I was in a pretty bad situation and nobody wanted to help me. Then I called these guys and they got me out in no time and it cost less than what everyone else was offering
They weren't able to get out to me in a timely manner so they actually forwarded my request elsewhere and got me in contact with someone who could come faster. Great Customer Service.
I had to use my insurance roadside assistance for the first time yesterday. My battery died a few blocks from home. Adam from 1st Response Roadside showed up in less than half an hour. He checked the battery, charged it, then offered to come to my home, install a new battery and take away the old one. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was very glad I didn't have to take my car to a mechanic and wait for someone to get to it.
Called my insurance company after Moffo’s towing did not respond and my insurance company was not able to reach them either. They switched the service provider to 1st Response Roadside and everything went perfectly from there. The insurance company spoke to them personally and they called me to let me know the real time in which they’d be coming to tow my car. They are very professional, polite and caring! Would definitely contact 1st Response Roadside again if needed! 5 star service.
Best roadside assistance ever! They are covered with Liberty Mutual. My roadside assistant, Omar, came as soon as he could and installed a new battery for me. Great guy and great service, would 100% recommend.
I had a dead battery but I was also having trouble with fuel injecting properly to start the vehicle. Omar put in the extra time to get it up and running! Thanks Omar!
I called 1st response because I had a flat tire and they sent Omar. He was here in no time and had my tire on my car within minutes. Great polite man with very good service. I was very delighted with Omar’s work.
I had to get a tow in the middle of the night and my insurance agent sent them in the wrong direction. Even after all that they got to me in a timely manner. Omar is a good dude and if I ever have to get a tow I hope its him to come pick me up again.

Best towing in Gainesville. I had a flat tire at 2am and I called my roadside assistance and I was given an eta of 45 minutes to my surprise 5min later I received a call from the 1st response driver and he told me he would be there in about 10 minutes. I have waited hours before on triple A I was so surprised he was there in 15min. They definitely live up to there name! Thanks 1st Response!!!
