Great place very organized.

They have a large selection of vehicles but the staff and customer service is horrible. Employees are rude and act like your an inconvenience to them, yet their standard response is how customer service is their top priority...yeah, right. Also the staff is uneducated for the job, they don't know what the parts are and try to charge unreasonable prices for something calling it something else. We tried to buy a simple single side headlight harness and the girl at the check out kept saying it was an engine harness and charges $60 some dollars. After wasting 3 hours and paying to get in, walking around to find the vehicle, pulling the part and trying to explain what it was; we left with nothing and wasted $3. I do NOT plan on returning, there are other places right up the road by that have better customer service and know what they are doing. Don't waste your time going here unless you have absolutely no other option, even eBay is cheaper!

I have never scraped metal before the man in back was soo helpful helping me sort..(never done this before). Amy up front, She was so nice and informative! I even got a gift card for my first visit. I highly recommend CMC recycling!!! I walked away with almost 400 dollars.

Tried goingnthere last Friday but they closed early. Cashier tried telling me they closed at 4pm. I said, I know but it isnt 4pm & your gate has been locked for a long time and she had no answer but also no help. Looks like they care more about getting drunk on Friday night then conducting business. Plenty of other centers in town that appreciate the opportunity to earn money.

This place is a rip-off.....their scale is not accurate and only reflects about 2/3 of the true weight. Service was slow, the lady behind window was rude and the scale is off....WAY OFF. If you like getting hosed and taken advantage of this is the place to go. If consumer affairs can check to be sure gas pumps are accurate why can't someone check CMC's scales and fine them $50,000 dollars for ripping everyone off? Take my advice....go somewhere else....anywhere else.

The yard workers are nice and helpful but the counter people are always rude and lazy. Unlike LKQ a few miles away where they will actually help you cross reference your part to make sure it fits. No prices are posted so it is open for them to charge you more if they are in a bad mood (which they always are).

A nice guy that worked here helped me out getting a hard to find hood for my car. I dont remember his name but he was on a big tractor machine. I have been out here before but since they have started remodeling everything and cleaning up everything to be above average. A++

I haven't been here, but this is the place I'll be trying once I gather stuff up from around the farm, the reason for my choice is due to CMC taking the time to respond to people's reviews,it means they actually read the reviews to see how they are doing, not ignoring folks as most businesses,

It's been a long time since I've been out there but everything went smooth they really need some business so if you have any strap or precious metals make you a little extra cash

1st time there, tin shred has a decent price but every employee I came across was rude. Will not be going there again just due to the experience I had.

Are you guys ever going to fix the website for the inventory? is been down for months so I have to spend money to see if the car is available.and dont say call ahead cause they will just say yes or no with out knowing.i called ones for a lincoln ls and the lady said no we dont have none,walked in there a few hours later and bam 3 lincoln ls in the yard.. you have a great selection but fix the website please.

They said they had a 1992 Honda Accord there and they didn't. Walked around the entire place with no luck, wasted $3 and an hour of time. They do have a lot of cars though.

Way better than tmr . The girl that runs the cashier window most days it's the best . I've been going there for a while now

Will shut the gate way in advance so will waste your time driving across town even when you show up at least 15 before closing Only up side was the lady at the window who was nice

Easy way to make some money off scrap. It was super easy, I drove up, gave them my info then unloaded some cast iron bathroom stuff and they gave me cash for it.

Horrible customer service. They close earlier than posted hours. Rude. I will never go back. If you want to be treated as a human being then go somewhere else.

Don’t think you will find Kia or Hyundai parts here they send all those vehicles to South America and don’t allow Americans access to those vehicles

Ridiculous, rude guy didn't even bother to give me a quote just an excuse. There are better places just a bit further away.

Tried twice to scrap signs, each time they rejected for different reasons. The last time I had to show proof of ownership, for a sign?? They want a letter, really that shows ownership? Not helpful at all.

There is a sign as you come in but ppl don't look for the operation hours they just see the name, the hours is at the bottom of sign maybe it should be moved up on top ,but the hours is there.

Poor advertising -Website wrong it closed at noon Saturday. Website indicated open till 4:30 no signs on windows or gates stating they are closed , poor customer service .
