I had my vehicle towed by these people. In the beginning they were kind and considerate. The issues started when calls weren't being answered nor were they being returned. I went there to retrieve my property. "Some" things were returned but a laundry list of things were NOT. I gave the young lady at the front desk an opportunity to check if my things were "misplaced" somewhere else because she told me she had removed them. She then said that she never saw my things that were missing but, then said that she had placed them in the bags. After multiple calls and 2 voicemails nothing. I even posted to Facebook trying to get a secondary number. Finally I was able the speak to someone posing as a manger/supervisor. He was VERY cold and dismissive about my property NEVER once did he apologize for my inconvenience. He referred to my things as trinkets and let me know that the employees get paid way too much to steal my little things. Yet they are MISSING! I even attempted to give him a list of my things but, he over talked me telling me, "I don't deal with the public". I just know there are some sticky little fingers there regardless of how much they're being pay.

A friend's vehicle was towed on a Wednesday. On Monday (4/29/24), he went to retrieve his belongings and to see what his options are. The lady told him his vehicle was sent to auction 4 days ago. He had been calling since Thursday, no one was answering the phone, and the office was closed at 3pm each day. He asked which auction and all the lady said was, "I don't know". So unprofessional and of no assistance at all.

They never pick up and if they are supposed to be monitoring our parking lot, they don’t. They could do a lot better

This Business needs to be shut down, renewed my tags but was waiting for stickers to come in mail so these mfs towed my car and forced me to pay over 500 to get it out. if you plan to do business with them just throw your money in the wind. ill come get your car for free so you never have to deal with these people.

My husband, my children and I came to Delaware for our vowel renewal. We rented a car through a service called Turo. While we were in Delaware I was visiting my brother and sister-in-law. I parked my vehicle in the authorized parking section as instructed by the property manager. 30 minutes into being there, the vehicle was being towed! We tried to get the attention of the person towing the vehicle so that we could explain what was going on. In other states outside of Delaware, DMV‘s are backed up due to Covid. Therefore, our tags are not issued as quickly as they are in states like Delaware. I contacted them and tried to explain that to them but they were extremely rude, and nobody would listen. They lied and said they contacted the Delaware state police department and the Bridgeville state police department who informed them that the tags were no good. When we contacted both police departments they denied any of the information, stating they would have to have a release from the owner to provide that information to anyone. I then called and explain this to the towing service, and again was rudely hung up on! The owner of the vehicle sent them proof of everything that I said was going on with the vehicle and we were advised we had to go and pick up the car. The owner had to order an Uber so that I could get to Mullin‘s to have the vehicle released. When I got there, the vehicle was parked in the most inconvenient area around a whole bunch of dirt and rocks. The attendant was rude and the whole experience was horrible! They came back to tow another person‘s car, but this individual, who is a different color than me, was able to negotiate with them to drop their vehicle without payment! I hate to believe that this disparity was about race, but it definitely appeared to be that way! I was late for my bridal shower and beyond frustrated with the entire situation! It definitely pays to have good customer service even in the event of something to this magnitude. It never hurts to be kind to people because you never know when somebody needs to be kind to you! Mullins, do better !
