Used a third party to arrange a tow last night. After no information from them I contacted Spartan towing directly. Got a head guy and was given an estimate and told the driver would contact me to confirm. Sure enough, Shawn called soon after and confirmed. He got there hooked it up quickly. He was going to take it to the dealership. There was some aggravating circumstances and couldn't figure out after hrs drop off. Shawn called his dispatch and arranged to take my vehicle to Spartans secure lot for drop off this morning. After he left I found a security guard and figured out drop off. Shawn turned back around and dropped it off. The 2 people I dealt with were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
