I've already checked the reviews before calling which caught my attention first but from the moment I picked up the phone to call them, they didn't give me a run around, they're estimate cash amount didn't change on me, and they're very communicative. The process was easy and they work with out of state titles and still give a great price. And their offer was definitely better than any other business I called. Called these folks about a 20 year old Expedition I needed to part with. Super easy transaction. They made a fair cash offer over the phone and came over in less than an hour to pick it up. Joey was very kind and straight forward at first; I explained the truck was in a few pieces from a botched transmission job, and Joey explained it was no problem because they would simply scrap the entire thing, and we agreed on a price. (The hood was off with a few of the air intake pieces out, all still the truck) He tells me he’ll be by the next morning, and I get a call from another driver Renee. He arrives and tries to what I assume was haggle, by telling me Joey is upset because he can’t try and sell the car now so it’s worth less than our agreed upon price.
I’m not one for haggling, it’s disingenuous and trashy.
If you’re going to haggle, at-least have a decent reason; you told me you weren’t even going to sell it….why’d that change Joey?
After using up my lunch break on hold only to talk to an overseas call center for lkq, I called these guys. They gave me more money with zero hassle. A English speaking person actually picked up the phone, came and picked up my car and left money where I could find it. Zero BS.

A massive load of weight was taken off my shoulders the day I decided to give these guys a call. When my grandpa passed away he had left behind a Buick for my younger brother to work on.
