Honest Guys! Car wouldn't start on vacation. After a failed jump start and a failed emergency jump start Booster attempt, called these guys for a tow to the dealership. When he got to us, he recommended trying a jump one more time, since a jump is way cheaper than a tow. Boom. Started right away. He could've just said, "Well, you called for a tow, so I'm towing and charging for a tow," but was actually helpful, instead. Solid company.

Taylor’s towing is one of the best damn towing services. There is here in Panama City Florida covering the Bay County area very well Definitely some decent prices, but the price is not that much of an issue for me. It was the great Customer Service. They got wonderful people that works there and I want to give a great shout out to Dewey the tow truck, Driver who works for Taylor’s towing I hope they give this to me and the amount of years of service that he wants and I also hope they give him a raise.

I recently had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership due to a battery/alternator failure. The vehicle shut off in the middle of a major highway and a member of the Taylor team stopped just to jump start the vehicle and pull it out of the highway into an easily accessible spot in a near by commercial parking lot. I was in a different city and had lent my vehicle to a friend while hers was in the shop. She was unable to stay with the vehicle while I made a plan due to the approaching winter storm. Later that evening, I was referred to the Taylor team by the dealership and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations (even picking up the keys from a near by location to avoid dragging the vehicle). They were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire experience!

My girl and kids(1&7) got locked out the car tonight.which caused them to be locked outside the house also. Request roadside from geico they send Taylor towing.. they came in got time to unlock the doors just to start the job and pack up and LEAVE! Then I call the dispatcher ask why he didn’t let them inside the car. “His response he had to tow a wreck car for the police” so my question was to him so you pull a guy from help a woman and her kids to tow a wreck car.. Which one is more important helping a woman and kids in the cold or the police wreck. His response “my answer won’t make you happy” but we have another tech on the way in 10 minutes.. So unprofessional! I’m sure if the color of the skin was different the outcome would’ve be different too! That say what kind of man the tech and the dispatcher is!..

He helped my brother out fast and efficiently about 2 months ago. Then last night at midnight I was driving home with my 5 kids and my back tire came off. He was there in 10 minutes, extremely caring and helpful. He took his time with my truck and it’s not an easy tow. He then helped my mom and I after dropping my truck off to ensure we don’t cause anymore damage. Taylor’s towing is very lucky to have him, thank you William !!
These are scammers, they take your car from the places where you are, then they charge you almost $300 for having taken it because they wanted to, they are so unfair that they have no consideration, they took my car from the hospital where I am hospitalized and they wanted me to go pick it up personally and I told them that I had just had surgery and they don't care!!! I hope that God and life teach these people a lesson, because this is not done. It didn't even take a day and a half and they charged me almost $300 and I have never been in a prohibited place or parked there for 10 hours!!! I am going to file my complaint wherever possible, so that this does not happen to anyone else again.
My Lexus left me stranded only 30 miles outside of Panama City at the beginning of the trip home. The Auto repair guy recommended Taylors Towing, they arrived within a short time of being called. The driver was extremely polite and efficient. He was able to get my vehicle to the Toyota dealer in Panama City before they closed. Thanks for making a difficult situation easier for us.
Towing services are not something I thought I would need. My very dependable truck suprised me, left me stranded and in need of help. I called a mechanic friend who agreed to take a look at it as soon as I could get the truck to him. He recommended Taylor towing. I called and they responded immediately. The driver arrived quickly in a very well maintained tow truck. He was very skilled, careful with my truck, and extremely polite.
Decided they wanted to deliver my neighbors car at 10:08pm, that’s fine.
Leaving the truck in reverse, BEEPING, for 10 minutes is not fine. It was a simple 3 point turn for him, shouldn’t have taken more than a minute. It’s after 10pm & that loud, constant beep would have woken anyone up, including my baby.
The driver was too busy talking to control the beeping, it took my husband walking out there & complaining for him to turn it off.
