electric vehicle. Seeking help, I contacted Chevrolet Roadside Assist (OnStar), which contacted AAA Roadside Assist, who dispatched Speedway Autoworks to assist me. The representatives from Speedway Autoworks provided exceptional customer service throughout the ordeal. Their communication was prompt and thorough, as they made several inquiries to ensure my safety while I waited in an unfamiliar location. I appreciated their concern for my well-being during a stressful time. The tow truck driver from Speedway Autoworks demonstrated remarkable courtesy and professionalism. He handled my Chevy Bolt with white glove care, showing respect for both the vehicle and its electric components. Additionally, he kindly allowed my two terrier dogs to ride in the cabin of his tow truck during our drive to the local Chevrolet dealership. His engaging conversation throughout the ride helped ease my anxiety and made the experience more pleasant. Even after completing the initial tow, Speedway Autoworks continued to check on my status. When the dealership failed to deliver as promised and I found myself stranded once again—over an hour from home on a Friday afternoon at 5 PM—the towing company stepped in to help. They assisted me in locating a reputable locksmith, who succeeded in getting me back on the road when the dealership could not. The professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown by Speedway Autoworks far exceeded my expectations. Their affiliations with reputable organizations and their genuine care for customers in distressing situations make them a standout business. I am deeply grateful for their assistance and support during my time of need. If you find yourself in need of a towing service company, I highly recommend giving Speedway Autoworks an opportunity to help you as well.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I waited over 3 hours for a tow—just to have my car taken less than 3 minutes down the road. The first ETA I was given was pushed back with the excuse that it was “raining,” which made no sense considering this is an industry that operates in all weather. It wasn’t even raining heavily, just sprinkling. I was then told a driver would be en route within 30 minutes. I tracked the driver and saw him stop multiple times at random houses. He was only minutes away when the system showed he suddenly made a turn and never came to me, even though it falsely marked him as “arrived.” I called the business multiple times with no answer, and even my insurance company couldn’t get through. Eventually, I had to request a completely different provider. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

RYAN, I CAN'T MY GRADITUDE. It's unfortunate that this happen on my return home from a cruise over 110 miles away. You explained to me that if I did not make it off the port, how much longer I would have waited. Ryan was Prompt, Professional, Courteous, and full of knowledge of the area. 15 July 2025 Speedway was dispatched to my location through my State Farm roadside assistance. Cam called me when he was about 5 minutes away. Once there he was courteous, professional, and prompt. No issues getting our vehicle where we needed it. Speedway will get the call from me for any of my towing needs and will be the first business I recommend. 100% satisfied.

I had a blowout around 8pm on a Saturday night so I requested a tow from Geico and they contacted Speedway for me. Cam was my tow truck driver, he arrived about 30 minutes earlier than quoted which was great, he was very friendly and made the entire process as easy as possible given the stressful situation. Thanks!!

Had this company tow our Town & Country van to the dealership on a flat bed truck. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate AAA sending them.

The driver went above and beyond to help me through my dilemma!! He was punctual, professional, polite and completed my service with a smile. The gas station I was at turned off the lights & Iwas sitting in the dark for only a few minutes thanks to my driver for showing up quickly.!! I would definitely recommend this driver (i forgot to write down his name) and definitely recommend Speedway Autoworks Inc!!
