We would give Gatorback 10 if we could. Joe and Maria rescued us after we had to leave our truck at a dealership for an unexpected transmission replacement. We were traveling on I-75 with our 2 big dogs trailering our Winnebago. After we left the truck, we needed a trailer tow to an RV park, 17 miles away. Not only did Joe tow the trailer, he also gave us and our dogs a ride with him. Using Gatorback was a rose among a day filled with thorns. We unequivocally recommend Gatorback.
I forgot the gentlemen’s name who helped me today when I got a flat tire on my trailer on highway 75.
I pulled over when I noticed the flat, and to my surprise this gentlemen pulled over within a couple of minutes of me stopping and gave me a hand.

Joe was incredible…no other words for it. We broke down in heavy traffic and he was at most twenty minutes to our location. Rush hour in Gainesville no less. Within 10 minutes he had us hooked up and en route to the dealership for service. He knew the system, the players, and he was clean, neat, polite and friendly.

I was broke down in Lake Butler for several hours waiting on AAA to find me a tow to Ocala (unsuccessfully). While waiting (at 9pm), I called Gatorback on my own and spoke with Ray who was quite familiar with my AAA experience. He had a wrecker enroute immediately, to which Jeremy arrived in 45 mins flat. This was 10pm at night and he had it loaded in 10mins. Both Ray & Jeremy were so understanding, professional, and it felt like a family company. This is not like any other towing company, dont even consider anyone else!
So thankful for, Joe! Our family (and 4 kids) were stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday for 6 hours. He drove 2 hours to get to us only to find our tire was not the right size, but he made sure we got our camper and trailer secured and to a safe place for the evening. He didn’t have to go he extra mile, but it meant everything to us!

The tow truck service agent arrived with ten minutes of me placing my call. This was forty-five minutes sooner than originally expected. The driver was quick and had my vehicle at my mechanic's shop within 10 minutes. Excellent service.
Have to start with a great compliment to the owner of this great place, he have a wonderful heart and service, first I was on a camping trip for the memorial Day weekend near to Gainesville FL. the heat of the Saturday drain my battery and for that reason I have to call for roadside assistance on Sunday, hoping that I found someone locally who help me with this issue, I forgot to asked him for his name or probably he say it but I was so frustrated that I really don't pay attention, but he saves my life on this Sunday and not only open my car he also give me a buster to my car and stay there till he know I was good to go, then he asked me if I have jump start cables and I say not with me, and he also gave me a set of cables as well, He really have the heart to serve others, Thank you my friend for your honesty and service, may God continue blessing your business and many more ways

He went above and beyond to help us get to where we needed to be, dropping us off at our hotel and our vehicle off at a different location to get the tire fixed. Amazing help when I needed it! Attempting to turn around in an unfamiliar location during a rain storm. While backing up I slid the front passenger tire over a parking curb leaving it with no ground support! These guys were awesome, showed up quick, pulled my car and yeah no damage to my vehicle!! I’m from Texas and was riding my bike to the bottom of FL and broke down and these guys came to rescue me when no one else would help me because it was mothers day and Sunday. As soon as i called them they drove over an hour just to get me and my bike. Then even better they dropped it off at the shop for me without me even being there. Best tow experience i’ve ever had.
