I am very impressed how great the service was! Andrew was my saving angel. He quickly realized where the problem was, because of his knowledge, I don't needed to tow my car. I will strongly recommend anyone White Wrecker Service, thank you!

Don’t use em. Called them to tow me out of some dirt and they sent two 20 year olds who had no clue what they were doing and they got stuck. They then proceeded to tell me they could only get me out with a skid steer and it would be $600 an hour from the time they left their office (an hour away). I called my buddy who has a z71 and he pulled me out no problem. They’re scammers.

My tire change Friday night 11pm was handled perfectly. He was professional and hardworking.

Brad was the nicest young man, kept me informed through texts, made sure he knew exactly where I was, and helped this old lady into that tall, tall wrecker. Made sure I was well taken care of when we got to the tire service.

Dave did an outstanding job taking such good care of my vehicle and getting me to the shop! I appreciate his patience and kindness! Thank you so much for all of your help!

This company sold a car of mine that I was looking for and they never contacted me. Then, there was another accident where they took a car and did not have permission to take it to their tow.Yard, I wanted it at my house.I went to pick it up on several occasions.They would not take a card, then they would not let me pay with cash, and then they called the police on me saying that I needed to be trespassed and I could not get my car. Now my license is suspended because they have the bill of sale for a car that I never told them they could sell. They make it impossible for you to get your property back and charge you by the day when you don't even want your vehicle in their location at all. They are very rude and confrontational and lazy. They use cash because they are scheming the people. They have no cameras available to prove what they are doing to people. I am making a complaint with USDOT number 1588427 and I suggest everybody else who has been in an accident and did not want their car taken there.And cannot get it out.Go and report them as well.

After expecting a tow to the dealership Rob was able to repair our hood latch within 5 minutes after I had spent 2 hours attempting to correct the cable slip inside the latch. He is awesome. Thank you so so much. Great service. :-)

We were scared to call them at first due to low stars but they were very professional from the first call and they gave us a quote immediately which worked for us and we had to give them credit card in advance which we did and when tow was done they charged exactly agreed price from the quote so we ll use them again.

From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The driver arrived promptly, handled my vehicle with care, and made a stressful situation much easier. My car broke down right before midnight on the beach after my work shift and I live all the way at the end of Callaway. I went through AAA and Kenny from Whites towing was there in 40 minutes from talking to AAA to being assigned to them to them showing up. It was Halloween night so I was expecting to wait for hours because the beach was so busy. I was thankful they got to me so quick because I was tired and cold. The driver When I say you have an asset in Kenny, I mean it. I've dealt with some pretty grumpy tow truck drivers in my years. Not only did Kenny explain to me how he was hooking my car up, he explained what my serpentine belt did and why it was smart that I didn't try to drive it home. We talked about up home (I'm a northerner too) and when I told him my driveway was difficult, he made it look like a breeze. I can't thank him enough for doing his job so well.

They came quick fast and efficient. It said it will be an hour wait but it was no longer than 10 minutes. Got me where I needed to go. Highly recommended.

We needed a motorcycle tow while visiting Panama City Beach. Kenny came out and towed us from Panama City Beach to Birmingham Alabama. He was very courteous, kind, helpful and extremely friendly. We appreciate him showing up and being the one we received service from that day.

DONT EVER COME to this place — they are complete scammers and modern robbers. They told me over the phone that the rate was $60 per hour, but when I got there, they demanded $600 per hour. Even though I only used the forklift service for one hour, they charged me $900. I told them I couldn’t pay, so I called the police. When the police arrived, they acted just like them. In the end, I was forced to pay the $900. They are total robbers. Do not come here. I have evidence in my hands and will file a complaint against them. See you in court.

Stay the hell away from these thiefs! They are robbing customers! I sent my truck here to restack 5 pallets on the trailer. The pallets weren’t even more than 5000lbs! One day before they said $60 per hour! And they charged $900 dollars for 1.5 hrs of service!

Do not use this place. The workers customer service is horrible. You walk in the door and all the workers inside, not one of them even stopped talking to one another to acknowledge us walking in. One guy finally addressed us with “what you want!” We went back to them this Saturday because online says open 24 hours and the lady tried to charge us a $50 after hour fee to get our belongings out of our car. How hard is it to add to your website that yes your open for towing 24 hours but anything else is normal business hours. I will let my insurance company know that we do not want to use them ever again!

Super fast! Courteous and was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had a call up and before we even got out of our car the truck was pulling up into our driveway.

We were on vacation in Florida and had one of the worst experiences with this towing company. Our car was towed from Walmart, but Walmart told us directly that they never even called for anyone to tow it. To make matters worse, we were charged twice the normal amount — and the car was only towed half a mile away. We could have literally walked to where they took it. When we went to pick up the car, they didn’t ask for any proof of ownership or even basic information before handing it over. That felt completely careless and unprofessional. Between the false justification, the outrageous cost, and the lack of any proper procedures, this was an incredibly shady and frustrating experience. Definitely not something you want to deal with on vacation, and I would strongly caution others to be aware.

This place is a total scam. They had my car towed in under 10 minutes while I ran across the street. It’s obvious they target out-of-state cars just to make easy money. The whole setup is predatory, shady, and unethical. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Stay far away from this company and anywhere they patrol.

Beware! This towing company is predatory and unethical. My car was towed within 10 minutes of parking while I quickly ran across the street to pick something up. They clearly prey on out-of-state cars, and is nothing more than a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid parking anywhere near where these people operate.

Amazing customer service and wonderful job fixing our tire. We are on a military base and blew a tire. The technician came out to us and fixed our tire within 45 minutes total. We must have called 10 people who couldn’t come and our roadside service probably called more. We are so grateful for this company and the wonderful people who work here!

This was my first time ever needing a tow truck, and I was honestly a bit nervous. Both of my front tires were down, so I called White’s Wrecker Service for help. Ethan, the truck driver, arrived quickly and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made sure my car was safely loaded onto the truck and even made sure I was comfortable during the ride. Ethan got both me and my car to our destination safely and with no hassle at all. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by Ethan and the whole team. Ethan was exceptional. The office staff was as well. Had an issue with my McLaren. Needed a tow to my mechanic. My car is low to the ground. Ethan took his time and loaded my car without a hitch. The best! Highly recommend

Tow from lots next to public parking, take cash only, initially didn't allow us to inspect that car, charged more than the amounts listed on the posted signage. Beach office (8705 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407) is not listed as one of their addresses on Google maps.

These folks get shit done!! Southern hospitality at its finest . Very helpful n easy to be around. Helped out so so much with my uncle's motorcycle wreck ! Great job whites wrecker service keep DOIN'YA'THANNGGGG

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on Dec 31st, 2025/ 02/01/2025!!!!!!! First and foremost, I am a local and was at an establishment called "The Liq". Mind you, I park there ALL the time. I stayed in the establishment for 1 hour max and walked out to my car not being there. 2nd - I called the number on the toll sign, to get a RUDE & NASTY white lady on the phone. She had no sympathy and did not care about my car being towed. She also hung up in my face when I asked her the reasoning on being rude. I wish I would have gotten her name. 3rd - Once they FINALLY got to the destination where my car had been towed after me waiting 30 mins, I expressed to the older gentleman that I was a local and parked there all the time. His response was "if you were a local you would know better." I have also attached a picture of the two cars beside me still sitting there when I was attempting to leave the establishment. What put the icing on the cake was having to go to an ATM to get cash(which also charges a service fee) because they do not take cards....... The only good thing I have to say about this whole situation is the younger gentlemen who did not charge me taxes for getting it out. All in all I had to pay $150.00 to get my car. I am a local, AND I park there all the time. This place is horrible, money hungry, and have ZERO compassion for this. They should be ASHAMED!!! Especially the rude nasty white woman they have answering the phones.
