The Parts House is the only place in all of GVL and Ocala that carried my replacement parts for my tow truck. They're reasonably priced and have some of the BEST customer service in Gainesville and Ocala! You have a loyal customer with Traction Auto & Towing, Inc.
Watch out for their drivers. Seen them scream at other drivers, yell at bicycles, run stopsigns, cut cars off and speed way above the limit. I work right up and street from their shop and can not tell you how many times I've come close to hitting their drivers as they speed out of their shop.
They know their parts!! I sound like a true blonde but that's why it's called parts warehouse, they don't just hire anyone looking for a pay check. The employees are very knowledgeable! PWH Rocks. Not expensive either .
Normally these guys can get a simple parts order for most European cars without issue. But I noticed that even though their website specifically mentions their specialization in Mercedes-Benz, that they seem to be rather inept at both finding the parts needed (on several occaisions) or admitting they exist without having the ability to order it. I used to recommend these guys all the time....
Horrible customer service put two fuel pumps in a buddies truck they exchanged them both times but wouldn't let me pay the difference for the next brand up. And told me if it happens again its not there problem. The guy I talked to undermined me the whole time as if I didn't know what I was talking about (which I have 4 years experience in mechanics including the 2 years at a shop) poor customer service and cheap parts that don't last past the warranty.
